가구특성에 따른 소비지출행태 분석 (An Analysis of Consumer Expenditure Patterns according to Household Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 Price-Scaling AIDS 모형을 바탕으로 가구별 특성의 차이가 소비지출 구조에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 통계청 "가계동향조사" 자료를 이용하여 추정하였다. 추정결과, 서비스 품목들의 소득탄력성은 비서비스 품목들의 소득탄력성에 비해 상대적으로 큰 것으로 나타나 향후 가구소득이 늘어날 경우 서비스 품목들에 대한 더 큰 수요 증가가 예상된다. 또한 품목별 가계의 소비지출행태는 연령별, 소득수준별로 상이한 모습을 띠고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 비서비스 품목에 대한 지출비중이 높은 전통적인 가계지출구조에서 보건, 교육, 통신 등과 같은 서비스품목에 대한 지출비중이 높은 구조로의 전환이 촉진되고 있음이 확인되었다. 이와 같이 서비스품목에 대한 수요 증가로 인한 가계소비지출 구조의 변화는 관련 서비스 시장의 확대와 더불어 서비스 산업의 성장 잠재력을 더욱 확대시키는 방향으로 작용할 수 있다. 따라서 이들 분야에 대한 잠재수요 및 성장가능성에 대한 정확한 파악과 더불어 해당 서비스 시장의 형성 및 확대와 관련한 공급측의 적절한 대응이 요구된다.

제주 초가(草家) 형태를 직물 문양으로 활용한 텍스타일 디자인 및 지역패션문화상품 개발 (The development of cultural products and textile designs with the patterns of Jeju Choga)

  • This study is to develop cultural products based on 'Jeju Choga', which means the traditional houses in Jeju. For the product development, old literature review, field surveys, and consumer surveys were employed. Through old literatures and field surveys, the unique and visual characteristics of Jeju Choga were confirmed: A thatched roof with lattice pattern, a side wall and fences with porous stones, a 'Jungnang' serving as a gate, and a 'Pungchai' preventing strong sola radiation and 'Ollai' meaning a narrow street in front of the Choga. As a results of consumer survey conducted before the development of products, consumers highly recognized and associated Jeju Choga as Jeju representative image. The six basic patterns of Jeju Choga were drawn and eight textile designs were created through the repeated arrangements of the basic patterns. Using the created textile designs and digital printing method, the eleven new fabrics with the patterns of Jeju Choga were developed. The various kinds of ten bags and tow wallets made with the new fabrics. As a result of consumer evaluation for the twelve products made in this study, the scores of preference and purchase intention were above the average work for the most products of them. In particular, the preference and purchase intention of the square shoulder bag, the big-size shopper bag, and the small-size cross bag were very positively evaluated. Therefore, it is confirmed that Jeju Choga could be very useful as a motif for the development of cultural products focusing on Jeju tourism souvenir market.

온라인 쇼핑의 다크패턴에 대한 소비자 감정 및 행동 의도: 질적연구를 통합 접근 (Consumer Sentiment and Behavioral Intentions Regarding Dark Patterns in Online Shopping: Qualitative Research Approach)

  • 사용자 인터페이스(user interface, UI) 기능이 왜곡되어 의도적으로 사용자를 기만하거나 유혹하는 다크패턴으로 등장하고 있다. 다크패턴을 인지하지 못한 소비자는 선택권을 제약받고 이로 인해 불필요한 경제적 피해를 보고 있다. 본 연구에서는 질적연구 방법을 통해 온라인 쇼핑몰의 다크패턴에 대한 소비자들의 다양한 쇼핑 감정 및 다크패턴인지 이후의 행동의도를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 다크패턴 유형에 따라 인지하는 비율은 다소 차이가 있었고, 해당업체에 대한 불신, 사용자 기만, 불쾌함 등의 소비자 감정을 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 다크패턴 인지 이후의 행동은 아직까지는 적극적으로 해당업체에 항의하여 피해보상을 요구하는 것보다는 재발방지를 위한 다짐, 지인에게 경고 등의 소극적인 행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

온라인 정보서비스 이용행태모형 (A Consumer Behavior Model for Online Information Services)

  • Though much attention has been paid to offer various multimedia services by many online service providers, the study on consumer behavior of online information service users are yet to be further explored in various aspects. This study develops a mathematical model for analyzing online consumer's usage patterns, contrasted to the existing media selection theory and flow concept about usage behavior of information services. We demonstrated using some case examples that online information consumption can be viewed not only as a cognitive behavior interacting with online media, but also as an economically rational behavior depending on consumer's perceived cost and time spending. The results obtained in this paper will surely serve as a theoretical foundation for justifying the consumer's behavior and WTP (willingness to pay) for various online contents consumption empirically.

디지털융합 시대의 소비자 행동과 매체 활용에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 미래소비자 대상 표적집단면접법에 의한 정성적 접근 (An Exploratory Study on Consumer Behaviors and Media Use in Age of Digital Convergence: Qualitative Approach by Focus Group Interview for Future Consumers)

  • In the age of digital convergence, it is expected that quality of life of human beings can be improved by converged devices and services. Researches concerning change of buying patterns and consumer behaviors in these contexts have to be progressed actively. To investigate future trend of consumer behaviors, we used focus group interview for Qualitative approach in the first step and then conducted questionnaire survey for experts in order to get validity and feasibility of research results. As result of research we suggested eight propositions by FGI for 20s target consumers. Additionally, on the basis of qualitative research, by questionnaire survey for 22 experts two perspectives of positive and negative views In future trends were proposed. Results can give lots of Implications and research motivations to academia, practices and workers in public policies who have interests in change of consumer behaviors, thinking styles, and life style under digital convergent environment.

소비자 혁신력이 소셜커머스 이용만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Consumer Innovativeness on the Satisfaction with Social Commerce Use)

  • Social commerce has a large impact on the emergence of the concept of society and individual lives that is recognized as one of the most important business areas in the Internet environment. A marketing agency, Trend Monitor (http://www.trendmonitor.co.kr), conducted a survey on social commerce usage and satisfaction level; subsequently, we used survey result data from 221 adult males and females for our research sample. Data analyses were conducted by reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, t -test or one-way analysis of variance, and structural equation model (SEM) with IMB SPSS ver. 21.0 and ver. AMOS ver. 21.0. This study focused on multi-dimensional consumer innovativeness and found three elements of acceptability, competence, and distribution. Empirical verification through SEM presented data that suggests the three consumer innovativeness factors have a direct positive effect on social commerce that causes factors to indirectly affect satisfaction levels. This study indicated that the main consumption patterns in modern society take advantage of social commerce and satisfaction by improving a market economy to promote restoration. First, this study considers consumer innovativeness to have three factors. Secondly, research results help to understand relations between consumer innovativeness, use and satisfaction with social commerce that can help the social commerce industry establish effective market strategies through consumer innovativeness. The conclusion discusses implications for academic research and marketing strategies.

백화점 세일 행사의 판매 촉진 효과에 관한 연구 -연도별, 복종별 차이 및 소비자 태도 지수와의 관련성을 중심으로- (The Sales Promotion Effect of Bargain Sale of Department Store -Focused on the Differences by Year and Merchandise Class, and on the Relationship with the Consumer Attitude Index-)

  • The purposes of this study are to verify the sales promotion effect of bargain sale of department store, and to investigate the relationship between the effect of bargain sale and the consumer attitude toward economics. For those purposes, secondary data was collected. The data was composed of monthly sales data of women's casual wear, men's suit, inner wear, infant's wear, and golf wear in a department store from 1996 to 2003. The data on consumer attitude toward economics was collected from 'Consumer Attitude Index' issued by SERI. The results are as follows. First, there were differences in the sales promotion effects of bargain sale by merchandise class and by year. Men's suit was the class that the effect was highest, and inner wear was the class the effect was lowest. In addition, the effects were simultaneously lowered by year. Second, sales promotion effect of bargain sale had relationship with consumer attitude index. The yearly transitions of the two data were almost similar. This means that as the consumer attitude becomes pessimistic, the motivation to consume also becomes lower, so that sales promotion effect of bargain sale also decreases. In addition, women's wear and men's suit showed the most similar transition patterns with the consumer attitude index.
