In this study, there is a purpose of research to secure competitiveness through the effective utilization of intangible corporate resources of founded enterprises. For this research, we conducted a survey on the way the customers who used the products of the BI center and founders less than 7 years evaluated the founded company. Schmitt's empirical element was examined as a theoretical background, and it was examined whether these empirical factors and attitudes acted as a preprocess in the decision-making process as a repurchase intention. The Result of research is as follows. First, It clearly indicated that customer experience and search experience affected the degree of re-purchase. Second, customer's experience (use experience, search experience, contact experience) were grasped with significant influence on customer's attitude. Third, we discovered that customer's attitude had mediated between customer's experience (use experience, search experience) and re-purchase. This research suggests that if we manage empirical factors well, we can increase the degree of re-purchase and cope appropriately with the limitations of small and medium enterprises.

In this study, the structural analysis is performed on the method of shallow block and deep cement mixing pile, and then their characteristics and associated behaviors were analyzed. In the case of continuous beam analysis, the predicted settlement was very small, and shear force and bending stress are somewhat overestimated. The frame method is similar to numerical analysis in the internal force shallow block and long pile, but because the settlement of pile is underestimated, the additional calculation using the reaction of the long pile is necessary. For soil arching method and piled raft foundation method, the excessive axial force of long pile was predicted because the load sharing of pile is very large compared to the other methods. In the behavior of the shallow block and deep pile method, the settlement of shallow block and contact pressure are much in the center than the edge. In the estimating method considering the interaction between improved material and ground, the load sharing of the soil-cement pile ranges from 20% to 45%, and the stress ratio is 2.0~5.0 less than piled DCM. The maximum member forces at the boundary conditions of pile head are similar, but in fixed head the axial force and vertical displacement are different in accordance with pile arrangement.

STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: Preparation of implant beds with lasers is considered a safe and reliable method, but the accuracy of this technique has not been examined. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of implant bed preparation using an Er,Cr:YSGG laser. MATERIAL AND METHODS: An Er,Cr:YSGG laser was applied to pig rib bone. The laser was employed at a 5.75 W power setting, 30 Hz/sec pulse repetition, and 70 ${\mu}s$ pulse duration with 50 % water and 60% air spray. According to laser tips the groups were divided as follows; Group 1: paralleled - shaped sapphire tip (0.6 mm${\Phi}$), Group 2: paralleled - shaped zirconia tip (0.6 mm${\Phi}$), Group 3: tapered sapphire tip (0.4 mm${\Phi}$). The Er,Cr:YSGG laser tip was separated by 1 mm from the bone and applied for 15 seconds in a non-contact mode. After the application, the bone was sectioned for specimens. Histologic measurements were determined by computerized morphometry. The length of the prepared bone surface was measured and the width of the entrance was measured. The results were analyzed with one-way ANOVA (P<0.05). RESULTS: The prepared length of group 3 was longer than that of group 2. The prepared bone width was larger than the width of the laser tip in every group. Additional bone removal was observed adjacent to the prepared area and displayed an irregular surface. CONCLUSION & DISCUSSION: Different cutting effects were observed according to the laser tip, emphasizing the importance of proper tip selection in the clinical setting. This preliminary study supported the existence of hydrokinetic effects.

Purpose: This study evaluated the prognosis and survival rate of SLA (Sandblasted, Large-grit and Acid-etched) implants and it also evaluated the prosthodontic complications and the associated factors. Methods: Twenty seven patients (14 men and 13 women, mean age: 54.9) who visited Chosun University Hospital Implant Center with the chief desire for placement of an implant in an edentulous area from March, 2008 to December 2008 and who received placement of a SLA implant ($Implantium^{(R)}$, Dentium Co., Korea) were selected for this study. Results: The average follow-up period was 15 months and the study was based on the treatment records, radiographs and clinical examinations. A total of 69 implant cases were retrospectively assessed for the width and length of the implant, the primary and secondary stability, the combined surgery, the employed bone graft material and barrier membrane, the status of the opposing tooth, implant failure and the prosthetic complications. During the follow-up period (average: 15 months), the accumulative survival rate of the 69 implants in 27 patients was 100%. Complications such as infection, sinusitis and fixture exposure after surgery were seen for 5 implants in 4 patients. Complications such as screw loosening, contact loosening and peri-implant gingivitis after prosthodontic treatment occurred in 7 cases (10.14%). Conclusion: This study reports placement of SLA implants may cause various complications, yet the final accumulative survival rate was 100%. The SLA implant ($Implantium^{(R)}$) has an excellent clinical survival rate and outcome.
The purposes of this research were to add to the developing knowledge base about the burden and social support of grandmothers involved with caring grandchildren, and to examine whether a significant relationship exists between their burden and social support perceived by the grandmothers. A convenience sample of 102 grandmothers was recruited from five collective apartment areas at a small city in Korea. The criteria of selection of sample were that the grandmothers were raising their grandchildren under the age of 36 months for 3 months or longer at own or gandchildren's home. The instruments used were a 15-item multidemensional burden scale and a 8-item social support scale. Both scales were self report, five point Likert type scales. The higher the score, the higher the degree of burden and social support. Data was collected by two prepared research assistants visiting subjects' home from December 10, 1998 to March 20, 1999. The collected data were analysed using mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient computed by SPSS software. The results were as follows. 1. In the age distribution of grandmothers, the over half of subjects(58.8%) were under 60 years old. The majority(69.6%) of subjects were married at time of data collection. 79(77.5%) of the sample reported that their perceived health status was good or over. 2. The burden of the grandmothers was not scored high, and the item means on burden scale were ranged from 2.26 to 4.19 out of 5. 'Short of private time'(4.19) had the highest score, followed by 'fatigue'(3.92), 'short of rest'(3.75), and 'short of contact with friends and neighbors'(3.62). The lowest item was 'family doesn't help me'(2.26), and followed by 'family doesn't understand me'(2.33), 'angry with family' (2.43), and 'angry while caring for grandchild'(2.60). 3. There were significant relationships between the burden and present health status(p<.01), childcaring confidence(p<.01), and motive of caring(p<.01). 4. The score of social support, was ranging from 3.61 to 4.01 out of 5. 5. The relationship between burden and social support was found to be correlated negatively. The relationship was statistically significant(γ= - .2833, p<.001). In conclusion, it was found that the burden was not high and burden of grandmothers caring grandchildren was correlated negatively to social support. Therefore, these results provide a basis for developing a nursing intervention to reduce the burden of grandmothers.

Smart greenhouses are primarily used for growing fruits and vegetables, such as sweet peppers, tomatoes, strawberries. Although the number of smart greenhouses has been increasing exponentially, no studies have been performed to evaluate the state of smart greenhouses in Korea. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine current state of smart greenhouses with regard to greenhouse specifications, crop growing methods, pests, and user satisfaction in Korea. Contact information for smart greenhouses was provided by the officials of local agricultural research and extension services. This survey was conducted by visiting each greenhouse. Results showed that approximately 50% of surveyed smart greenhouses were between 3,300 ㎡ and 6,600 ㎡. The most frequently chosen method for pest control was chemical pesticides (97.1%). Powdery mildew and gray mold comprised 54.4% and 33.8% of the crop diseases, respectively. All tomato greenhouse farmers considered whiteflies the most problematic pest. In contrast, 76.5% and 70.6% of sweet pepper farmers believed thrips and aphids posed significant threats, respectively. The mean satisfaction score was 7.5 out of 10 points, with 10 being "extremely satisfied". These results will aid in decision making with respect to the management of current smart greenhouses and the design of future smart farms in Korea.
Northeast Asian regions have recently become the main source of anthropogenic and natural aerosols. Measurement of aerosols on the sea in these regions have been rarely conducted since the experimental campaigns such as ACE-ASIA (Asian Pacific Regional Aerosol Characterization Experiment) in 2001. Research vessel observations of aerosol mass and chemical composition were performed on the Yellow and south sea around the Korean peninsula. The ship measurements showed six representative cases such as aerosol event and non-event cases during the study periods. On non-event cases, the anthropogenic chemical and natural soil composition on the Yellow sea were greater than those on the south sea. On aerosol event cases such as haze, haze with dust, and dust, the measured mass concentrations of anthropogenic chemical and element compositions were clearly changed by the events. In particular, methanesulfonate ($MSA^-$, $CH_3SO_3^-$), a main component of natural oceanic aerosol important for sulfur circulation on Earth, was first observed by the vessel in Korea, and its concentration on the Yellow sea was three times that on the south sea during the study period. Sea salt concentration important to chemical composition on the sea is related to wind speed. Coefficients of determination ($R^2$) between wind speed and sea salt concentration were 0.68 in $PM_{10}$ and 0.82 in $PM_{2.5}$. Maximum wave height was not found to be correlated to the sea salt concentration. When sea-salt comes into contact with pollutants, the total sea-salt mass is reduced, i.e., a loss of $Cl^-$ concentration from NaCl, the main chemical composing sea salt, is estimated by reaction with $HNO_3$(gas) and $H_2SO_4$(gas). The $Cl^-$ concentration loss by $SO_4^{2-}$ and $NO_3^-$ more easily increased for $PM_{10}$ compared to $PM_{2.5}$. The results of this study will be applied to verifying a dust-haze forecasting model. In addition, continued vessel measurements of aerosol data will become important to research for climate change studies in the future.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the kinematic characteristics of the finalists in the women's 100 m event to provide important information to coaches and athletes. Three different biomechanics techniques were applied for analyzing sprinter motion: LAVEG, a panning technique, and 12 video cameras for 3 dimensional analysis of the 40 m - 70 m portion of the race. Carmelita Jeter(USA) performed the maximum speed of 10.54 m/s at the distance of 58.2 m. There was a tendency to show a better performance time with a high number of steps (p=.13) and shorter stride length (p=.14) among the 8 sprints. Furthermore, the stride frequency and the performance time were negatively correlated as a higher stride frequency had a positive impact on the performance time (p=.02). Based on 3 dimensional analysis, the 4 top ranked sprinters used the different strategies to maintain a high COM (Center of Mass) velocity during the mid portion of the race (40 m - 70 m). Carmelita Jeter(USA) showed more flexed knee and hip motion at heel contact (HC) to maintain a high COM velocity while S.A. Fraser-Pryce (JAM) showed more extended knee and hip motion at HC. On the other hands, Veronica Campbell-Brown (JAM) and Kelly-Ann Baptiste (TRI) showed a tendency to have high knee lifts during the swing phase to maintain the high COM velocity during the race. These biomechanical analyses of the women's 100 m final event in the 2011 WC, Daegu, will provide important scientific information to coaches and athletes for understanding the sprinting mechanism of today's top-class sprinters.

In this paper, we describe the result of the test-bed on Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System connected with Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System, which was developed by Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings, KOREAIL NETWORKS, HiPlusCard and Samsung SDS. we constructed Nation-wide Interoperable Transportation System on 4 downtown bus routes, 20 stations on line 1 subway, 2 stations of a train and 2 sections of the Honam highway in Gwangju and Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System in Seoul University IC Card Center. So we operated that by 480 Several staff were given a test card and asked to try it for about 6 months. This test-bed is for demonstrates the accuracy, safety and credibility of the Nation-wide Interoperability standard technology and it can be applied to all of transportation practically. When the staffs contact the card to Purchase terminal, the card performs transaction with Purchase SAM in the terminal, then transactions ara used to calculate in Settlement system and Interoperable Traffic Information Collection System. Through the test-bed, we examined this process and found unexpected problems happening during the test operation and have successfully solved them. In addition, the results of the test-bed let us know what additional improvement might be required for System. The successful run of the test-bed was verified by an evaluation of the test-bed staff and a public survey.
Dicor has not been prescribed routinely, in spite of many advantages, because of esthetic limitations by excessive translucency and external shading. In an attempt to solve these problems, the technique of veneering Dicor by aluminous poreclain has been used and recently Dicor Plus system was developed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the compatibility between Dicor and several veneering porcelains by measuring the shear bond strength and observing the failure mode and interface appearance with SEM. Total 55 Dicor disks(10.0mm diam. X 3.0mm thickness) were fabricated by lost wax technique and divided into five groups of 11. Veneering porcelains such as Dicor Plus, Vitadur Alpha, Vitadur N, Vivodent, and Ceramco II were built up over the center of the treated Dicor surface using paper tube(5.0mm diam. X 4.0mm height) and fired according to the manufacturesr’instructions. A representative sample from each group was completely embedded in epoxy resin and crosssectioned, and remaining 50 samples were embedded in epoxy resin with the bonded area perpendicular to table base. The shear bond strengths were measured by applying the shear load parallel to Dicor surface close to the bonded area. Failure modes and interface appearances were observed using SEM at 15 and 1000 magnification respectively. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The mean shear bond strengths showed Dicor-Dicor Plus(10.53 MPa); Dicor-Vitadur Alpha(8.84 MPa); Dicor-Vitadur N(7.37 MPa); Dicor-Vivodent(4.28 MPa); Dicor-Ceramco II(0.89 MPa). 2. The shear bond strength of Dicor-CeramcoII was significantly decreased compared with Dicor-Dicor Plus(p<0.01), but had no significant difference compared with Dicor-Vivodent(p>0.01). 3. The shear bond strengths of Dicor-Vitadur Alpha and Dicor-Vitadur N were not significantly different compared with Dicor-Dicor Plus(p>0.01). 4. SEM examination of bond failure modes revealed that Dicor-Dicor plus, Dicor-Vitadur Alpha, Dicor-Vitadur N exhibited cohesive failure within Dicor and Dicor-Vivodent exhibited adhesive failure. And Dicor-Ceramco III exhibited adhesive failure and cohesive failure within CeramcoIII together. 5. SEM examination of interfaces revealed that Dicor-Dicor Plus exhibited the most tight contact and Dicor-Vitadur Alpha, Dicor-Vitadur N exhibited acceptible contacts. But Vivodent exhibited discontinuous gap and Ceramco II exhibited large continuous gap.
