Domestic exoteric construction market by opening of world construction market with recent FTA of rapidly change. On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

Construction Automation must be founded on the Construction Robot Technology. And Construction Automation is definitely different from Construction Mechanization. This study includes the survey of the thoughts of domestic construction company officer about introducing Construction Robot into domestic construction industry, and the thoughts of recognition related to the Construction Automation currently international trend in construction industry.

The differentiators of this study are as follows. I would like to consider the factors that the compensation, considering the characteristics of the members of the ICT construction company, affects the turnover and suggest ways to promote the welfare of ICT construction company members in the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to look at how perceived compensation affects the degree of turnover by members of small ICT construction companies through organizational Commitment and job placement. Specifically, the independent variable looks at the causal relationship between organizational civic behavior and organizational trust through Turnover intention. First, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of the tasks of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment. Second, in the fourth industrial revolution, the management of wages by members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on organizational immersion and job alignment. Third, in the fourth industrial revolution, the promotion management of members of ICT construction companies did not have a positive impact on their organizational immersion and job alignment Fourth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the concentration of members of ICT construction companies' organization is found to have a positive influence on turnover. Fifth, in the fourth industrial revolution, the job alignment of members of ICT construction companies was found to have a positive impact on turnover.

대형시공회사에 있어 CM 역량강화의 문제는 비단 CM 시장의 진출뿐만 아니라 회사의 역량 강화, 경쟁자와의 차별성 및 수익성의 증대라는 측면에서 대단히 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 현재 미국의 CM시장을 분석하여 본 결과 CM은 EC, GC, 그리고 설계 및 전문 CM사와의 각축속에서 그 규모가 점차 확대되고 있고, 국내의 경우의 경우도 그와 유사하게 진행되어가고 있다. 이러한 상황에 대형시공사는 국내시장에서 기존의 CM 강자들과의 경쟁과 해외시장에서 선진 외국사와의 경쟁을 위해서는 부족한 CM 역량에 대한 시급한 보완이 필요하다고 판단된다. 이에 본 논문은 CM 역량 강화를 위한 교육 전략 수립에 초점을 맞추어 연구를 진행하였고, 각 현장, 사업본부, 직급을 고려한 교육 전략을 제시하였다.

This study aims to explore the casual relation between construction company employees' Self-Leadership and two variables: Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust through Psychology Empowerment. To explain in details, this study examines how the independent variable, Self Leadership, with its behavior-focused, natural reward and constructive thought pattern strategies, affects the dependent variable, Organization Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Trust through the intervening variable, Psychology Empowerment. A survey was conducted on current employees of construction companies in metropolitan areas to empirically examine the research model. The result of study hypothesis on Self-Leadership is as follows; first, Self-Leadership showed a positive effect on Psychology Empowerment, Organization Citizenship Behaviour and Organizational Trust. Second, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organization Citizenship Behaviour. Third, Psychology Empowerment showed a positive effect on Organizational Trust. The capacity of individuals is critical when it comes to competitiveness of construction companies. When employees willingly participate in building trust within the company, the work place will become more and more constructive; based on trust, efficiency will increase because people from different processes can work together and performance will also improve even when project managers are absent because others could help their role instead, thus driving more efficient human resource management to the company. To conclude, a company's vision can be spread wide and far when their employees engage themselves in Learning Organization with Self Leadership. They will also be satisfied with their work through improving interpersonal relationship at work.

Domestic construction industry (including plant engineering industry) faces severe competition with world-wide leading companies under WTO (World Trade Organization) system. To survive in this competition, domestic construction company should establish and operate standardization system efficiently. In this paper, check list is presented to prepare the efficient reliability management system in domestic construction. And then, the check list is applied in MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) estimation item to estimate reliability management level of company quantitatively.

The objectives of this research are 1) control of schedule or improvement of management for aerial environment, 2) distribution of responsibility to the parties concerned (factory, material company, construction company, design and engineering, occupancy). The results show the relative priority of the four major items in wall-based apartment buildings and in column-based apartment buildings. An analysis of the parties responsible for improvement based on the IAQ results shows more efforts to improve IAQ are needed in material factories and engineering/design companies.

국내 공공건설사업에서 건설기술용역 발주 및 입·낙찰 과정은 공정성과 투명성이 강조되어 계량적 항목 위주로 업체를 선정하는 방법을 주로 적용하여왔다. 이로 인해 업체의 기술경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는 동기부여가 미흡하였고, 기술력을 기반으로 하는 업체선정방식의 필요성은 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 미국 공공건설사업에서의 건설기술용역 서비스 발주 및 입·낙찰 관련 미국 정부의 방침, 제반 절차 및 규정 등을 관련법 및 관련시스템을 통해 분석하고, 국내 공공건설공사에서의 건설기술용역 발주 및 입·낙찰 및 나아가 계약관리 및 사후관리에 있어서 공정하고 효율적인 건설기술용역 관리에 시사 하는 바를 도출하였다. 주요 시사점으로는 자격요건 및 역량 기반의 업체 선정, 제출 서류의 단순화, 발주자의 역할 및 책임 강조, 중소업체에 대한 배려, 탈락자에 대한 배려, 사후평가 등의 측면에서 국내 건설기술용역 발주 및 입·낙찰에 고려될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

타 산업들과의 연계성이 강한 건설업체가 도산할 경우 타 산업시장의 경기악화를 초래할 수 있어, 시장 환경 변화에 따른 건설업체의 부실화 예측모형 연구가 중요하게 다뤄지고 있다. 하지만 건설업체 부실화 예측에 앞서 부실화에 기인하는 요소에 관한 연구가 선행되어야 함에도 불구하고 이와 같은 영향 변수들에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설업체 포트폴리오의 큰 비중을 차지하는 주택시장 변화가 규모별 건설업체의 부실화에 미치는 영향을 벡터오차수정모형을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 이에 건설업체를 규모별로 2011년 시공능력평가순위 50위권 기업 중 상위 10개와 하위 10개로 구분하였으며, 각 업체의 부실화를 나타내는 예상부도확률을 KMV 모형을 통해 측정하였다. 주택시장의 변화를 대리하는 변수로 2001년부터 2010년까지의 주택매매가격지수, 주택전세가격지수, 전세매매가격비율을 활용하였다. KMV모형을 활용하여 규모별 건설업체의 예상부도확률을 산출한 결과 선험적으로 인지하고 있듯이 상위 10개의 대규모 건설업체들이 상대적으로 규모가 작은 건설업체에 비해 경영상태가 양호한 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한 벡타오차수정모형을 구성, 충격반응분석을 수행한 결과 주택시장 경기변동에 따라 대규모 업체의 부실화 정도가 중소 건설업체에 비해 더 심각함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Recently, many disasters have occurred due to poor management of construction site. In addition, as legal regulations on safety management at construction sites are strengthened, its importance is being further emphasized. In relation to smart safety management technology, a study was introduced to build an analysis model through various safety-related data collected within construction companies. This model derives quantitative disaster risk about the site level through information related to past disasters and near misses. However, construction work is performed separately by work group of each partner company. There is a limitation in that individual workers cannot directly experience this analysis information. In this study, we propose a method to derive the safety disaster risk of individual work units from disaster risk of the site level. We expect that this study to be helpful for smart safety management technology of construction sites.
