This study deals with the method of constructing and repairing column, important element of traditional wooden building. Column should have long-lasting strength and resistance to decay and vermin because it is more important in role of structure than in that of ornament. And the rotten or the split part of wooden column should be repaired regularly or irregularly. First of all, this study treats of general character related to the life length and strength of wood. Then it describes the technical method of choosing proper wood for column and that of carpentering, painting, and mending wooden column.

The 4th National Comprehensive Planning is a blueprint of national plan to be accomplished by the year 2020. This article indicates grounds of establishing the plan, characteristics and problems of the plan. Following is the principal contents which are treated in the article; 1st, strategy of constructing opened and combined land axis, 2nd, competency intensifying strategy by areas, 3rd, constructing health and pleasant national environment,4th, strategy for organizing express transportation and information network through the whole land, 5か, special features related building basis of cooperation interchange between North and South Korea. In the conclusion, although there were some problems through 3 times national comprehensive planning, this plan should be helpful to develop nation keeping balance for which construction and preservation would be harmonized appropriately.

The Council of Educational Facility Planners, International: CEFPI included about 20 countries (now another members are continuously registering) have some decision making of the master plan for the educational facilities and buildings in constructing/consulting for the world education. Through the research & development of the educational facility & building designing by the Council members who are the professional, of the nursery to higher education. At the same time they will have some master plan for the connected school & university facility's & building's designing/constructing system, having for the White-, blue-, steel-, and idea color job's educational facilities. The Council will be Given a desirable 72nd Birthday 1995 with the 21st Century's Educational Facility Master plan.

Equipment designer should consider how many people and what range of percentiles will be used as design criteria. The usual practice is to select some large range of the accommodation, such as 5th-95th percentiles. There is difficulty in defining 95% accommodation of population in complex design problems which involve several body dimensions. This paper develops the methods of constructing family of manikins which are validated for population accommodation. They are analyzed by the interactions or relationships between body dimensions. Proposed manikin family represents multivariate body dimensions. Moreover, nine manikin families are determined for representative Korean of 30-50 aged by proposed manikin family. Their 2-D CAD modelings are developed for bio-mechanical and ergonomic applications.

본 논문에서는 유한체 GF(P)상의 순차논리머시인구성 방법의 한가지를 제안하였다. 제안한 순차논리머시인구성 방법은 먼저 GF(P)상에서의 순차논리머시인의 수학적 성질을 논의하였으며, 순차논리머시인 구성을 위하여 기본의 3가지 회로소자를 사용하여 선형제환시프트레지스터와 이에 대한 행렬표현에 대해 논의하였다. 그리고, 제안한 방법을 제산연산처리에 적용하였다.

Recently according to the WIPO's policy of preserving traditional knowledge, constructing the database of traditional knowledge is in progress. To maximize the retrieving power of the knowledge resource systems which will be developed later, it is necessary to construct the ontology for the concepts used by traditional knowledge. In order to construct the ontology systematically, a standardized ontology representation method is needed, and OWL(Web Ontology Language) is the recommendation of W3C(World Wide Web Consortium) and is widely used. Ontology tools can be used to ease the construction of OWL ontology, but no research about the comparison of OWL ontology tools exists. This paper compares the tools of OWL by an objective point of view and with that one can make a decision of using the appropriate tool for constructing OWL ontologies.

In this paper we propose a efficient offset curve construction algorithm for $C^0$-continuous Open and Closed 2D sequence curve with line segment in the plane. One of the most difficult problems of offset construction is the loop problem caused by the interference of offset curve segments. Prior work[1-10] eliminates the formation of local self-intersection loop before constructing a intermediate(or raw) offset curve, whereas the global self-intersection loop are detected and removed explicitly(such as a sweep algorithm[13]) after constructing a intermediate offset curve. we propose an algorithm which removes global as well as local intersection loop without making a intermediate offset curve by forward tracing of tangential circle. Offset of both open and closed poly-line segment sequence curve in the plane constructs using the proposed approach.

The Swedish construction sector has been criticized in media for being corrupted, unproductive and conservative. Several incidents, e.g. cartels, work on the side without paying tax and moisture problems, have had a great deal of attention. Of that reason has the government initiated a number of investigations in order to identify the major problems in the construction industry. Further, they have initiated a development of a tool aimed for (a) to identify risks, (b) to avoid poor quality costs, and (c) to direct towards increased quality and effectiveness in building and civil engineering projects, from a client perspective. The UK Constructing Excellence has often been held up as a model during the debate. However, the Swedish general culture differs from the British, as well as the Swedish system differs from the British. The purpose of this paper is to describe the program for developing the system, including the purposes with the system, identified starting points and demands and the approach/method for the development.

본 연구에서는 18세기 출판된 '자와 컴퍼스의 방법'에 제시된 정다각형의 작도방법들 중에서 오류를 포함하는 작도를 분석하였다. 정7각형과 정9각형은 자와 컴퍼스를 이용하여 작도불가능 하다는 것이 알려져 있지만, '자와 컴퍼스의 방법'에서는 이들 정다각형을 작도하는 두 가지 방법이 제시되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이들 작도가 오류를 포함하고 있음을 보였고, 이에 관련된 몇몇 정다각형 작도 방법도 오류를 포함하고 있음을 보였다. 이를 통해 정다각형 작도문제의 해결을 위한 노력에서 성공적이지 못한 시도에 관련된 새로운 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to dvelop the basic pattern of wome which are fitting for 75A. The collected data were statistcally processed usig the SPSS 10.0 for Mans Standard Deiation, Cronbach's $\alpha$, etc. This study suggested a size chart for body measurement for constructing basic brssiere patterns with size of 75A. The construction of this experimental brassiere were lower cup, upper cup, front panel and wing and characterized by a round cup wired as well as a full cup embrcing the entire breasts. The drafting method for constructing basic brassiere patterns for 75A was completed by selecting a total of 11subjects, and two wearing tests were carried out with the subjects. the dimensions and shapes of the basic brassiere pattern suggested in this research proved to be fitting and to have a wearing effect that brings together and supports the breasts.
