This paper reports on the measurement of angle between micro mirror and substrate in. the Micro Optical Cross Connect(MOXC). MOXC consists of beam collimators and $N{\times}N$ micro mirrors that are fabricated by using MEMS technology. Using subpixel level image processing, it is possible to measure the angle with the resolution of 0.27$^{\circ}$.

Molecular mechanisms of biological processes are typically represented as 'pathways' that have a graph­analogical network structure. However, due to the diversity of topics that pathways cover, their constituent biological entities are highly diverse and the semantics is embedded implicitly. The kinds of interactions that connect biological entities are likewise diverse. Consequently, how to model or process pathway data is not a trivial issue. In this review article, we give an overview of the challenges in pathway database development by taking the INOH project as an example.

Implementing the linguistic theories on computer, we resolve the problems for restrictions of computer and increase processing efficiency for systemization not for linguistic theory itself. Thus, we modify the grammatical theory to be applied to systems. This paper reports the various problems about constructing dictionaies, defining rules, and appling universal principles and metarules, which is caused to implement the systems based on GPSG. In semantic interpretations, logical expressions which correspond Montague grammar are acquired, and we make a rule connect with several logical expressions. And we show the efficiency of the this method through implementing parser.

This paper presents tile efficient polling architecture for simple network management protocol (SNMP). Now a day, tile internet traffics have been increasing rapidly within a few years as the subscriber's network to connect internet is provided commonly. With this trend, the network management traffics also make the same phases. To provide numerous higher Quality services to the customers, the management traffic must be controlled within the permitted limit. This paper proposes the policy-based felling architecture for SNMP MIB with several parameters and suggests the data collecting layer architecture for the efficient polling.

In this study we investigate the reliability of a bar subjected to a random tensile load in presence of corrosion. We consider linear, quadratic and exponential models that connect the stress in the bar with the corrosion rate. Two probability densities are considered for the load, with attendant derivation of the time-dependant reliability. The design time of operation is determined utilizing the requirement that the reliability must not be less than the required value.

This paper was reviewed technical items of catenary system for electrification of Gyeongbu(Dongdaegu∼Busan) and Honam(Daejeon∼Mokpo) conventional Railways. The lines have adopted new technical items in order to connect to Gyeongbu high speed railway. We can use the technology and experience of Gyeongbu and Honam lines to a new catenary system design up-graded for speed-up of conventional lines and new lines construction.

In this paper, We design a RF control system capable of handling multiple POS thermal printers. The system has three parts including embedded master controller, RF controller and high-speed thermal printer. Specially the designed linux embedded controller has simple structure and high performance to connect the TCP/IP network. The effectiveness of the developed RF control system is shown by proposed food ordering system.
