This study explored the determinant variables influence of Chinese consumers' purchase intention towards products featured in Korean TV dramas vis-$\grave{a}$-vis product placement (PPL). We invited 248 Chinese adult consumers who had watched Korean TV dramas in last twelve months to participate in this survey. Data analyses were conducted by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, t -test, analysis of variance and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 21.0. We chose PPL effects, product quality perceptions, and product trust as main independent variables. The empirical analysis results demonstrate that female (versus male) and frequency of (or longer time) watching dramas resulted in higher perceived consumer PPL effects, product quality, trust and purchase intention. The positive effects of the product quality and product trust on purchase intentions were confirmed. There are additional mediation effects of product quality perceptions and trust on the relationship between consumer demographic characteristics (gender), TV drama watching conditions (frequency and time) and purchase intention. This research can help Korean corporations produce effective advertising by indicating how PPL affects Chinese consumer consumption behavior. The results are useful for the Chinese government and consumer organizations to improve the domestic consumption environment by developing effective TV drama PPL policies.

The goal of this study is to promote the spread of environmentally friendly agricultural products, which have been receiving a lot of attention lately, as a way to improve food safety and quality. As a result of the increased labor input, increased production costs, and an aging population, environmentally friendly agriculture is making it more difficult for farmers to expand their enterprises. In the meantime, consumers find it difficult to spread eco-friendly agricultural products due to their high expectations for safety and quality, as well as the desire to purchase products at a reasonable price. Previous studies have revealed differences in perceptions between eco-friendly agricultural producers and consumers. In light of this, this study divided consumers based on their characteristics (such as age, purchase history, health concerns, etc.), and different policies were proposed in order to increase purchasing factors for each group based on their characteristics. In order to gather information for this study, general citizens were asked about their perceptions of eco-friendly agricultural products, future purchase intentions and awareness, reliability, necessity, purpose, and information sources. A two-step clustering analysis was conducted using nominal and continuous variables simultaneously. The paper presents the three derived group differences (senior organic interest group, middle-aged organic interest group, and indifferent young organics) as well as group differences for the purchasing/non-purchasing factor analysis and policy improvement for each group. An eco-friendly agricultural product distribution proposal was made at the end of this article.

The rapid growth of digital consumption has significantly changed the shopping behavior of consumers. The consumption paradigm is changing; subsequently, an omni-channel has been introduced that empowers consumers to interact with firms through a myriad of touch points in multiple channels. This study is to understand the perceptions and behavioral characteristics of consumers in the purchase process (e.g., information search and purchase phase). A qualitative method was adopted for this study and data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews with 15 omni-channel consumers. The results of this study were as follows. At the information search stage, consistency was the most important consideration for consumers who also wanted to retain channel-specific benefits. Consumers also searched for differentiated information among distribution channels. At the purchase stage, participants choose a shopping channel according to shopping values. They utilized newly introduced services (e.g., "online purchase, offline pick-up", FinTech) that combine retail channels. Our findings provide significance in managing omni-channel services. First, it is recommended that fashion retailers provide seamlessly integrated experience to consumer and adopt a consumer-centered channel choice strategy. Second, fashion retailers must maintain a constant attitude toward shopping experience to fashion, such as shopping enjoyment and exclusiveness.
This study explored mutual perceptions among clients, agencies, and consumers on the evaluation of ad creativity applying the co-orientation model. In order to investigate agreement, congruence, accuracy among three groups, they exposed to real commercials as stimuli and evaluated ad creativity of them in terms of four dimensions, such as originality, appropriateness, clarity, and relevance. Results indicated that agreement between agencies and consumers is relatively high, whereas one between clients and agencies is relatively low. Also, clients show relatively higher level of congruence, but agencies have relatively lower level of one. Accuracy between agencies' evaluation of ad creativity and clients' perception of agencies' view on ad creativity, and between consumers' evaluation of ad creativity and clients' perception of consumers' view on ad creativity would be relatively high. On the other hand, accuracy between clients' evaluation of ad creativity and agencies' perception of clients' view on ad creativity would be relatively low. Results showed that there is a need clients and agencies to consider on consumers' viewpoints on ad creativity.

This study aims to empirically examine whether consumers' perceptions of Chinese e-commerce firms's CSR activities, along with psychological construct of company-consumer identification, and corporate trust affect their purchase intention based on theory of reasoned action. The study used a survey method for data collection to confirm research hypotheses with a total of 240 respondents used for final analysis. The results showed that economic responsibility, ethical responsibility, and legal responsibility have a positive effect on consumers' purchase intention. In addition, corporate trust and company-consumer identification were found to mediate the relationship between consumers' CSR perceptions and purchase intention. The result of this study is expected to provide useful theoretical as well as practical implications to advance the current understanding on the effects of consumers' CSR perception on business performance.
Cosmetics brands are increasingly offering "multi-purpose" products that serve multiple functions at once, such as an eye cream that could also be used as a lip moisturizer. Yet, there is little research on consumers' perceptions of multi-purpose products and the brands that offer these products. This research examines the impact of consumers' own theory of beauty. We find that endorsing a strong incremental (vs. entity) theory of beauty (i.e., believing that one's beauty is changeable through one's effort rather than innate and unchangeable) reduces consumers' preferences for multi-purpose products, particularly among those who are highly appearance oriented. These consumers' reduced evaluation of multi-purpose products also spills over to their overall brand evaluation. The findings suggest that brand managers should consider consumers' implicit theory of beauty and product preferences when managing product knowledge.
Building on Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model(TRAM), the study aimed to examine how technology readiness affects consumers' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk, which in turn predict their intention to use retail service robots. Specifically, the study proposed that technology readiness motivators (optimism and innovativeness) would influence perceived ease of use and usefulness, while technology readiness inhibitors (discomfort and insecurity) would affect perceived risk. The study further examined if the perception factors (ease of use, usefulness, and risk) contribute to intention to use retail service robots. A survey method was used with data collected from Korean consumers. The final sample size was 418. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling. Findings of the study revealed that technology readiness motivators positively affected perceived ease of use and usefulness while innovativeness had no impact on usefulness. All the inhibitors increased perceived risk. Lastly, as hypothesized, perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and risk predicted intention to use retail service robots. This study extended the retail technology literature by applying and validating TRAM to the context of consumer acceptance of retail service robots. The study further helped marketers and retailers by highlighting the importance of technology readiness in improving consumer perceptions and responses towards retail service robots.

Mobile marketing is a brand new phenomenon. In Malaysia, marketeers do not seem to understand well enough the perceptions of consumers according to mobile marketing, especially to the mobile service users. This study analyses and evaluates any significant relationship between consumer perceptions and intentions with respect to mobile marketing, and seeks to determine the expectations, preferences, pattern and usage of the consumers of Mobile Marketing Product and Service (MMP&S). The data was obtained by convenience sampling in the big cities of Malaysia. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed and a sample of 112 usable questionnaires was selected. The result of this research applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) point to the fact that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived innovative, social influence have a direct positive relationship with the intention to use mobile marketing. This, in turn, can shed light on the main factors determining consumer intentions to use mobile marketing that may control consumer adoption of mobile marketing.
