AHP를 이용한 군 행정시설 기능공간 특성분석 (Analyzing the Features of Functional Spaces on Military Administrative Facilities using Analytical Hierarchy Process)

  • In order to present the enhancement direction for the military administrative facilities, that can satisfy the user demands and achieve cost-effectiveness the goal of public projects, this research analyzes the features of functional spaces using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP). Basically, the scope is selected to four facilities commander office, private office, public office, and meeting room, because they have an effect on military administrative facilities. Since the space is established by a combination of their own functions, this research begins with an analysis of functional spaces of military administrative facilities, which is verified through literature review and interview with expert. Thereafter, an AHP survey is conducted to military personnel to analyze the priority of functional spaces and to re-classify the functional spaces of each Military administrative facilities. Resultingly, the difference of functional spaces preference according to ranks and facility type are identified. Even though the same military facilities, it means that user satisfaction is different. Therefore, user satisfaction should be considered for each facility at the construction plan. It can minimize overlapped and unused spaces, which can help ensure cost-effectiveness. Consequently, this research suggested the methodology and the process that can take user satisfaction and can support the enhancement of military facilities standards.

공연시설의 스페이스프로그램에 관한 기초적 연구 (A Basic Study on the Space-Program in Performance Facilities)

  • This study analyzes the space composition and the construction system of performance facilities, and research the area construction ratio of each necessary space to establish the specialized performance facilities. This study aims the exclusive facilities for opera among the various performance facilities at home and abroad. The results are as following, 1) Performance space is divided into Public space, Performance space and Administration space on the basis of user. 2) The difference in the scale of performance facilities depends on the fractionation of performance supporting facilities and the grade of specialty rather than the number of seats. 3) The scale and zoning of space in the performance facilities to be built in the future, it is necessary to consider ensuring the production support space, the organic connection of support space and the integrated public space.

  • The method of residential waste and food waste collecting is changed into automatic waste collection(AWC) system from direct collection by human resource. To solve the problem caused by odour from AWC facilities, the structure of input facilities, conveying pipes and collecting facilities have been changed into closed and sealed construction to enclosed the facilities and collect odour efficiently. Based on cases and experiences, to treat variable odour matters which are caused by food waste, chemical cleaning method is preferable method to cope with odour caused by food waste.

  • Urban transit system consist of complex system such as vehicle, signal, train control equipment, railway facilities, electricity facilities, station facilities and information & communications facilities. So a study on construction of management system for complex system. using system-engineering tool, Urban transit standardization of steps 2 perform architecture for urban transit standardization, requirement management and data-base construction.   • In the past, MSW (Municipal Solid Waste) disposal was typically done by recycling, incineration, or landfilling. In South Korea prior to the late 1950's, land burial was usually accomplished by disposal in an open dump. Currently, with increasing concerns and environmental recognition, MSW disposal and landfilling is more restricted. MSW landfill facilities have been developed with certain design and construction specifications. However, these methods have a space for improvement. MSW landfill facilities follow a step wise approach of design, construction, operation and closure management after use in agreement with established environmental and sanitary standards. This study intends to give a technical guidance for installation and consideration of newly established MSW landfill facilities, and also provide an establishment and regular inspection of MSW landfill facilities.

  • In this study, it did comparative analysis on the arrangement, construction and size of rooms applied in the early design stage at the time of prize-winning with the changed ground plans in the final design of those prize-winning works in design contests and BTL hold since 2007 for middle and high schools in Gyeonggi, Daejeon, Chungcheong regions. Through the analysis, this study intends to present those matters to be changed in the facilities standards of each local education office so that it can be referred to the assessment of spatial construction and proper size being planned in the future for middle and high schools and reflected flexibly in consideration of various educational conditions and characteristics of schools by regions. Furthermore, it has the objective to play a part for the establishment of much better environment of educational facilities by provision of reference materials to those matters being changed into proper ones not into the minimum ones of the school facilities standards as the national level. For case analysis, it analyzed various rooms classified by necessary spaces. Since names of rooms and spatial constructions to constitute facilities are different from each local education office and also the analysis by each room has some limitation in the changes and improvement of rooms for a wide range, it proceeded with detailed classifications of school building facilities by each necessary space.

  • Currently the locations of Unpleasant Facilities, especially surrounding the site selections, have been causing conflicts among the national government, many local governments and local residents. These Unpleasant Facilities must be necessary facilities for people's modern cultural lives, but there is no obvious solution that will make us all pleasant for the locations of them until now. In this study, we'll focused on applying the Floating architecture, one of the variety of marine structures, as an alternative location of Public service facilities accommodating Unpleasant Facilities which are classified as public service facilities. Of course, there should be beforehand studies in which we can define Unpleasant Facilities and analyse the conflicts surrounding the locations of them, and we can suggest that applying the Floating architecture should be the very solution to solve all these problems together. And as our main study, we should research and develop the structure and construction, maintenance and management of the Floating architecture which will be applied to the Unpleasant Facilities, together with the environmental considerations of their emergence on the waters. In future, to secure Unpleasant Facilities sites will become more and more difficult, and so Various kinds of public service facilities will have to be the subject to the floating construction.

실적공사비 분석을 통한 유통시설물의 적정공사비 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Presumption of Proper Construction Cost of Distribution Facilities by Analyzing Actual Construction Cost)

  • 최근 유통시설물 공사의 증가와 함께 발주처와 시공사간의 불확실성 요인에 따른 공사비 계약 및 정산방식에 있어서 분쟁의 소지가 많이 제기되고 있다. 이에 초기 착공 시 공사비에 대한 명확한 검증기준이 마련되어야 하며, 저가 공사수주로 인한 공기지연, 품질저하 등을 미연에 예방할 수 있는 적정공사비 추정이 가능해야 할 것이다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구에서는 대형 유통시설물의 공사비 예측을 통한 초기 투자비 분석 및 공사 진행시 발주자와 시공사간의 원만한 공사 진행을 위해 국내 유통시설물 관련 15개 현장의 실적공사비를 조사 분석하여 공법 및 공간, 면적별 적정공사비를 산출하였으며, 이를 근거로 신규 프로젝트 진행시 초기 기획 설계단계에서 부터 타당성 조사를 위한 예측공사비 분석을 통하여 유통시설물 사업의 적정성 여부를 결정하는 수단으로 활용될 수 있는 자료를 제시하고자 하였다.

  • The objective of this study is to evaluate the airborne sound insulation performance between housing units and community facilities during the construction phase. Community facilities adjacent to housing units can lead to noise problems, hence it is necessary to minimize noise transmission during the design phase. However, flanking noise transmitted through gaps of structures, windows, pipes, and other openings may result in substandard sound insulation performance falling below the design standards. Therefore, It is crucial to measure airborne sound insulation in the field during the construction phase. The measurement was conducted using the survey method for the field measurement of the airborne sound insulation in accordance with KS F ISO 10052:2021. Although the noise standards caused by community facilities in apartment complexes are not specified in current laws and regulations, desired noise level was set based on international guidelines for indoor noise. First, the level of noise generated in community facilities was estimated, and then the sound insulation performance was evaluated to determine whether the desired noise level was achieved.
