현장중심의 건설가설기술요소 분류체계 구축 (Development on Breakdown Structure of Construction Site centered Construction Temporary Technology Index)

  • 건설가설공사는 타워크레인, 리프트와 같은 가설양중설비나 사무소, 창고, 시험소 등의 가설건축물 및 각종 작업에서 사용되는 비계, 작업발판, 동바리, 거푸집 등을 일시적으로 조립, 설치하여 사용하고 공사가 완료된 후에는 철거하는 건설공사의 주요 과정인 동시에 핵심공종이다. 새로운 요구사항에 대한 건설현장의 발 빠른 대응과는 달리 국내의 건설가설분야의 기술체계는 실무에서 효용성이 낮아 개선이 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 기술체계와 현업에서 활용되고 있는 새로운 기술과 기법 등을 정리하고, 현장관리자의 의견과 검토를 통한 가설기술의 기초가 되는 기술요소의 분류체계를 구축하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 건설가설기술요소에 대한 성능과 활용성에 대한 연구를 통하여 지식정보체계로 거듭날 수 있도록 개선해 나갈 예정이다.

  • Urban public service is goods and activities which satisfy public demands for the political, social, economic, cultural activity and household affairs of individual or groups and which urban government supply with free of charge. In view of government, in addition to fairness of facilities location, location of such facilities are to be determined the respect to cost of locating facilities and developmental direction in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to study on feasibility. A feasibility study Is an effective tool in determining the decision of investment or not and the level of investment priority on Projects requiring a sizeable investment and the feasibility of a project. The first, it is to select reasonable location. It was selected four and two by consideration of facilities distribution and connection with others. Six proposal selected was estimated by five element of approach, demand, symbol, reality, environment. In result proposal I was chosen. The next, it is to estimate scales. The finally, it is to study on economical efficiency. Net Present Value was came out ₩4.4billion by 20years and Inter Rate of Return showed up 11%. in addition, it offer various benefit by public facilities. In conclusion, this project is reasonable.

  • Reports on population movement(2000-2030) by the National Statistical Office show that the number of elementary school age population will be decreased by 1.4million from 2005 to 2020. It will effect both school size and the policies for school facilities, which have focused on downsizing class as the high standard of OECD nations. As the unfolding evidence is emerging that a number of schools and classes will be emptied out by 2030. This study aims at developing a model for evaluating the validity of school establishment, which would help more reasonable decision-making for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. It classifies two different ways in founding a new school - school establishment in a residential developing site and school establishment for solving a overcrowd class. It proposes the assesment items and the methods for evaluating its validity. In the end, it suggests an assesment model which the district educational offices can use in the course of planning the student accomodations to schools and making decisions for new school construction and the class extension in the existing schools. This study would be expected to help the reasonable expenditure for school facilities and to restrict overbuilding of surplus classes.

  • 2005년 8윌 현재 우리나라 공립 초 ${\cdot}$${\cdot}$ 고교 교육시설은 9,007개가 운용되고 있다. 그러나 향후에는 인구감소 등으로 인하여 시설물의 신축보다는 기존시설물의 합리적인 이용에 더 큰 관심과 예산이 투입될 것으로 예상된다. 현재 교육시설물 유지관리는 예방보전이 아닌 사후보전에 의존하고 있고, 유지관리 조직 및 체계가 구축되지 못하여 시설물 노후화 및 예산낭비를 초래하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 공립학교 시설물의 유지관리를 검토하고, 기존 유지 관리 조직의 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 한다.

공동주택단지 내 주민공동시설의 기준개선을 통한 커뮤니티 활성화방안에 대한 전문가 의견조사 (A Study for the Community Vitalizing Strategy Through the Revision of Housing Construction Standards for Community Facilities in Apartment Housing Complexes from the Perspective of Professionals)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of current housing construction standards related to community facilities and to suggest the vitalizing strategies that enhance the sense of community among the residents living in apartment housing complexes. For the purpose, three times small group workshops were executed during April 26~May 3, 2010 for 14 professionals in construction company, university, research institute, and housing management company. Based on the results of small group workshops, questionnaire survey for the 10 professionals was done during August 13~23, 2010 to find out the additional opinions about the revision of housing construction standards related to community facilities in apartment housing complexes. Respondents indicated that the current housing standards related to the types and the area of community facility are too strict to respond to the diverse characteristics and needs of residents. Professionals suggested the newly revised standards that sum up the whole area of community facilities instead of the existing standards that regulate the area of each community facility in an apartment housing complex. Also, they recommended the regional community center that include several facilities in one common community building.

Anticorrosive Monitoring and Complex Diagnostics of Corrosion-Technical Condition of Main Oil Pipelines in Russia

  • Safety operation of main pipelines is primarily provided by anticorrosive monitoring. Anticorrosive monitoring of oil pipeline transportation objects is based on results of complex corrosion inspections, analysis of basic data including design data, definition of a corrosion residual rate and diagnostic of general equipment's technical condition. All the abovementioned arrangements are regulated by normative documents. For diagnostics of corrosion-technical condition of oil pipeline transportation objects one presently uses different methods such as in-line inspection using devices with ultrasonic, magnetic or another detector, acoustic-emission diagnostics, electrometric survey, general external corrosion diagnostics and cameral processing of obtained data. Results of a complex of diagnostics give a possibility: $\cdot$ to arrange a pipeline's sectors according to a degree of corrosion danger; $\cdot$ to check up true condition of pipeline's metal; $\cdot$ to estimate technical condition and working ability of a system of anticorrosive protection. However such a control of corrosion technical condition of a main pipeline creates the appearance of estimation of a true degree of protection of an object if values of protective potential with resistive component are taken into consideration only. So in addition to corrosive technical diagnostics one must define a true residual corrosion rate taking into account protective action of electrochemical protection and true protection of a pipeline one must at times. Realized anticorrosive monitoring enables to take a reasonable decision about further operation of objects according to objects' residual life, variation of operation parameters, repair and dismantlement of objects.

공공 건축물 지열에너지설비 적용에 따른 경제성 분석 (Economic Analysis of Geothermal Energy Facilities Applied to Public Buildings)

  • 본 연구는 건축물 계획단계에서 적용될 지열에너지설비 적용에 있어 효율적인 방안을 제시하려한다. 보다 신뢰성 있는 경제성 평가의 기준제시를 위해 신재생에너지 설비의 공사 내역서를 바탕으로 수선주기, 교체주기를 반영한 유지관리비용과 실질적인 신재생에너지설비 설치를 위한 설계도서에 의한 초기공사비를 산출하여 생애주기비용분석에 사용하였다. 도출된 결과는 건축물 계획단계에서 경제적인 지열에너지설비를 선정하는데 도움이 될 것이라 생각한다.

  • 본 연구는 학교공사의 공사기간을 산정할 때 공사 목적물의 품질 및 공사의 안전성과 경제성을 확보하며 공사의 규모와 학사의 일정, 지역여건(민원발생) 등을 고려한 해당 지역 또는 교육청에 최적화된 공사유형별 적정 공사기간 산정을 위해 A교육청의 학교시설 환경개선 공사사례를 바탕으로 공사기간 연장 사유 등의 사례를 분석하였다. 공사기간 사례 분석을 위해 A교육청 관할의 학교공사 분석 기상자료개방포털 자료 분석, 2단계 통계분석을 종합적으로 검토하여 학교시설 적정공사기간을 산정하는 것으로 설정하였다. 향후 학교시설 적정공사기간 산정을 다양한 사례 분석을 통해 합리적이고 체계적인 방법으로 산정하여 공사기간을 설정하는 것이 필요하다.
