브랜드 아파트의 단위평면 각 실의 경향분석 (Tendency of Each Space of Unit Plans for Brand Apartments)

  • This study aims to examine each space characteristics of unit plans for brand apartments. Through construction companies' web-sites and real estate web-sites, all the apartment unit plans with $66m^2{\sim}164m^2$ unit among the brand apartments were analyzed. On the analysis of the apartment unit plans($66m^2{\sim}164m^2$) provided by top 8 construction companies from March 2004 to December 2008. The remarkable changes compared to existing apartments include an increase in the number of bays; front side allocation of bedrooms beside the main bedroom; installation of a vestibule, a dressing room, and a powder room; installation of built-in closets in bedrooms beside the main bedroom; and installation of a receipt spot on the sidewall in the balcony. Besides, as for minor opinions there were opinions of front side allocation of kitchen/dining room, back side allocation of the main bedroom, and installation of dressing room in bedrooms beside the main bedroom. Therefore, construction companies should pay attention to research result about the unit area ranges of apartment unit plans, and reflect it positively to develop apartment unit plans to satisfy consumers.

소비자의 자아존중감과 소비행동 관련성 연구 : 심리적 가정환경을 중심으로 (Research on the Relations Between Self-Esteem and Consumption Behavior : Mainly On Psychological Family Environment)

  • This research how self-esteem and consumption behavior for adolescent consumers are differentiated different psychological home environment and how the psychological home environment during adolescence self-esteem and consumption behavior. The result of the research as follows. First, when the psychological home environment categorized in 4 subgroups, accomplishment-non-accomplishment zone had average 3 points sense of non-accomplishment. Setting the aspiration level and striving to achieve such level were reviewed to be low. In autonomous-heteronomous, it is thought that with more allowance more responsible for actions and autonomous actions such as respecting personal opinions. Secondly, all 5 sub-groups of the self-esteem level for adolescent consumers showed average of approximately 3 points, a normal standard self-esteem When the overall school score is high self-esteem was also given high points. It can be thought that the school scores provide positive or negative effect on pride, future and surrounding situations. When psychological home environment was deemed positive in the relationship between psychological home environment and self-esteem, evaluation and the faith how other people recognize one were also thought positively. Thirdly, 4 subgroups of the consuming behavior for adolescent consumers had under 3 points for trend pursuit, showing a less severe trend pursuit by adolescents then expected. Consumer behavior for different psychological home environment and self-esteem showed that consumers selected a utility, while trendy and unique consumer behavior was found with middle level of open-closeness when a sense of accomplishment was significant among the psychological home environment.

소셜 커머스에서 20대 여대생의 패션제품 구매 시 충동구매에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on the Influential Factors of Impulsive Purchases by Female University Students in their 20's when Purchasing Fashion Products in Social Commerce)

  • Consumers can share their diverse opinions about products due to the increased popularity of smartphones and the internet that enables increased access to the websites and encourages the use of 'SNS' (Social Network Services). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping channel over the past year, compelling consumers to spend more money vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This allows individuals to see different lists of prices for specific products; however, it is also likely to lead to serious compulsive buying. Despite these changing trends, earlier studies have been limited to factors that affect impulse purchases vis-$\grave{a}$-vis Internet shopping malls; therefore, in is salient to conduct research on consumer spending habits related to social commerce websites. This study describes the characteristics of consumers and utilizes social commerce websites as parameters for the impact of impulsive shopping based on a survey of 300 women in their 20's who have experienced impulse buying vis-$\grave{a}$-vis social commerce websites. This study shows that: First, discounts, product scarcity and social commerce site's reputation affect impulse buying when consumers buy products from the social commerce websites. Second, variables on the characteristics of the personal experiences, interests, and self-control also stimulate impulsive purchases.

의류전자상거래 환경에서 고객화 유형이 관계품질에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumer Perception of Customization Type on Relationship Quality in the Apparel E-business Context)

  • The convenience and flexibility due to the spread of Internet allowed consumers to easily participate in marketing activity. Consumers want to participate in designing, manufacturing, delivering of products and service by expressing their opinions to the companies because they want to buy customized goods where their requirements are incorporated. We can expect that, through this interactive process of customization between consumers and companies, strong relationship quality may be built as a result of the interaction. The main purpose of this study is to examine the influence of consumer perception of customization on relationship quality in the e-business context. To accomplish this purpose, I reviewed the concept of customization, identified the perceptive factors of customization in e-business context (i.e., perception of participation level, assessment of flexibility), and examined the type of customization. Whether customization type generates varying degrees of perception of customization and relationship quality is revealed. As a result, collaborative product/service customization generated the highest relationship quality. Assembled product customization that was built based only on predicted consumer needs without any interaction between consumer and company showed a low level of relationship quality. And this type had no significant difference from standardized products. In short, there is a strong need for e-business companies to interact with consumers to improve relationship quality.

텍스트 문서 기반의 감성 인식 시스템 (An Emotion Scanning System on Text Documents)

  • 요즈음 인터넷을 통해 물건을 구매하는 경향이 증가하고 있다. 또한 물건을 구매한 소비자는 리뷰, 댓글, 비평 또는 블로그 등의 형식으로 온라인에 그들의 사용 후기를 작성한다. 또한 작성된 사용 후기부터 많은 구매자들은 물건을 구매하기 전에 자신이 구입하고자 하는 물건에 대한 정보를 얻는다. 따라서 회사나 공공기관은 대중이 다른 사람의 의견에 관심을 기울인다는 점 때문에 대중의 의견을 수집하고 분석할 필요성에 직면하였다. 그러나 온라인상에 댓글이 너무 많고, 중복적이면서 짧은 경향이 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 텍스트 문서의 감성을 인식하는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 텍스트로부터 작성자의 의견이나 주관적인 생각을 추출할 수 있게 영어에서는 단어에 속성이 주어진 GI와 LKB가 있으나 한글은 아직 속성이 주어진 사전이 존재하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 한글 품사 중 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)에 속성을 주었다. 그리고 학습 군을 만들어서 감성 단어의 패턴을 구성하고, 문장에서 단어 사이의 공기관계를 구성하여 학습 시켰다. 이 학습을 바탕으로, SO-PMI을 이용하여 문서를 긍정과 부정 2가지 극성을 분류하고, 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)를 각각 조합하여 최상의 조건을 구하였다. 마지막으로 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 새로운 감성 표현, 구성형식, 단어 연관성을 반자동적으로 삽입하고 교정할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

한방 전문과목 추가신설에 대한 한의사들의 인식 조사 (A Study on Opinions of Oriental Medical Doctors in Introducing New Specialties in Oriental Medicine)

  • This study was conducted to identify the needs of introducing new medical specialties in oriental medicine. Three stakeholders in introducing new oriental medical specialties are oriental medical doctors, policy makers and medical consumers. Of the three, this study intended to focus on opinions of oriental medical doctors. About 1,150 self-administered questionaries were sent to the potential respondents, 320 specialists, 250 interns & residents and 580 private oriental medicine practitioners, and 480 doctors responded. The study revealed that 62% of respondents showed negative attitudes towards the introduction of new oriental medicine specialties. The private oriental medical practitioners were more likely not in favor of adding new medical boardmanship. The reasons of objection were as follows : First, it is more important to enrich the existing oriental medical boardmanship (70%). Second, the newly established specialties are most likely to be weakened(15%). The study revealed that the first and most likely specialties to be introduced was Chuna(18%), subspecialization of oriental internal medicine (15.8%), the next oriental family medicine (15.1%) and so on. And the second specialties to be desired most by the respondents were (1) cooperative medicine between the westem and oriental medicine (28%), (2) oriental preventive medicine (17.4%) and (3) oriental family medicine (16.8%). Caution must be exercised in introducing new oriental medicine specialties. The failures of western medicine in the operation of its specialist production should carefully by examined here.

  • 현대사회의 기업들은 소셜 미디어, 제품 리뷰, 고객 피드백 등 다양한 영역에 걸쳐 소비자 의견을 정확하게 이해하는 것이 경쟁에서 성공하기 위한 주요 과제임을 강조하며 감성 분류를 점점 더 중요한 작업으로 채택하고 있다. 감성 분류는 소비자의 다양한 의견과 감성을 파악하여 제품이나 서비스 개선에 도움을 주는 이유로 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 감성 분류에서는 대규모 데이터 셋과 사전 학습된 언어 모델을 통한 미세 조정이 성능 향상에 중요한 역할을 한다. 최근 인공지능 기술의 발전으로 감성 분류 모델은 높은 성능을 보이고 있으며, 특히 ELECTRA 모델은 효율적인 학습 방법과 적은 컴퓨팅 자원을 통해 뛰어난 결과를 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 ELECTRA에서 한국어를 학습한 KoELECTRA 모델을 이용하여 다양한 데이터 셋에 대한 효율적인 미세 조정을 통해 감성 분류 성능을 향상하는 방법을 제안한다.

만족도와 재구매 간 관계에 있어서 상황적 영향의 조절효과에 관한 연구 - 인지 종결 욕구와 일시적 자아 해석의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Moderating Role of Need for Cognitive Closure and Temporal Self-Construal in Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Consistency)

  • 최근 들어 소비자의 만족과 재구매 행동 간 불일치성에 영향을 미치는 조절변수 탐색 연구가 다수 진행되었다. 그러나 이들 연구는 주로 소비자의 인구통계적 특성 및 사회경제적 특성에 치중하여 소비자 내면의 심리 관점에서 만족과 구매 후 행동 간 상응성을 설명해내지 못하는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 만족과 재구매에 영향을 미치는 중요한 상황적 요인으로서 인지 종결 욕구와 일시적 자아 해석의 역할을 가정하고 두 개의 실험을 통해 이를 규명했다. 우선 소비자의 일시적인 심리 상태에 영향을 미치는 중요한 상황적 요인으로서 최근 심리학계에서 많은 학자들로부터 주목받고 있는 인지 종결 욕구의 개념을 구매의사결정에 직면한 소비자 입장에 새롭게 적용하여 그 역할을 입증했다. 구체적으로 인지 종결 욕구가 높은 상황에서는 가능한 한 신속한 의사결정을 내리고자 하므로 새로운 대안 탐색을 회피하고 기존 대안을 반복 선택할 가능성이 증가했다. 또한 소비자에게 일시적으로 유발된 자아 해석을 만족과 재구매 행동 관계의 주요 조절변수로 가정하고 이를 규명했다. 즉, 일시적으로 독립적 자아 해석 상황에 처하게 되면 상호의존적 자아해석 상황에 처했을 때보다 재구매 행동이 강화될 수 있음이 확인되었다. 독립적 자아 해석 상황에서는 자신의 만족 경험과 판단을 신뢰하여 기존 대안을 지지할 가능성이 높지만, 상호의존적 자아 해석 상황에서는 내집단과의 우호적 관계를 자기 자신의 판단 이상으로 중시하는 경향이 있으므로 의미있는 주변인의 추천에 동조하여 전환행동을 할 가능성이 높아지기 때문이다. 본 연구의 결과는 고객 만족을 넘어 충성 고객화를 위해 고심 중인 기업들에게 근본적인 해결책을 제시하는 실무적 의의가 있다. 단순한 만족이 충성도로 발전하는 과정에서 영향을 미치는 상황적 원인을 규명해낸다면 이를 진정한 충성도 배양에 도움을 주는 방향으로 작동시키면 되기 때문이다.

소비자의 소비행복을 어떻게 측정할 수 있나? : 소비행복의 구성요소 및 척도개발을 중심으로 (Consumer's Consumption Happiness, How Can We Measure It?)

  • This study aims to devise a tool which can identify the concept of 'consumption happiness' and to develop a standardized scale to measure consumption happiness. How can we measure consumption happiness? Based on it, the concept and perspective of consumption happiness was formed and then the scale for measuring it was developed. To develop the scale, questions were extracted through a literature survey, an FGI interview was conducted and validity was verified through experts' opinions. Then the scale was developed by conducting a questionnaire survey for consumers. For the analysis of the research, SPSS 20. 0 for Windows and AMOS 17.0 were used and 500 consumers responded to an online survey. In order to examine the general characteristics of the investigation object, the technical statistics of frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation were performed. To develop the research, test-retest correlation, item-to-total correlation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. The final 20-item consumption happiness scale, which consisted of four factors, was constructed in the end.

A Numerical Kano Model for Compliance Customer Needs with Product Development

  • Functional form and dysfunctional form of Kano model are considered as customer need regarding attribute of product. Both functional and dysfunctional forms are: Like, Must-be Neutral, Live-with and Dislike. The answers of customer regarding a product of functional and dysfunctional forms have been applied for selection of customer needs regarding product attribute (Kano evaluation). Filling.up and returning the Questionnaires by the individuals are essential for determining Kano evaluation. But many Questionnaires have not been returned in that case. Moreover, many possible consumers could not get opportunity to fill-up questionnaire. These uncertain or unknown consumers' opinions are also essential for product development. The choices of Kano evaluations have been outlined by: Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent and Reverse. In this study, choices of evaluation of unknown customer are considered uniform cumulative vector probability (scenario 1). This study is based on the Monte Carlo simulation method, concept of probability and Kano model. This model has also been tested for its soundness and found fairly consistent including existing Kano model (scenario 2) and case survey for headlight of bicycle (scenario 3).
