The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the function and scale on aspect of construction planning with examples of exhibition and convention facilities constructed recently in domestic and foreign area. Also, it was to provide the result for basic data for construction planning and architecture of similar facilities constructed later. The study methodles, but they had characteristics to use the space with compound purpose for exhibition, conference, etc through installing multi-purpose hall. Finally, for effective construction planning of exhibition and convention facilities, it was required to decrease the ratio of common area gradually and derive rationalization of whole space composition by deriving complexity of function rather than planning of single purpose of each facility for exhibition and conference function. was to analyze the characteristics of construction planning for composition and scale of exhibition, conference, public use, support, maintenance functions, etc and placement composition of unit rooms by each floor on the basis of internal area of exhibition and convention facility in Korea and Japan. As the result of analyzing 10 examples(K1~J5), the placement of auditorium and multi-purpose hall was affected according to location of exhibition room and conference room in the composition of unit rooms by each floor and the installment ratio of support facility in Korean examples was higher than in Japanese examples. In case of facility scale, the Japanese examples were overall small in the whole scale relatively to Korean examp.

Proper methods for facilities distribution are suggested by the examination of researches on facilities distribution, the analysis of the scope that facilities are used, and the consideration of facilities demand, and proper distribution and placement of facilities suitable for each stage is suggested. The theoretical examination for proper distribution and the analysis of the use scope is made. As a result. the area covers four dongs(administrative unit) within 1km. The $80{\sim}90%$ of residents who use the existing facilities are the ones living within 1km and so the zone of life in everyday life depending on walking as a means of movement is found to be expanded by the developments in transportation means and road construction. Therefore I suggested that lifetime sports facilities be established within the use scope whose radius and area are 1km and 4km2, respectively, regarding the sports facilities as a community center which can playa role of an institution of community center.

지하철 역사 특성상 천장내 시설물의 잦은 교체, 증설, 점검 등에 따른 시설물의 지지철물(강-앙카) 설치와 천장내부 작업자의 이동 등으로 천장마감재의 훼손 및 콘크리트 구조물의 피해가 우려되고 공사비 증가의 요인이 되고 있다. 또한 공사중 발생되는 소음, 진동, 미세분진 등으로 역사 이용환경이 저해되고 민원이 발생하여 공사관리에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 천장시설물의 지지철물 시공방법을 개선하여 작업의 편리성, 경제성, 효율성 등을 고려한 천장틀 시공방법을 제시코자 한다.

An infrastructure has been expand with government-initiated series of supporting business in the country rural village. However, there has still been a shortage of it compared to the city. it needs the infra-improvements that making international competitiveness for agricultural competitiveness securing and improving for housing condition. In particular, Public using facilities in rural village are not function as communal identity but life as enjoy culture for farmer. Therefor it is hot-issue that changed rural economy recently is innovated suitable. This study suggests the customized revitalization strategy for the variation of inside and outside of rural communities, after analyzing and classifying on current status of public using facilities in rural village, in chungcheong area.

It is necessary to the development of the best maintenance system for applying the long-term maintenance plan using the cost breakdown structure in the educational facilities. This study developed the cost breakdown structure for the best maintenance system using the delphi method. For the convenience of maintenance, the maintenance cost breakdown structures are separated into building exterior wall, building inside wall, electric installation, heating installation and outdoor facilities. And these results atomized in each parts. And this study constructed the cost breakdown structure to maintenance's practicality and effectiveness through the expert analysis.

In recent years, the fire risk in the aged housing facilities in high-rise building has been closing up due to the fire in the Grenfell Tower. In the case of these high-rise residential facilities, fire cases of residential facilities such as Uijeongbu Apartment Fire The fire hazard has been reexamined mainly. Especially, the fire of these residential facilities is very closely related to the window, so measures are needed. On the other hand, in Korea, there is almost no fire safety measures against these openings. Therefore, this study suggests improvement measures by comparison with advanced countries based on fire safety measures for domestic windows.

Recently, although researching and developing of safety and maintenance on domestic infrastructure facilities in KOREA are important, there has been very little research regarding on a comprehensive and integrated survey of actual condition. Therefore this study asserts the necessity of the survey process of actual condition by period planning(short-term, middle-term, long-term). The purpose of this study is to investigate current situation and to suggest the whole process method, and to establish survey process of actual condition on domestic infrastructure facilities.

A study on the fire scenario proposal of residential facilities by using fire statistics. as a result of analyzing residential facilities fires by using fire statistics of national emergency management agency during 2007~2012, fires from carelessness were the most causes. specially, fires during food cooking among carelessness showed the highest occurrence frequency, and followed sparks, neglecting fire sources, and cigarette stubs in order. through this the study suggested fire scenarios according, It is believed that can be used as basic data for applying a secure building in a fire using a basis for fire safety design of buildings in the future this.

In Korea, buildings are becoming skyscrapers due to restrictions on land. The performance-oriented design was introduced in 2009 for fire safety of such buildings, but the application of the combustible data through engineering design and experiment is a poor reality. Large buildings are used for complex purposes, especially since the density of the office facilities is high, the study conducted a study on the combustible materials of the office facilities and the thermal speed and fire load of the main combustibles of the office facilities were calculated.

In the viewing of public performance arts, it needs to make space construction appropriate for performance purposes, because the section type has an effect on audience's inspection. Therefore, this study researches the intentional characteristics and comprehends the relationship between correlation factors to influence on section type of audience space in performance facilities. In addition to, this study comes under fundamental research to propose the course of standard plan, accord with diverse requirement, in the special performance facilities which will be built up. The results as following; 1) The factors that influence the section type of the audience's space in performing facilities are divided as two elements. The first element is construction of space, viewing environment, and the second element is visual characteristic, and acoustic characteristic. 2) The section type are classified as six types, A-type(Flated type), B-type(Sloped type), C-type(Gabled type), D-type(Arched type), E-type(Reverse arched type), and F-type(Reverse sloped type). 3) Characteristics are deduced by the section type, construction of space and viewing environment are restricted by the characteristics of the section type.
