Durability of tunnel drains is important, because the accumulation of groundwater around the tunnel due to clogging of filter or reduction of discharge capacity of drain causes reduction of the life time of tunnel linings. In this paper, clogging and discharge capacity of drain and filter of tunnels are evaluated using a gradient ratio test and filter design criteria. The results of the gradient ratio test showed that gradient ratio(GR) is high when fine content is high in the soil samples and equivalent opening size(EOS) of filter materials is small. Measured GR was less than allowable critical gradinet ratio : 3.0, which is the clogging criteria of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

UHD Alliance는 UHD를 새로 정의하고 BT.709 (1990)[1]에서 정의된 HDTV 경험 대비 모든 관점에서 더 나은 프리미엄 사용자 경험을 가치로서 제공하기 위해 설립되었다. 특히 호환성 뿐만 아니라 품질을 정의하고, 그 품질이 컨텐트 저작자로부터 소비자에 이르는 Ecosystem의 흐름상 유지될 수 있도록하여, 의도된 화질을 즐길 수 있는데 중점을 두었다. 본 논문에서는 UHD Alliance 기술 규격의 대표적인 화질 요소인 HDR과 WCG의 품질 기준에 대해 소개한다.

This study is intended to analyze the requirements of a buffer material that is one of the major components of the engineered barriers in a high-level radioactive waste repository. The characteristics of potential materials for the buffer in the repository were analyzed and a candidate material was selected. And, based on the current knowledge and the information from various sources, the requirements of a buffer material were evaluated. Finally its quantitative functional criteria on the generic viewpoint has been recommended to be supplied as a guideline for the development of the reference disposal concept and the related buffer material in Korea. The criteria are composed of seven major items, such as hydraulic conductivity, retardation capacity, swelling potential and swelling pressure, thermal conductivity, longevity, organic matter content, and mechanical properties.

본 연구는 2007년 개정 교육과정에 의해 개발된 중학교 정보 교과서를 비교 분석하고, 이를 토대로 교과서 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 교과서는 체제와 내용의 두 가지 준거를 고려하여 분석되었으며, 수집된 자료의 분석은 내용 분석법(content analysis)을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 교과서 체제는 전체 구성, 영역별 비중, 내용 전개 구조, 평가 유형에서 차이를 보였으며, 교과서 내용은 각 교과서가 다루는 개념, 프로그래밍 언어의 종류에서 차이를 보였다. 교과서 비교 분석의 결과를 토대로 여섯 가지의 정보 교과서 개선 방안을 제시하였으며, 이는 향후 정보 교과서 개발 시에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 한국 전래동요 중에서 유아에게 적합한 것을 선정하기 위한 기준을 마련하여 유아교육 현장에서 전래동요가 효율적으로 적용되기 위한 가능성의 구안에 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 설정한 연구문제는 첫째, 유아에게 적합한 한국 전래동요의 선정 기준은 어떠한가, 둘째, 선정기준에 따른 유아를 위한 한국 전래동요는 어떠한가이다. 먼저, 유아에게 적합한 한국 전래동요의 기준을 선정하기위해 유아교육 및 유아교육 관련 전문가 30명을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 통해 문항을 선정하였다. 수집된 응답들은 spss 12.0의 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 계산하였다. 연구 결과 유아에게 적합한 한국 전래동요의 선정 기준은 '전통적 놀이공간과 놀이언어의 즐거움이 살아있는가, 옛 아이들의 생활 모습과 정서를 담고 있는가, 유아가 쉽게 이해할만한 내용인가, 유아가 흥미를 느낄만한 내용인가, 유아의 발달에 도움을 주는가, 유아가 쉽게 부를 수 있는 선율인가, 장단이 단순하고 반복적인가'로 나타났다. 또한 선정기준이 확정됨에 따라 이 기준을 바탕으로 유아에게 적합한 전래동요 112곡이 선정되었다. 112곡의 노랫말은 주로 '놀이의 즐거움'을 표현한 곡들로 전래동요의 전승을 위해서는 놀이가 함께 연행되어야 함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 현행 「국회정보공개규정」의 비공개 대상 정보 세부 기준에 대한 비판적 분석을 통해, 문제점과 대안을 논하고, 나아가 국회 정보공개제도 전반의 개선방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위한 이론연구로서, 관련 선행연구를 분석하고, 「국회정보공개규칙」과 「국회정보공개규정」의 연혁을 정리하며, 비공개 대상 정보 세부 기준의 법제도적 개념을 논하였다. 이어, 국회 비공개 대상 정보 세부 기준을 구성, 운영, 내용의 세 가지 측면에서 분석하였다. 이 분석을 위해 국회 정보공개 관련 전문가 5명과 대면 및 서면 인터뷰를 진행하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 결론에 갈음하여, 개선방안으로 첫째, 비공개 대상 정보 세부 기준의 구성과 예시 내용을 포함한 「국회정보공개규정」의 전면적 개정을 요구하고, 둘째, '「정보공개법」 제9조 제1항 제5호의 개정 사항 반영', '안보, 국방, 통일, 외교 관련 국회의원 활동 정보의 포괄적 비공개 금지', '경비 집행 내역 비공개 정보의 유형세분화', '회의 정보 비공개 세부 기준의 수립' 등 세부 기준 개정의 필수 사항을 제시하였으며, 셋째, 세부 기준 개정을 위한 한시적 특별 전담 조직의 구성을 제안하였다.

Concerns have been growing about whether domestic internet protocol television (IPTV) can establish a solid foothold in the pay TV market, largely because of the lack of IPTV-only content and service differentiation. It has been difficult for IPTV providers to attract valuable PPs (program providers) to strengthen their positions, and IPTV providers have invested much money into procuring content. To survive this difficult situation, IPTV providers need to reappraise their profit sharing methods and content distribution structure to facilitate the expansion of their subscriber base. This can be done by attracting valuable PPs to IPTV providers and securing extra revenue by distributing more content for their PP partners. The IPTV industry has a different structure and value chain from the digital cable industry. Moreover, profit sharing schemes among participants in the IPTV industry are complicated. Thus it is essential to analyze the criteria for profit sharing, the selection of attributes in profit sharing, and their cause-effect relationship in developing fair pricing for broadcast content in the IPTV industry. This study introduces the attributes that need to be considered for the pricing of content and profit sharing among IPTV providers and PPs. In addition, this study uses system dynamics to analyze the relationship among those attributes along with additional associated factors for the pricing of content.

본 연구는 국내 외에서 생산된 다양한 벌꿀에 대한 품질특성을 비교 분석하고, 국내 유통 벌꿀의 과학적 벌꿀 관리를 위한 기초 자료를 마련하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위한 분석은 수집된 벌꿀을 대상으로 하여 안정탄소동위원소비율, 수분함량, 전화당 및 자당 함량, HMF 함량을 측정하였다. 안정탄소동위원소비율은 밀원에 따라 -25.18 - -12.60‰ 범위로 $C_4$ 식물군인 사양꿀을 제외하면 모든 벌꿀이 순수벌꿀로 유통되었다. 수분함량은 18.12-19.70% 범위로 식품공전 및 Codex 기준치에 충족하였다. 벌꿀의 당 함량은 fructose의 경우 36.10-43.94% 범위, glucose의 경우 22.61-31.91% 범위로 전화당 함량이 64.89-72.79% 범위를 나타내어 기준치에 충족하였다. Sucrose 함량 역시 1.56-4.75%로 기준치에 모든 벌꿀이 충족하였다. HMF 함량은 국내산의 경우 0.11-48.85 mg/kg 수준, 수입산의 경우는 4.10-78.66 mg/kg 수준을 나타내어 기준치에 적합하였다. 결론적으로 국내 유통 벌꿀을 수집하여 품질을 비교 분석한 결과, 모든 벌꿀이 우리나라 식품공전상 규정하고 있는 기준치에 충족한 결과를 나타내었지만, 긴 유통과정을 거치는 수입산 벌꿀의 경우 HMF 함량이 4.10-78.66 mg/kg 수준으로 국제기구인 Codex의 기준치인 40 mg/kg 이하에 일부 벌꿀이 초과하였고, 식품공전 상 기준치인 80 mg/kg 이하에 근접한 결과를 나타내었다. 따라서 국내에 유통 판매되는 벌꿀의 품질수준을 높이기 위해서는 당 및 HMF 함량 등 품질지표가 될 수 있는 구성성분에 대한 국제적 수준 또는 국내 실정에 적합한 벌꿀의 규격 관리가 마련되어야할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 지역사회복지계획의 논리구성의 타당성과 질 강화를 위하여, 논리구성의 기본 틀과 타당성 점검기준을 설정하고, 이를 경주시지역사회복지계획에 실제로 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 논리구성의 타당성 점검기준은 계획서 전체적인 계층구조측면에서의 수직적 일관성, 부문계획간 연관성, 서술의 명확한 이해가능성으로 설정되었다. 둘째, 전반적으로 경주시지역사회복지계획은 논리구성의 타당성 기준을 충족하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 연구결과에 기반하여 계획서 질과 계획 환경 측면에서 계획가이드라인의 개선방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

As teachers' competency is evaluated based on their teaching performance. pre-service teachers need to have an opportunity to reflect on themselves by systematically analyzing and evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance through self-assessment. In this study, we aimed to examine what evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance pre-service mathematics teachers consider in the process of self-assessment. This study used a mixed-methods research design. To draw the self-evaluation criteria for lesson planning and teaching performance, pre-service self-reported assessments were analyzed using qualitative analyses. In addition, descriptive statistics were used to investigate the pre-service teachers' distribution across the criteria and check the ratio of pre-service mathematics teachers for each element. As a result, it was disclosed that pre-service mathematics teachers considered eight elements in self evaluating their own lesson planning and teaching performance. In addition, we found that pre-service mathematics teachers tended to consider Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) more than Subject-Matter Knowledge (SMK). Moreover, the results of this study provide educational implications for the curriculum in the pre-service teacher's education program.
