본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 일터 영성이 감염관리 지식과 수행, 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향 분석을 위해 융복합 연구를 시행하였다. 자료수집은 2021년 2-3월 동안 치과위생사 149명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였고 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation 분석을 하였다. 일터 영성은 감염관리 수행 팬데믹 상황에서 일터영성은 감염관리 수행력을 높이고 직무 스트레스를 경감시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 감염관리 지식과 수행이 높은 집단은 직무불안정, 조직체계, 스트레스가 낮게 나타났다. 직무 스트레스는 2년 이하 경력자는 관계갈등, 3-5년 경력자는 직무 불안정, 조직체계, 보상 부적절, 직장 문화가 높게 조사되었으며 6년 이상 경력자가 직무 자율성 결여 인식이 가장 높았다. 팬데믹 상황에서 일터영성은 감염관리 수행력을 높이고 직무스트레스를 경감시키는 것으로 조사되어 포스트 코로나를 대비하여 전인적이고 체계적인 조직운영을 위한 의료의 질을 향상안이 요구되었다.

Most of social service agencies experiences the lack of funds. This situation is casued mainly from the lack of donor development techniques. Therefore, the social service agencies need to develope marketing strategies to develop donors. The study was begun with the idea that a business philosophy will not conflict with professionalism, and the two can be entirely compatible, and synergistic as well. Some of the main principles of marketing can be used to construct a model that will help the social service agency devise the appropriate plan for developing donors. The social service agency's marketing plan should begin with a statement of its mission and goals and the product suggested by each goal. Social marketing process to develop voluntary contributions include marketing environment analysis, market research, selecting marketing goals and objectives, market segmentation, marketing program development, and marketing action. These techniques can be used with some modifications at each social service agency.

This paper aims at researching the characteristics in Bruno Taut of architecture and its influence In Japanese modern architecture. We also can study how to harmonize Japanese traditional architecture with western architecture through activities of Bruno Taut in Japan. Especially, Japanese architectural society had a dispute on their national architectural style in 1910. During the 1930's, however, the rationalist architects denied this 'Jaegwan' style architecture, and insisted a different new Japanese architectural style. Thus Japanese modem architecture adapted two axis of Western and Japan, it had been developed with their conflict and harmony by turns. This activities of Bruno Taut in Japan deeply and freshly influenced on the contemporary Japanese Architectural situation.

Every products, which made by mass production, is not identical in their size but have variations in some intervals specified by tolerance dimensions. Tolerances play major role in standardization of part and its quality, and also make a huge impact on manufacturing cost. The optimal condition for tolerances is giving the values as loose as possible for low production cost while satisfying quality specification, which usually demand tight control of tolerances. Tolerance analysis is necessary to get an optimal solution for this conflict situation. This paper have studied tolerance analysis for universal joint assembly of vehicle steering system and tried to find useful results of the study for product design and quality control.

When imaginary numbers were first encountered in the 16th century, mathematicians were able to calculate the imaginary numbers the same as they are today. However, it required 200 years to mathematically acknowledge the existence of imaginary numbers. The new mathematical situation that arose with a development in mathematics required a harmony of real numbers and imaginary numbers. As a result, the concept of complex number became clear. A history behind the development of complex numbers involved a process of determining a comprehensive perspective that ties real numbers and imaginary numbers in a single category, complex numbers. This came after a resolution of conflict between real numbers and imaginary numbers. This study identified the new perspective and way of mathematical thinking emerging from resolving the conflicts. Also educational implications of the analysis were discussed.

This paper analyze the fee structures of digital music contents and the revenue sharing ratios that are now on-going debates in Korean digital contents industry. Especially we consider Korean situation where copyrighters and telecom companies have conflict of interest. We found two major results. First, the choice between the flat rate scheme and the usage-based rate scheme is not important to telecom companies and copyrighters. The important thing is that copyrighters should decide the revenue sharing ratio and given that telecom companies should decide the retail price. Consequently, this way can lead to win-win solutions between them. Second, the flat rate scheme affects the relationship between consumers and telecom companies. Under the flat rate scheme, telecom companies have more benefits than consumers. In the vertical integrated structure, particularly, this tendency is more severe.

This paper presents a real-time algorithm for collision detection, collision avoidance and guidance. Three-dimensional point-mass aircraft models are used. For collision detection, conflict probability is calculated by using the Monte-Carlo Simulation. Time at the closest point of approach(CPA) and distance at CPA are needed to determine the collision probability, being compared to certain threshold values. For collision avoidance, one of possible maneuver options is chosen to minimize the collision probability. For guidance to a designated way-point, proportional navigation guidance law is used. Two scenarios on encounter situation are studied to demonstrate the performance of proposed algorithm.

Many recent supercomputers employ a kind of switch-based multistage interconnection network architectrues (MINs) for constructing scalabel parallel compters. This paper proposed a new routing method, hybrid wormhole and virtual-cut through routing (HWCR) for the prevention of rapid performance degradation comming from a conflict in links usage at hot traffic situation. This HWCR through (VCT) for the fast removing temporal stagger, result in seamless flow of packet stream. When the blocked link is removed, wormhole routing is resumed. The HWCR method adopted a hierachical buffer scheme for improving the network performance and reducing the cost in BMINs. We could get optimum buffer size and communicatin latency through the computer simulation based on proposed HWCR, and the results were compared to those using wormhole and VCT.

The main functions of suspension system of railway vehicle are isolating vibration from track irregularity to car-body for the Ride quality and keeping its stability with limitation of vehicle's movement. These two functions conflict with each other, then it is impossible to achieve both of performance with traditional passive suspension which has constant characteristics. So, to improve this situation the active suspension was suggested and in specially the semi-active suspension is noticed for its effectiveness on cost despite of its lower performance than full-active suspension. In this study the control logic made through LQG theory was designed with simplified vehicle model and variable damper model defined by $1^{st}$ order system, then the analysis of simulation results was done to understand influence on the performance of semi-active suspension with running conditions and response characteristics of variable damper.

Integrating multi-trade works system helps to reduce to minimize the conflict of subcontract business and improve communication to increase productivity of construction. However it takes such a big risk if subcontract of integrating multi-trade works went bankrupt during the project so some of construction companies executed to only small project and it's not sufficient to adopt overall project. This paper suggested the improvement scheme of work classification integrating multi-trade works, which takes a consideration into work zoning in order to apply current work situation.
