Supply Chain Management is the process of planning, implementing and controlling the operations of the supply chain to satisfy customer requirements as efficiently as possible. It spans all movements and storage of raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods from point-of-origin to point-of-consumption. Korean Standards Association claims the Supply Chain Quality Management(SCQM) as a win-win model of organizations among the supply chains for the best product/service quality to final customers. The SCQM is focused on quality of product/service and will do much for improving manufacturing performance between customer and suppliers. Consulting-teams make every effort to design suitable solution for constructing solutions and improving the performance. This study is to analyze the performance of SCQM consulting, from July of 2007 to June of 2008, and would provide some guidelines to design the optimal consulting models and develop guidebooks.

Ubiquitous technology(UT)의 발전과 더불어 특성 산업에 가시적인 적용 성과가 나타남으로써, 전통적인 제조업에서도 ubiquitous 환경 구현 및 제조기술(MT: Manufacturing Technology)과의 융합을 통한 제조혁신의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 ubiquitous factory 구현을 위한 체계적인 서비스 개발을 위해서, factory에 적용할 수 있는 특정 서비스 platform 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 서비스 개발 platform과 관련된 연구와 ubiquitous 서비스 개발 방법론 등을 분석하여 factory 현장에 바로 적용할 수 있는 platform을 개발하였다. 개발된 platform을 검증하기 위해 사례분석을 통해 연관분석을 실시함으로써 본 연구의 타당성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 platform은 ubiquitous factory를 구현하는데 활용될 예정이며, 향후 적용을 통한 개선사항을 도출하여 제조혁신을 위한 방법론으로 정립할 예정이다.

본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA : Data Envelopment Analysis)을 이용하여 선진기업복지제도 실행에 따른 경제적 효과성을 분석하여, 중소기업들이 선진기업복지제도를 적극 도입 시행하도록 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 설문회수 자료 중 투입-산출 지표와 관련된 3가지 유형의 - A유형(기본+심화, 도입) 기업 36개, B유형(기본+심화, 미도입)기업 5개, C유형(기본, 미도입)기업 7개 - 총 48개 기업을 표본대상으로 하여 선진기업복지제도 도입과 관련된 경제적 효과성을 측정해 보았다. 분석 결과, 컨설팅을 받은 후 선진기업복지제도 중 어떤 하나의 제도라도 도입한 기업의 경제적 효과성이 컨설팅을 받은 후 관련 제도를 도입하지 않은 기업의 경제적 효과성보다 대체로 높게 나타나, 근로복지공단에서 실시하는 컨설팅을 통해 제도를 도입할 경우 긍정적인 경제적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 근로복지공단에서는 컨설팅을 보다 적극적으로 실시할 필요가 있으며 컨설팅만 받고 관련 제도 도입을 망설이는 기업을 찾아내고 그 이유에 대하여 구체적으로 파악해 볼 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

컨설팅 산업은 타산업의 지식의 집약화뿐만 아니라 고부가가치화를 창출하거나 지원하는 대표적인 지식서비스 산업이라는 측면에서 중요성을 지니고 있다. 하지만, 컨설팅 산업의 이러한 본질적인 가치와 내재적인 파급효과에도 불구하고 컨설팅 산업에 대한 관심은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 경영컨설팅 산업의 국민 경제에 미치는 파급효과 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과 생산유발효과는 2005년 0.6933원에서 2009년 0.7851원, 부가가치유발효과는 2005년 0.2881원에서 2009년 0.3039원, 취업유발효과는 2005년 0.1124명에서 2009년 0.1207명인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 1원 생산이 지장될 때, 공급유도모형에 의한 공급지장효과는 2005년 2.6759원에서 2009년 3.0145원 레온티에프 가격모형에 의한 물가파급효과는 2005년 0.1691%에서 2009년 0.2161%인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과에 따라 경영컨설팅 산업은 서비스 산업에 미치는 영향뿐만 아니라 제조업의 원활한 생산에도 크게 영향을 미치는 산업임을 확인하였고, 정책적 지원의 필요성을 제시할 수 있었다.

This paper investigates the relationship of service quality and user satisfaction in the wired and mobile Internet services based on the integrative framework of both systems. Given a moderate level of reliability and validity, the commonly driven dimensions for measuring service quality include responsiveness, assurance, empathy, convenience, usefulness, and diversity. User satisfaction is measurable by the dimensions of communication/entertainment, finance/economics, location/geography, and information/consulting. We apply the MANOVA tests to evaluate whether each of the service quality dimensions has an overall influence on user satisfaction. Next, multiple regression analyses are conducted to check if unique positive effect exists between each combination of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction dimensions. The results show that service quality must be taken care of with respect to the assurance dimension in order to enhance customer satisfaction in the dimensions of location/geography, which will contribute to increasing the utilization of mobile service. For improving user satisfaction in the dimension of information/consulting, service quality must be supported with respect to assurance and empathy in the mobile Internet market, in addition to diversity, which is the only significant service quality in the wired Internet service.

This paper has explored the analyzing and defining the core competencies of IT consultants who carry out IT consulting projects which desperately are needed by companies to survive in business competitions. Many companies have used IT consultants for their IT projects to achieve their project objectives. The problem of this is the results of IT projects carried out by IT consultants from the recognized consulting firms are quite often criticized by many clients who pay high price for hiring IT consultants. The purpose of this paper is that to weight of capability evaluation model for IT consultants. To define the capability model, I conducted the surveys from the IT professionals by the interview and e-mails. The result of this, this paper defines what core skills IT consultants should have to perform well when they carry out the IT projects. There are 6 major skills and 17 sub skills IT consultants should have in succeeding IT projects. 6 major skills are job competence skill, communication skill, business attitude, vocational values, job performance skill, leadership skill and related 17 sub skill are defined. With the capability evaluation model, the managers who are in the charge of incubating and enhancing the capability of IT consultants in the large corporation and also small, medium companies will utilize their companies' strength to get the advantage on the business competition.

This paper reviews commercial wind mapping services provided by the oversea consulting companies, AL-PRO and anemos in Germany, AWS Truepower and 3TIER in USA. They provide quick-to-use but essential dataset for a preliminary assessment before commencing an actual feasibility study for wind farm development. Details of wind mapping method, mapresolution, data extraction height, price and so forth are compared and fresh service contents such as site analysis report are drawn from the comparison. Despite its public service, the objective value of the Renewable Energy Resource Map System of Korea Instistute of Energy Research is also confirmed and it is anticipated that the drawn new content idea will be ported to the system to enrich its applicability.

정부에서 지원하는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성을 정책자금, 창업 및 경영 교육, 컨설팅 및 기타 서비스의 측면으로 살펴보고, 현재 소상공인의 실정에 맞는 정책의 변화 체계를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정부의 지원정책이 소상공인의 기업 경영에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 특성을 고려하여 소상공인 정책에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책의 변화 필요성의 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 소상공인시장진흥공단에서 시행되는 소상공인 정책의 운영 현황을 먼저 살펴본 후, 창업 한 소상공인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 현실에 맞는 소상공인 정책 변화의 필요성을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과는 소상공인 정책 패러다임의 변화를 위한 기준을 제시했다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 소상공인 정책 중 창업 교육 및 정책과 관련하여 연구 범위를 확대하여 소상공인 창업 활성화 방안에 대한 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 한다.

이 연구는 2007년을 시발점으로 내용교수지식(PCK) 및 수업컨설팅 지원에 관하여 3개년에 걸친 중장기 연구로서, KICE-TLC 고유의 PCK 연구 방법과 PCK에 대한 관점을 정립하고자 하였다. 이와 관련하여 수학 교과의 경우, 일차년도인 2007년도 연구에서는 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 PCK의 의미를 탐색하여 수학과 PCK 분석틀을 설정하고 이를 기반으로 다양한 유형의 PCK를 마련하였다. 이차년도인 2008년 연구에서는 중학교 수학 교과의 초임 및 경력교사 각각 3명씩을 대상으로 이들의 수업 사례를 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 진단 및 대안을 모색하고자 하였으며, 본 논문에서는 이러한 초임교사를 위한 수업컨설팅(안)을 '학습자 이해'에 관한 지식 측면에 초점을 두어 제시하였다.
