  • Over the past few years, smart devices, including smartphones, have been continuously required by users based on portability. The performance is improving. Ubiquitous computing environment and sensor network are also improved. Due to various network connection technologies, mobile terminals are widely used. Smart terminals need technology to make energy monitoring more detailed for more stable operation during use. The smart terminal which is light in small size generates the power shortage problem due to the various multimedia task among the terminal operation. Various estimation hardwares have been developed to prevent such situation in advance and to operate stable terminals. However, the method and performance of estimating the remaining amount are not relatively good. In this paper, we propose a method for estimating the remaining amount of smart terminals. The Capacity Estimation of lithium ion cells for stable operation was estimated based on machine learning. Learning the characteristics of lithium ion cells in use, not the existing hardware estimation method, through a map learning algorithm using machine learning technique The optimized results are estimated and applied.

  • This paper describes parallel event-driven remote IT convergence applications which are a combination of traditional industry and IT Technology including advanced communication. In IT convergence system, events can occur currently from many sensors of devices or users. And IT convergence system must have a parallel processing method. In this paper, the parallel processing method was implemented using a thread and we developed a connection method between a device and a mode of communication which is a wireless communication or a power line communication. In addition to that, we developed object modeling, device, user and event modeling, based on XML (eXtensible Markup Language) using object-oriented modeling method. To efficiently show results in real time, systems provide various graphic user interfaces such as a bar graph, a table, and a combination of the two.

  • In addition to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, interest and research on medical information are actively being conducted. As the technologies using short-range low-power wireless communication are applied in connection with mobile devices, the utilization of them in medical institutions is gradually increasing, and the demand of customers who want to receive high-quality services using IT technology is increasing in the medical environment according to the development and change of technology. In addition, modern people who are familiar with smart equipment and consider the value of time is important do not waste their time through rapid service. In addition, as the recent epidemics including Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have become popular, interest in untapped (non-face-to-face) has increased, and social distance is needed as a preliminary measure against infectious diseases. For this reason, this study studied the untapped-based medical reception system to provide quick service to patients using short-range low-power wireless communication and to provide safer and more comfortable environment for medical staff and visitors.

  • he photoconductive gain mechanism in amorphus silicon devices was investigated in connection with applications to radiation detection. Various device types such as p-i-n, n-i-n and i-i-p-i-n structures were fabricated and tested. Photoconductive gain was measured in two time scales : one for short pulses of visible light(<$1{\mu}sec$) which simulate the transit of energetic charged particles or ${\gamma}$-rays, and the other for rather long pulses of light(1msec) which simulate x-ray exposure in medical imaging, We used two definitions of phtoconductive gain : current gain and charge gain which is an integration of the current gain. We obtained typical charge gains of 3~9 for short pulses and a few hundreds for long pulses at a dark current density level of 10mA/$cm^2$. Various gain results are discussed in terms of the device structure, applied bias and dark current density.

  • The RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) technology is a non-contact identification system which can wireless reading of information, by attaching tags on objects; various applications of the technology are feasible throughout a diversity of industries, and researches are currently under way. Recently, in connection with the wireless communication industry, application service models conveying information to the users through mobile devices with RFID readers were suggested. Such application service based on mobile RFID technology requires schema that models the form of data. Therefore, this study analyses the mobile RFID application service model that will be serviced in the mobile environment, functions and elements of the protocol, and the interface, designing a language to process the data and express contents in the said service models.

  • Corded telephone to the phone using a wireless phone as the trend to switch, free Wi-Fi-enabled mobile phones, netbooks, and mobile devices, are spreading rapidly. But wireless Internet phone calls using your existing Internet network to deliver Internet services because it has a vulnerability that will occur. Government agencies are using Voice over Internet Protocol(VoIP) calls from the current wired and wireless connection and usage is increasing. In this paper, we have discovered that the vulnerability of wireless internet Wi-Fi AP and the FMC administrative agencies, such as VoIP on your wireless device to study the vulnerability. Wi-Fi AP and the FMC is to analyze the vulnerability. VoIP call interception, attack, attack on the base of the experiment is the analysis. Security-enhanced VoIP call for a Wi-Fi AP and the FMC's defense against man-in-the-middle attacks and is the study of security measures.

Certificate, has evolved to be able to parallel distributes the bio authentication and portable bio-authentication device. Authentication using an individual's PC and smart devices continue to generalize, while convenience for authentication is increased by comparison Study on cooperation with the security at the network level's a weak situation. If ask authentication method through the cooperation of the public certificate and bio information work with current network access control, there is a possibility to develop a more powerful security policy. by cooperation weaknesses against vulnerable personal authentication techniques on security token in a reliable and secure personal authentication techniques, such as bio-recognition, Bio Information for identification and to prevent exposing a methodology suggest to validate whether or not to carry out in this paper. In addition, organize the scenario that can work with the 802.1x network authentication method, and presented a proposal aimed at realization.

  • In this paper, we propose a group playback synchronization method using adaptive synchronization delay time by the bit rate of media to synchronize a play position of streaming media between mobile smart devices. This method consists of streaming server-side and client-side synchronization algorithms based on synchronization delay time which includes connection time, control packet transmission time, streaming data buffering time, and synchronization processing time. We implement the Android media player application with synchronization support using the proposed algorithms and present the result of performance evaluation.

  • In this paper, inverter type neon power supply using a piezoelectric transformer is fabricated and its characteristic is investigated. Developed neon power supply is composed of basic circuit and blocks, such as rectifier part, frequency oscillation part and piezoelectric transformer and resonant half bridge inverters. In this paper for complement the low power limitation, piezoelectric transformer at parallel connected driving by inverter is studied for noon tubes system of high power. When piezoelectric transformer is connected with parallel, LC filter connection method with parallel and selection of inductance L and capacitor C of primary side is suggested for reduce unbalanced current at the terminal of each transformer. Piezoelectric transformers use piezoelectric ceramic devices. Thus it is wireless therefore it has high power density, high Isolation level, low loss, more light, and miniaturization. In addition, high voltage transfer ratio is expected because there is no leakage inductance. Also, it has economic merit that the electrical loss Is low because structure is simple, small and tighter weight.
