전산세무회계교육의 효율적 운영방안 (The efficient operation of computerized tax accounting education plan)

  • 본 연구는 전산세무회계와 관련한 수요자집단별 차별화 교육이 전산세무회계 교육의 효율적 운영에 미치는 영향의 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 전산세무회계교육의 독립변수와 종속변수를 측정하고, 회귀분석을 통하여 측정된 전산시스템의 운영만족도, 학습만족도 및 효율적 활용성을 수요자집단별로 분석하고 이를 통하여 각 수요자집단별 전산세무회계 교육에 대한 인식의 차이를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 전산세무회계에 관한 수요자집단별 차별화 교육의 필요성은 향후 전산세무회계 교육의 보다 효율적인 운영전략 모색에 있어 중요한 지침이 될 수 있을 것이며, 동시에 유사한 여러 연구에 많은 응용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • An analysis of biosignal and performance data collected during driving has increasingly employed in research to explore a human-vehicle interface design for better safety and comfort. The present study developed a protocol and a system to effectively analyze biosignal and driving performance measurements in various driving conditions. Electrocardiogram (ECG), respiration rate (RR), and skin conductance level (SCL) were selected for biosignal analysis in the study. A data processing and analysis protocol was established based on a comprehensive review of related literature. Then, the established analysis protocol was implemented to a computerized system so that immense data of biosignal and driving performance can be analyzed with ease, efficiency, and effectiveness for an individual and/or a group of individuals of interest. The developed analysis system would be of use to examine the effects of driving conditions to cognitive workload and driving performance.

보건교육 정보시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Structural Modeling of Activation of the Information System Utilization in the Health Education)

  • The general objectives of this study were to develop a health education management information system to effectively deal with community health problems. This study aimed at 1) to development an health education management information system, and 2) to offer computer-based communication channels among the District Health System components such as health center, health subcenters, and community hospital, 3) lastly, to identify the key issues and effectiveness of health education. Major findings of the study were as follows: The major benefits and significances of this information system included: improvement of quality of health education statistics by reducing manual data processing, improvement of productivity of health educators by reducing paper works, improvement of decision-making capability of managers by providing more information for planning, organizing, and evaluating health education programes, and improvement of communication flow among health institutions. Based on the findings of the study, the following are recommended: (1) The health education information system will connect with computerized information systems of various health-related institutions in a district and computer-based communication channels among them, and of the superior agencies in the future. (2) The major functions of the computerized health education program are: to keep client medical records, to inquire about information on the client and his family's history. (3) The program will provide outputs in various forms, such as files for patient records, data on some chronic diseases, information on the patient and his family members, and various kinds of statistics.

  • In this paper, checking out a various problems in the accounting and the allocation of the common cost in the management of apartment in order to find out the right way of the management, I have tried to build a standard management system for the apartment and study the effect expected by the computerizing. To develop the software to computerize the management of the apartment, which is the main task of this paper, I have checked out a various problems and then computerized a standard system to better the unreliable management and somewhat doubtful accounting process and correct the inaccuracy in the allocation of the common cost.

  • 본 연구에서는 EVM체계의 정보화 활용성 확보를 위해, 각 성과 정보들에 대한 그래픽 정보의 제공과 공정 및 공사비 정보의 효율적 통합을 위하여 필요로 하는 EVM 속성코드의 연계모형구성을 제안하고 있다. EVM 속성코드는 EVM관련 각종 정보들을 유형화하여 EVM정보관리의 활용성을 높일 수 있도록 제안하는 것이며, EVM정보를 구성하는 일반적 데이터들을 속성코드로 구성하였다. 본 속성코드 연계모형을 통해 EVM시스템 구축 시, EVM 관련 상세정보들의 추출, 정렬 및 그룹화가 가능하며 이로써 공사관리자로 하여금 보다 효율적인 실적정보관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • There was heavy rains that happened for 23 days consecutively in 2006. Many regions have suffered because of rains and among them In-Je and Pyung-Chang area are the most suffered areas at that time. I conducted field survey at those two regions. The case of other damaged regions also reviewed in this paper and volunteer activity of volunteer groups is reviewed. I intended to make clear the volunteer activity system through analysing need capacity of volunteers. Main suggestions are as below. In management system, the nexts are discussed. Improving the ability of village headmen and volunteer groups that manage relief stuffs at the first level and cooperating method with companies are discussed. Supporting system for isolated regions and necessity about developing operating manual are suggested. In education system, specialized education for different disaster areas, field orientation education, and training managerial positions are suggested. In supporting system, improving NDMS(National Disaster Management System), computerized program for volunteer management, insurance for volunteers, issuing a confirmation of volunteering activity, securement of emergency communication system, budget for prevention and donation are also suggested.

The Recommendation of Controls for Hospital Information System Using CRAMM: Case Studies of Two Korean Hospitals

  • The medical records of diagnostic and testing information include sensitive personal information that reveals some of the most intimate aspects of an individual's life. The hospital information system (HIS) operates in a state of high risk which may lead to the possible loss to the IS resources caused by various threats. This research addresses twofold : (1) to perform asset identification ad valuation and (2) to recommend countermeasures for secure HIS network using case studies This paper applied a risk management tool CRAMM (Central Computer and Tele-communications Agency's Risk Analysis and Management Method) to assess asset values and suggest countermeasures for the security of computerized medical information of two large hospitals in Korea. CRAMM countermeasures are recommended at the reference sites from the network security requirements of system utilized for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The results of the study will enhance the awareness of IS risk management by IS managers.

  • Much attention has been paid recently to environmental destruction by golf course constructions in Koera. An efficiency and up-to-date technology on the planning and design practices has been requested to minimize the environmental impacts. Computerized systems for golf course design in the point of physical conservation of environment were discussed here. Geograpic Information System were applied on the process of geograpical data input and analysis through the final outputs, Simulation works by the total database management make enable to pre-investigate of the design in view of an assessment of environment impacts. It is also possible to evaluate plans easily and propose the alternatives properly. Precise quantity caculation of en-gineering works by computer system should be guarantee scientific, economic, and environme-ntally sound golf course design.
