인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷의 활용분야가 모든 산업 분야에 파급되고 있는데, 특히 사이버 교육 분야도 인터넷 응용에 의해 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그 중에 한 분야가 대학 진학 상담이다. 대학입시 업무 흐름에 있어서 수험생들은 원서 접수를 학교에 직접 방문해서 접수하는 방식과 각 지역 접수 창구와 팩스를 통하여 원서 접수를 하는 방식을 유기적으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 환경이 최근 각광을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수험자들이 지능형 다중 에이전트를 이용하여 학과를 선택하는 과정에서 추천 학과 마법사를 통하여 수능 성적과 학생부 내신 등급으로 자신의 적성과 수능점수에 적합한 학과를 추천받아서 원서 접수시 소신지원 및 안정지원을 할 수 있는 인터넷 원서 접수 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

Purpose: The small-scale environmental impact assessment has been in operation since its implementation in August 2000, and is a system that meets the purpose of sustainable development in consideration of the environment in areas requiring conservation. However, when preparing a small environmental impact assessment report, the contents of the reduction measures are too qualitative, or reports are prepared to simply list the compliance stipulated by individual laws, and the contents of consultations prepared by consultative agencies and review agencies are not much different. In addition, the direction of consultation on development projects for similar locations of the same project type is frequently changed by reflecting the subjective judgment of the consultative officer of the Ministry of Environment (Environment Agency). Therefore, this study attempted to improve the establishment of measures to reduce the existing simple listing of qualitative contents and the inconsistent presentation of review opinions by consultative agencies and review agencies. Research design, data and methodology: The research method extracted absolute evaluation items and relative evaluation items among small environmental impact assessment items, analyzed and presented detailed items, and prepared a distribution table for each section according to the details of the relative evaluation items, and presented them as a table. Results: This study was conducted to derive uniform results with objective indicators in the preparation and consultation process of a small-scale environmental impact assessment. Conclusions: Once a quantitative evaluation is established, the consultant can objectively determine and process the environmental impact.

세계 유수의 의학관련 연구 저널의 편집자들은 제출된 원고의 질을 관리하기 위하여 연구진행의 가이드라인 역할을 할 수 있는 보고 지침을 개발하여 평가에 적용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 RCTs를 위한 보고 지침인 CONSORT의 2010년 개정판 내용과 특징을 소개함으로써 치위생 연구의 계획 및 수행에 도움을 주고 더 나아가 EBP의 활성화에 기여하고자 하였다. CONSORT는 시험 보고의 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록 논문 저자들에게 보고 지침을 제공한다. 이 보고 지침은 RCTs 보고서에 반드시 포함되어야 할 필수 항목인 25개의 체크 리스트와 연구 과정의 도식화를 위한 순서도를 제시한다. 저자들은 연구 설계 시점부터 CONSORT의 각 항목을 참고함으로써 연구의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서 우리 치위생계에서도 이러한 보고지침을 준수함으로써 치위생 연구의 타당성을 높이고, 이러한 연구 결과를 질 높은 근거 기반적 치위생 실무로 접목시켜 발전시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The antidiabetic efficacy of Enicostemma littorale Blume (chhota chirayata) aqueous extract was examined in newly diagnosed non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) patients taking only the extract and was administered as two divided doses, half an hour before meal as 5g of aqueous extract per single dose. Out of the 20 patients volunteered, 11 successfully completed the 2 month trial and a significant decrease in fasting & postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated haemoglobin levels were observed along with a significant improvement in the antioxidant parameters of the patients. There was also a significant increase in serum insulin levels in 7 patients after extract treatment as compared to levels before treatment. Serum total cholesterol and serum triglyceride levels were decreased significantly with a significant increase in serum HDLCholesterol levels. Other vital parameters remained stable and no side effects were observed. This is the first report showing the hypoglycemic, antioxidant and hypolipidemic properties of the aqueous extract of E. littorale Blume in non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus patients.

ODA finance in the water sector has decreased after reaching a peak in 2012 although total ODA commitments have steadily increased according to OECD DAC data. However, climate finance in the water sector has increased so much since 2013 according to 7 MDB Joint report on Climate Finance. Water, especially, in climate change is the main issue for adaptation, and the total finance in the water sector reached 50% of the international public adaptation finance in 2016. However, the procedures for approval and the requirements of the proposals for climate funds are different from those for development finance. Notwithstanding the changes in money flows in the water sector, most korean engineering consulting firms in the water infrastructure area are not ready to win the funds relating to climate change. Therefore, It is important to understand a variety of sources of climate funds, characteristics, funding scale on each purpose and procedures for approval. Korean government needs to provide the firms the opportunities to buildup experiences by getting involved in climate adaptation projects with the financial support for developing PPFs, concept notes, and proposals.

In this study, we report on the procedure of developing a guideline for clinical research protocol using moxibustion. Systematic review of the literature about moxibustion was conducted as a preliminary study to make basic content. Review and consulting by experts from each field was conducted to improve the quality. And we made checklist by arranging keypoint of this guideline. This guideline, Moxibustion Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial Guideline(MOXRATE), aims to be a guide for future researchers in planning clinical study using moxibustion as an intervention. MOXRATE also reports on an ethical issues.

많은 기업에서 부정행위나 절차가 만연하고 있다. 하지만, 직원들은 방어적 또는 반응적 보복을 당할까 두려워 불법적인 행위들을 고발하지 않고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 부정행위를 신고할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 설계는 기업현장에서 정보시스템을 사용함에 있어서 발생하는 부정적 절차에 대해 효과적인데, 이 부정절차 신고는 신고처리, 신고방법, 저장매체 등과도 연관을 가지고 있다. 우리는 시스템과 신고자의 관점에서 부정절차 신고에 관한 전체적인 구조를 설계하고, 추가적인 신고 세부방법에 대한 설계를 덧붙이고자 한다.

1. Objectives In general, arthropathy is treated with conservative method or only observed. Recently, I have effectively treated one patient with chronic arthropathy caused by loose body using constitutional method. So, I would like to report about this case. 2. Methods Consulting her Sungjeong(性情), Chehyungkisang(體形氣像) and QSCC II, I diagnosed her as Taeumin and treated her with Taeumjowi-tang(太陰調胃湯) plus jejo etc. 3. Results After treatment she felt her symtoms-pain, edema, stiffness of joint improved. 4. Conclusions This paper describes the process of management and changes of symptoms. I hope this paper useful to rehabilitatable treatment for arthropathy through Sasang Constitutional Medicine.

이제는 1969년 컴퓨터 정보화 및 자동화 생산의 3차 산업혁명에 이어 인공지능(AI)을 통한 4차 산업혁명이 일어나고 있다. 이로 인하여 세계 경제포럼의 발표에 따르면 2020년까지 510만개의 일자리가 사라질 것으로 전망하고 있다. 그중에 회계사와 세무사 또한 포함되어 있다. 회계사는 경영컨설팅, 회계감사, IPO경영자문 등의 업무를 수행하며, 세무사는 세법신고, 세법자문 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문직업이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명의 시대에 적합한 회계 및 세무 정보를 블록체인화하여 세무와 회계 업무의 효율성을 높여 투명하고 안전한 세무와 회계 정보 구축 방안을 제안한다.

Given that fermented foods, such as kimchi and doenjang, are main food sources for high sodium intake in Korea, there have been needs to develop sodium-reduced kimchi and doenjang with the proper quality. However, small and medium sized business could not actively develop the sodium-reduced products due to lack of techniques and information as well as economical reasons. The most important aspects is to address food safety issues including microbial contaminations in sodium-reduced foods. Hurdle Technology, physical, biological, chemical control technique, would have to be preferentially considered to increase the hygiene safety standards in entire processing steps including raw materials, process water, manufacturing environments, and so on. Once the food hygiene level is stable, the next challenges are to improve the taste of the sodium reduced-products as well as to packaging and storage technologies. The development of a variety of sodium-reduced fermented foods would result in significant mitigation of sodium intake by Korean. This report provides the directions to develop sodium-reduced kimchi, doenjang or pickled food products for small and medium sized business, based on the technical consulting results of sodium reduction project supported by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in 2015.
