  • The Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) becomes more important and is applied to various systems. Recently, the Galileo navigation system is being developed in Europe. Also, other countries like China, Japan and India are developing the global/regional navigation satellite system. As various global/regional navigation satellite systems are used, the navigation ground system gets more important for using the navigation system reasonably and efficiently. According to this trend, the technology of GNSS Ground Station (GGS) is developing in many fields. The one of purposes for this study is to develop the high precision receiver for GNSS sensor station and to provide ground infrastructure for better performance services on navigation system. In this study, we consider the configuration of GNSS Ground Station and analyze function of Monitoring and Control subsystem which is a part of GNSS Ground Station. We propose Monitoring and Control subsystem which contains the navigation software for GNSS Ground System to monitor and control equipments in GNSS Ground Station, to spread the applied field of navigation system, and to provide improved navigation information to user.

  • The core of character and concept in an exhibition space of contemporary museum is that the place for relics and materials changes into the place for spectators, the static exhibition place changes into the dynamic exhibition place, and the place for learning naturally during amusement. In other words, it could convey the conceptual exhibition object which is not the material object called a relic, it could be a place where is to investigate, participate, experience and enjoy with easily method to general public, and ordinary people are supposed to experience with integrative the world of intellectual, cultural and artistic which is inconcionsly rising a dimensiov. In order to response positively the change of these exhibition concept itself, exhibition system will be established through the analysis of realistic exhibition objects with the visulatization of theme or thought of an exhibitiov. In process of conveying image, the effective and concrete exhibition method and technique should be measured in order to realize the communication between spectators and exhibition objects. The purpose of this study is to find the methodology which is enable to establish the exhibition theme and presentation system through the selection and analysis of exhibition objects in major cases of a musem of ecience and engneering, to find the process model till the methodology applies to the space scheme, and to find finally the designed indicators which is applicable to the progress of exhibition desigv.

  • The residential apartments have become a choice of a popular housing space since the first establishment of Mapo apartment in 1962. Therefore, the residential market experienced a bloom where residential apartments were sold as they were built simultaneously. However, this phenomenon was turned around and unsold lots appeared after the period of IMF and as the construction companies put out more various apartments by differing the characters and the strategies in building apartments. As a result, the leadership of residential market moved from the suppliers to consumers, in consequence, the wants of the consumers became more demanding. The consumer can freely control the number of rooms with a variable wall system or a bigger sized apartment with two entrances to the living room as well as having a bathroom with a master bedroom in a small-sized apartment. Many conceptual trials like this were taken to improve the residential environment and to give a change to the unit plan of the public housing. From these changes, one can observe a general trend that is taking place in current residential housing. Consequently, this study is on the type classification of unit plans in public housing built after 1999 and dwelled from 2001. The objectives of this study are to confirm the characteristics of the unit plans applied in recent public housing and provide basic materials that can be incorporated to residential space plan from now and hereafter.

  • 극초음속으로 비행하는 추진기관이 직면하는 고속 유동 등 제반 현상을 모사하기 위한 지상시험 설비로 충격파 풍동을 설계, 구축한 후 성능 시험을 수행하였다. 개발된 준 일차원 작동 해석을 이용하여 설계점을 파악한 후, 가압식 극고속 시험 구축을 위한 개념 설계를 완료하였다. 이어 단위 해석 코드를 이용하여 구체적인 성능 설계 및 각 구성품에 대한 설계를 완료, 구축한 후, 다양한 운용조건에서 성능시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 각 구성품 설계 및 구축방법, 구축 후 수행된 다양한 성능 시험 결과를 자세히 제시하였다.

  • 전투기급 항공기 개념설계 기간 중 항공기 초음속 순항성능에 미치는 앞전플랩 굽힘 효과를 분석하기 위하여 1/20 축척 날개-동체-꼬리 형상 모형을 사용한 고속 풍동시험을 수행하였다. 풍동시험을 위한 적절한 앞전플랩 각도를 선정하기 위하여 보정된 초음속 패널 방법을 사용하여 다양한 앞전플랩 굽힘 각도에 따른 공력특성을 분석하였다. 실험 및 수치해석적 접근 결과 분석을 기초로, 앞전플랩 굽힘 효과는 전투기급 항공기의 초음속 순항 성능 증대에 유용한 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 날개-동체-카나드 형상 전투기급 항공기 개념설계 기간 동안, 항공기 기동성 증대 방안으로서 카나드-앞전플랩 스케줄링 효과에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 고속 영역에서 카나드-앞전플랩 변위각에 의한 양항특성을 예측하기 위하여 보정된 초음속 패널 방법을 사용하였다. 예측된 양항곡선을 활용하여 카나드-앞전플랩 스케줄링 법칙을 설정하였다. 이러한 카나드-앞전플랩 스케줄 법칙은 양항비를 최대로 하는 카나드-앞전플랩 굽힘과 비행조건과의 관계이다. 카나드-앞전플랩 스케줄링에 의한 결과를 기초로, 제시된 방법은 날개-동체-카나드형상 전투기급 항공기의 기동성을 증대하는데 유용한 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 카나드 형상 고기동 항공기의 개념 설계 단계에서 높은 받음각 항공기 정적 안정성 분석을 위해 저속 소형 풍동시험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 1/50축척의 일반적인 카나드-동체-날개 형상을 소형 풍동시험 모델로 사용하였다. 높은 받음각 비선형특성을 포함한 정적 안정성을 분석하기 위하여 카나드 굽힘에 따른 수직 꼬리 날개 효과를 분석하였다. 또한 높은 받음각에서 Nose Chine 효과를 분석하였다. 실험 연구에서 얻은 결과를 토대로 카나드 형상 항공기 높은 받음각 정적 안정성에 미치는 형상 변화 효과를 분석할 수 있었다.

  • In lunar explorer development program, computer simulator is necessary to provide virtual environments that vehicle confronts in lunar transfer, orbit, and landing missions, and to analyze dynamic behavior of the spacecraft under these environments. Objective of simulation differs depending on its application in spacecraft development cycle. Scope of use cases considered in this paper includes simulation of software based, processor and/or hardware in the loop, and support of ground-based flight test of developed vehicle. These use cases represent early phase in development cycle but reusability of modeling results in the next design phase is considered in defining requirements. A simulator architecture in which simulator platform is located in the middle and modules for modeling, analyzing, and three dimensional visualizing are connected to that platform is suggested. Baseline concepts and requirements for simulator development are described. Result of trade study for selecting simulation platform and approaches of defining other simulator components are summarized. Finally, characters of lunar elevation map data which is necessary for lunar terrain generation is described.

The Precariousness Employment in the Eurasian Economic Space: Measurement Problems, Factors and Main Forms of Development

  • This research aims to generalize the conceptual basis of precariousness of employment, study the factors and scale of unsustainable of employment in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The concept of precariousness of employment is formed in social and economic studies about 40 years ago, but objective and subjective conditions and forms of unsustainable employment existed before. This study proposes a classification of forms of precariousness of employment on 16 criteria: the duration and timing of agreements, contract terms, the nature of income; the degree of labor autonomy; the level of formality; the level of openness; the level of vulnerability; the conditions of growth of qualification; the level of flexibility; the level of stability; regularity; the severity of the danger of work; in relation to the workplace; the quality of employment, the level of social security. In this research highlighted factors (globalization, demography, migration, structure factors, shadow and informal economy, social development and living standards, unemployment), and systematized certain trends of precariousness of employment, channels and means, forms of manifestation. The empirical analysis identified of the labor potential of the Eurasian countries and new quantitative estimates of the levels of unsustainable employment in the Eurasian Economic Space.

Added masses computation for unconventional airships and aerostats through geometric shape evaluation and meshing

  • The modern development in design of airships and aerostats has led to unconventional configurations quite different from the classical ellipsoidal and spherical ones. This new class of air-vehicles presents a mass-to-volume ratio that can be considered very similar to the density of the fluid displaced by the vehicle itself, and as a consequence, modeling and simulation should consider the added masses in the equations of motion. The concept of added masses deals with the inertia added to a system, since an accelerating or decelerating body moving into a fluid displaces a volume of the neighboring fluid. The aim of this paper is to provide designers with the added masses matrix for more than twenty Lighter Than Air vehicles with unconventional shapes. Starting from a CAD model of a given shape, by applying a panel-like method, its external surface is properly meshed, using triangular elements. The methodology has been validated by comparing results obtained with data available in literature for a known benchmark shape, and the inaccuracies of predictions agree with the typical precision required in conceptual design. For each configuration, a CAD model and a related added masses matrix are provided, with the purpose of assisting the practitioner in the design and flight simulation of modern airships and scientific balloons.
