Jeju Special Self-Governing Province has implemented a self-governing environmental impact assessment system (Jeju-EIAS) in recognition of its autonomy. In this study, the institutional features of Jeju-EIAS were examined by analyzing the development projects whose consultation under Jeju-EIAS were completed from 1994 to 2019. The consultation procedure of Jeju-EIAS, such as the actual operation of Review Committee for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the consent of the provincial council, and the regular follow-up activities for the implementation of EIA consultations, has been implemented differently from those of other metropolitan cities and provinces. Under Jeju-EIAS, types of development projects subject to consultation on EIA also take into account local conditions, and include the construction of aquarium basin and building. In addition, provisions concerning the scale of development projects is strengthened above the Korean Environmental Impact Assessment Act (EIA Act).

The purpose of this study is was to analyze customer experience attribute of professional baseball. To achieve objectives of this study, a method was used the in-depth interview and experts' consultation which understanding the attributes and structure of customer experience attribute of professional baseball. As a result, the professional baseball customer experience attributes are 'viewing plan & purchase', 'stadium movement', 'entrance stadium', 'move to seat', 'game viewing', 'amenities/services', 'events/cheering', 'move after match'. The review of the experience section and attributes derived through in-depth interviews with professional baseball fans was verified through an expert' consultation to secure content validity. Through this process, 8 experience section and 41 attributes were analyzed. The customer experience journey was analyzed for a more in-depth analysis of the viewing experience of professional baseball fans. The customer experience journey was presented based on the needs of fans and discomfort in each experience section activity.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the pattern of psychiatric consultation-liaison in a new general hospital over a 5-year period. Method: Retrospective chart review was conducted for psychiatric consultations performed from May 2004 to December 2008 in a new general hospital in Hwasun, Korea. Results: A total of 1,852 patients who were referred to the Department of Psychiatry for consultation were included in the analysis. The main reasons for psychiatric consultation were changes in mental status(20.5%), depression(16.8%), insomnia(12.8%), and anxiety(7.9%). Psychiatric consultations were conducted with diagnoses of delirium(39.7%), depressive disorder(28.2%), adjustment disorder(7.9%), and anxiety disorder(4.1%). Patients with delirium were significantly older than were those with other psychiatric diagnoses(p<0.001). Delirium was more common in male patients than in female patients(47.1% vs. 29.9%, respectively), and depression was more common in female patients than in male patients(48.3% vs. 33.9%, respectively)(p<0.001). Delirium was more common in patients who underwent surgical operation than those who did not(p=0.010). Conclusion: Delirium was the most common diagnosis for psychiatric consultation followed by depression in a university hospital. Delirium was more prevalent in men than in women, while depression was more common in women.

Purpose: The small-scale environmental impact assessment has been in operation since its implementation in August 2000, and is a system that meets the purpose of sustainable development in consideration of the environment in areas requiring conservation. However, when preparing a small environmental impact assessment report, the contents of the reduction measures are too qualitative, or reports are prepared to simply list the compliance stipulated by individual laws, and the contents of consultations prepared by consultative agencies and review agencies are not much different. In addition, the direction of consultation on development projects for similar locations of the same project type is frequently changed by reflecting the subjective judgment of the consultative officer of the Ministry of Environment (Environment Agency). Therefore, this study attempted to improve the establishment of measures to reduce the existing simple listing of qualitative contents and the inconsistent presentation of review opinions by consultative agencies and review agencies. Research design, data and methodology: The research method extracted absolute evaluation items and relative evaluation items among small environmental impact assessment items, analyzed and presented detailed items, and prepared a distribution table for each section according to the details of the relative evaluation items, and presented them as a table. Results: This study was conducted to derive uniform results with objective indicators in the preparation and consultation process of a small-scale environmental impact assessment. Conclusions: Once a quantitative evaluation is established, the consultant can objectively determine and process the environmental impact.

Background : To shorten processing time for variety of medical affairs of the patient at the outpatient clinic of a big hospital is very important to qualify medical care of the patient. Therefore, patient's waiting time for medical examination is often utilized as a strong tool to evaluate patient satisfaction with a medical care provided. We performed this study to investigate factors delaying related with waiting time for medical examination. Methods : The data were collected from June 26 to July 30, 1999. A total 275 case of medical treatment and 5,634 patients who visited outpatient clinics of a tertiary hospital were subjected to evaluate the waiting time. The data were analyzed using frequency, t-test, ANOVA, $X^2$-test by SPSS Windows 7.5 program. Results : The mean patient's waiting time objectively evaluated ($30.9{\pm}33.9$ min) was longer than that subjectively by patient evaluated ($25.1{\pm}26.2$ min). Patient waiting time objectively evaluated was influenced by the starting time of medical examination, consultation hours, patients arriving time etc, as expected. The time discrepancy between two evaluations was influenced by several causative factors. Regarding the degree of patients accepted waiting time with the medical examination is 20 min. Conclusion : The results show that, besides the starting time of medical examination, consultation hours and patients arriving time, influence the patient's subjective evaluation of waiting time for medical examination and his satisfaction related with the service in the big hospital. In order to improve patient satisfaction related with waiting time for medical examination, it will be effective examination rather than to shorten the real processing time within the consultation room.

Problems and improvement plan in ecological pathways created by Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) were found based on 504 expost environmental impact survey reports submitted to the National Institute of Ecology in 2016. A total of five improvement plans have been proposed. First, the concept and composition principle of ecological pathways should be unified. Second, Guidelines for consultation on the EIA should be provided for each stage to be applied on-site. Third, if ecological pathway is constructed differently than the consultation, the punishment clauses should be applied to prevent formal composition of ecological pathways. Fourth, We need to prepare measures to strengthen basic research for the installation of ecological pathways. Fifth, We need to strengthen the expost inspection function to compensate for the poorly created of ecological pathways. It is believed that the problems of ecological pathways created by consultation on environmental impact assessment could be corrected in the future. And it is deemed possible to systematically manage ecological pathways.

Objectives : To review a Tanzanian medical engineering education program and determine improvement measures for the Official Development Assistance (ODA) healthcare projects. Methods : A consultation of the Tanzanian medical engineering education program funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRFK) was reviewed. An on site survey, an environmental analysis, and in-depth interviews were performed. Results : Survey results highlighted a lack of medical device education and the low operating rate of medical equipment. The need to establish educational program was thus confirmed. The expansion of healthcare facilities appeared to be limited within the current medical management system. A master coursework plan for Tanzania medical engineering was developed. Conclusions : The needs of medical engineering education were recognized. A plan and curriculum were developed. The medical engineering education program should be planned and budgeted prior to the ODA healthcare program.

Korea's economy has shown recovery since the global financial crisis in 2008. In the year 2010, Korea's export volume reached US D 467.4 billion and Korea is one of the main producer of IT equipment, electronics, ship-buildings, chemicals and automobiles. In particular, IT industry is one of the largest portion in Korea's export industries. The reason of the performance is that we develop innovative products to overseas markets and continued it. Also, there has been export support or promotion scheme in Korea. In this study, We need to evaluate the current system of export support and derive future challenges. This article has been studied to investigate relationship between export promotion and export performance. So, We classify export promotion program into 7 group(IT package, Market pioneers, Overseas exhibition, consultation invited buyers, International IT market research, Small Business IT export counseling center, Overseas marketing online) and the export performance was considered as the dependent variable. So the result are as follows. Factors on IT package, Market pioneers, overseas exhibition, International IT market research have been identified as influencing. and consultation invited buyers, Small Business IT export counseling center and Overseas marketing online have been identified as unimportant factor. So, We have to develop those Factors(IT package, Market pioneers, overseas exhibition, International IT market research) in the direction of strengthening the development of export support scheme.

Starting from Jan. 1, 2006, pursuant to Article 28 of the Natural Environment Conversation Act for development acts with natural Landscape as a subject, the Consultation System on the Effects of Natural Landscape has been put into force in order to, in advance, analyze and predict the effects of natural Landscape according to the implementation of various development plans and development projects and also minimize adverse effects by preparing plans to reduce the effects. The consultation on the effects of natural Landscape is based on the objective and scientific approaches of data with Landscape to minimizing the effects of natural Landscape by developments with the preservation, restoration, outlook and harmonization as basic principles, and looking into the review of natural Landscape damage and harmonization of the site to be developed. For more objectively analyzing the visual effects of natural Landscape according to development acts, the purpose of this study is to provide basic materials of continued Landscape management plans in the planning stage of development plans and after the completion of developments by analyzing the sensitivity of Landscape and deriving areas, whose Landscape will be damaged, mainly focusing on the area of visibility using GIS.

This study analysed the documents of Sea Area Utilization Consultation of JongChun and ApHae located in West Coast of Korea and NaJeong located in East Coast of Korea in order to find out problems of site surveys and numerical simulations for coastal erosion projects of ocean physics, and suggested the improvement way to go. Current especially like wave-induced current is the one of the important external forces to handle coastal erosion but underestimated in the west coast. In case of east coast the various tests including wave-induced current were conducted but less efficient to find out the reasons of coastal erosion. The stiffness structure to protect coastal line like beach made the secondary erosion by using them without sufficient analysis for the erosion. In order to consult a Sea Area Utilization Consultation those are needed to review the scenarios for external forces such as wave and tidal currents, the site surveys for external forces, the net sediment analysis for years, the long periods of monitoring, and the guide line and revision of the rule for coastal erosion.
