웹 서비스 분석기의 디자인과 구현 (Design and Implementation of Public Web Services Analyzer)

  • Web services (WS) present a new promising software technology, which provides application-to-application interaction. They are built on the top of existing web protocol and based on open XML standards. Web services are described using WSDL, and the UDDI is a integration directory provide registry of Web Services descriptions. WSDL provides information of Web Services but it is getting more and more important to know more than those provided by WSDL. From WSDL we can not get the information like usage of WS, performance of WS, complexity of WS, usability of WS with other web service. In this paper, we proposed a new method for Web Services so called Public Web Services Analyzer (PWSA). This technique is based on analyzing various public UDDI registries in order to get various kinds of statistics of web services. Those statistics will be used by both web services developers and consumers for finding them suitable services for their needs. PWSA guarantees that it can provide enough information to find right web services for both Web Services Consumers and Web Service Developers.

전문의약품 대중광고에 대한 의약전문인과 일반인간의 인식 비교 연구 (Comparisons of Perception on Direct-to-Consumer Advertisements of Prescription Drugs between Healthcare Providers and Consumers)

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the difference of perception on direct-to-consumer advertisement (DTCA) of prescription drugs between healthcare providers and consumers. Methods: The online and offline survey was conducted from May 26th to June 5th, 2013. The questionnaire was composed of 15 items about perception on DTCA of prescription drugs. Results: A total of 215 healthcare providers and 202 consumers responded to the questionnaire. Consumers had an overall positive attitude on permitting DTCA of prescription drugs and carried favorable views about the influence of the DTCA of prescription drugs on providing drug information, promoting communications between healthcare providers and consumers, and improving images of healthcare providers. Healthcare providers displayed negative perception for the needs of permitting the DTCA of prescription drugs compared to consumers. They showed somewhat skeptical perception about the influence of the DTCA of prescription drugs on necessities and efficiencies of delivering drug information, promoting communications between healthcare providers and consumers, and improving images of healthcare providers. Both healthcare providers and consumers were concerned about the increase of drug prices following the increase in advertisement expenses of pharmaceutical products. Conclusion: This study identified the perception differences on direct-to-consumer advertisements of prescription drugs between healthcare providers and consumers. This study could be of much help in the process of review on permitting DTCA of prescription drugs in Korea.

의복구매 의사결정과정의 가격탐색에 따른 가격반응 유형 (Types of Consumer Responses to Price Based on Price Search)

  • Consumer decisions and responses about the price to pay vary. Some consumers might decide the appropriate price range prior to shopping, while others compare and evaluate prices. Especially, consumers can have different reference points for price evaluation based on various price searching behavior that represent heterogeneous responses for prices in the clothing purchase decision-making process. This research identifies how consumers evaluate the price and helps explain their decision-making based on price searches. By analyzing qualitative research, we found that consumers recalled price information as a representative indicator and product level price information through the internal search. Their level of internal references can be an important factor affecting price evaluations. In addition, each consumer groups were subdivided into high and low external searching. The four types of responses to price were classified in the price search process and the identified differences in the price evaluation. Therefore, pricing strategy needs to be differentiated for these various consumer types.

  • Qualitative research is a method widely used in marketing research. However, the method has seldom been used in fashion marketing research in Korea. The purpose of this study was to prove that using both qualitative and quantitative research methods in main stage is much useful than using qualitative research method only in exploratory stage. Qualitative data were gathered by conducting Focus Group Interview(FGI) with 48 college students. Quantitative data were gathered by surveying college students, and 487 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. The data were analyzed using content analysis, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. As a result, FGI, one of the tools used in qualitative research methods, was proved to be useful in revealing consumers´deep emotional needs as well as purchase motives. FGI also revealed information which quantitative research method tools such as survey could have missed. Therefore, it is best to use multiple methods-simultaneous use of quantitative and qualitative methods-to understand fast changing consumers´needs and purchase motives.

소비생활과 재활용(I) -의생활을 중심으로- (Consumption Life and Recycling(I) -Focused on Clothing-)

  • Focusing on 'reuse' with a view to the importance of unused cloths, this paper investigates the aspects of consumers' recycling attitudes regarding the cause and treatment of unused clothes. This research examines the responsibilities for recycling from the standpoint of consumers, and shows their requirements and advice to consumers themselves, clothing companies as the subject of production and the government and society. Considering the pattern of clothing life, this research deals with housewives who live I Seoul, Sung-nam and Choong-ju. After several pretests, the content and format of this questionnaire is revised and added. This investigation is carred by individual interviews and reponders' filling-out, from 24 November 1997 to 5 January 1998. Among the total 1,200 questionnaires, 1,150 sheets are taken back, but only 1,132 are available to analysis. The results are as follows: Most of all, among the causes of unused clothes, the problem of clothes itself is stemmed from the more responsibility of clothing companies rather than consumers'. From production to sale the companies, considering environment and recycling, should choose proper cloth material and adequate design. And then they require the consumers' attention to laundry and conservation. More important, consumers' attitudes should be changed because consumers themselves, in fact, recognize their responsibilities for recycling of clothing, from the questionnaire. After all, the recycling of clothing should lead to reduction of unused clothes as a fundamental solution. When it comes to unused clothes, its elimination pays more money and needs specialization. Moreover, citizens should participate in the problem independently and more information on the policies of recycling should be well-informed.

노인 친화적 감성용 욕조 대안에 대한 노인 소비자의 요구 및 평가 (A Survey on the Aged Consumers' Needs for an Elderly Friendly and Sensitive Bathtub Alternative)

  • This study finds out the aged consumers' needs on the developing elderly friendly and sensitive bathtub. This bathtub focuses on enhancement of multi-senses and enhancement of health, safety & convenience during bath. The enhancing multi-senses would have four functions; therapy with color and aroma, the massage with micro water bubbles, the visual and auditory with TV & cinema, and the auditory with music and radio. Also, enhancing others of bathtub would have seven functions; emergency bell, blood-pressure check system for health condition, water temperature indicator, keeping water warm, reading a book in that, and controlling of house entrance door and a getting the phone during bath. The aged consumers' needs find throughout a questionnaire survey, and 497 data was analyzed. The main results are as follow. They consider a full bath behavior as a healthcare. They have an intention to purchase or use the elderly and friendly bathtub, and they prefer using it in common facilities to using it at home. They highly need health related function of bathtub, which are massage (64.4%), blood-pressure check system (55.1%) and aroma therapy (45.7%). The emergency bell (67.0%), keeping water warm (62.2%), and water temperature indicator (49.7%), related to safety & information function of bathtub, are needed. Also, they think tolerance for error and low physical effort in bathtub design alternative, opening door and inside sitting support, to be important.

  • 마이데이터 서비스에 대한 소비자 수용의도 향상, 즉 고객 정보의 자발적 제공은 기업 가치 창출과 함께 마이데이터 산업의 안정적 성장을 위해 매우 필요한 요소이며 데이터 가치 상승으로 인한 유출과 침해 증가는 이러한 마이데이터 서비스 이용에 부정적 영향을 미쳐 금융소비자의 개인정보 제공을 통한 양질의 맞춤형 서비스 수요를 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 금융소비자가 인지할 수 있는 보안위험과 이를 보완 할 수 있는 보안요인을 도출하고 이러한 보안요인이 마이데이터 서비스 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 금융소비자의 수용의도를 높이고 안전한 활용을 확대할 수 있는 전략을 도출하기 위한 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과를 통해 마이데이터 서비스 필수 요건인 정보주체로부터 제공받은 정보의 안정성과 투명성 보장을 위해 적용하는 보안요인은 금융서비스라는 측면에서 편의성 또한 고려해야 함을 확인하였다.

대학생들의 모바일 앱을 이용한 금연정보탐색과 행위변화 (Information Seeking and Behavior Change for the Smoking Cessation of College Students Utilizing Mobile Applications)

  • 본 연구는 금연을 실천 및 유지하는 소비자들의 정보요구와 정보탐색행태를 조사하고, 다양한 단계에서 얻은 건강 정보가 건강 행동 변화에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 특히 이 연구에서는 소비자가 건강에 해로운 행동을 변경하는 데 도움이 되는 모바일 건강 애플리케이션(건강 앱)을 사용하는 방법과 금연 앱 사용이 건강 행위 변화에 미치는 영향을 조사했다. 이 연구는 금연 앱을 사용하는 대학생을 대상으로, 2017년 12월부터 2018년 7월까지 7개월 동안 참여자의 흡연 행동 변화를 관찰하고 대면 인터뷰를 실시했다. 실천단계의 참여자들에 따르면, 금연 기간, 건강 상태 변화, 금연으로 인한 비용 절감 등의 시각화된 정보가 금연을 독려했다. 유지 단계의 참여자들은 금연 앱이 제공하는 커뮤니티를 통해 다른 금연시도자들과 자신의 경험 및 사회적 지원을 공유함으로써 금연의 중요성과 성취를 인식하는 데 도움이 된다는 것을 강조했다. 이 연구는 행동 수정 과정에서 모바일 앱을 사용하는 건강 정보 소비자의 정보 요구 및 정보탐색행태의 유형을 식별했다는 점에서 정보 행위 분야에 이론적 함의를 제공한다. 연구 결과는 금연 시도자의 정보 요구를 반영한 금연 앱의 콘텐츠 설계에 기여할 수 있으며, 나아가 건강 행위 변화에 효과적인 정보 중재 전략을 촉진하는 건강 정보 서비스에 대한 실질적인 통찰을 제시할 수 있다.

소비자의 선택 과부하와 유사성 회피 성향이 온라인 추천 서비스의 혁신성과 사용 적합성 지각에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumers' Choice Overload and Avoidance of Similarity on Innovativeness and Use Compatibility in Online Recommendation Service)

  • Online recommendation services help people search for an appropriate product among a huge assortment in stores that also minimize consumers' choice overload. People with a need for uniqueness are likely to prefer this online recommendation service based on individual needs and tastes. This study verifies the effect of consumers' choice overload and similarity avoidance in consumers' evaluation towards an online recommendation service with a focus on innovativeness and use comparability. Two-hundred consumers participated in this study and data were collected through an online survey firm. A mock retailer's webpage was created and showed six types of sneakers, which was presented as a result of product recommendation based on consumers' personal information. Data was analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), analysis of variance (ANOVA), and regression analysis. The results show that people with a high similarity avoidance perceive an online recommendation service as an innovative and compatible service. They also perceive a high level of use compatibility for an online recommendation service, especially when it is difficult to choose a product under choice overload. Innovativeness and use compatibility of an online recommendation service increase behavioral intention. The results of this study can contribute to strategies to start online recommendation services from online retailers' websites that identify circumstances in which consumers can adopt innovative services in a positive manner.

후기, 문의, 흥정이 충성도에 미치는 영향의 성별 차이에 관한 연구: 중국 소비자를 중심으로 (A Study on Gender Differences in the Effects of Reviews, Inquiries, and Bargains on Loyalty: Focusing on Chinese Consumers)

  • 최근 들어 외국 사람들이 한국의 온라인 쇼핑 사이트에서 구매하는 금액이 증가하고 있고, 그 중에서도 특히 중국 소비자들이 구매하는 금액이 큰 비중을 차지하면서 급격히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 온라인 판매 기업들이 이러한 기회를 이용할 수 있도록 중국 소비자들의 후기, 문의, 흥정의 정보탐색 활동이 충성도에 미치는 영향을 연구하고, 이러한 영향이 성별에 따라 어떤 차이를 보이는지를 연구하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 온라인 구매 경험이 있는 중국 소비자들을 대상으로 설문조사 하였고, 총 231개의 표본을 통계분석하였다. 분석결과, 후기, 문의, 흥정이 모두 중국 소비자의 충성도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고, 후기가 충성도에 미치는 영향은 여성이 더 높고, 문의와 흥정이 충성도에 미치는 영향은 남성이 더 높은 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 한국 기업이 한국에서 온라인 쇼핑하는 중국 소비자들의 후기, 문의, 흥정 니즈에 효과적으로 대응하고, 여성에게 미치는 후기의 영향력과 남성에게 미치는 문의와 흥정 영향력의 차이를 이해하고 대처하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다.
