As the importance of software education is emphasized, various educations for improve the computational thinking of elementary school students are being provided. However, there are many limitations that apply to the school at preceding studies. because they were invented for specific environment or students. Therefore, in this study, software education was conducted by constructing teaching-learning activities in consideration of the characteristics of students such as teaching aids and level of computational thinking ability, which can influence students based on the contents of textbooks. Through the comparison about computational thinking improvements, this study tried to suggest the direction of effective software education method. As a result, there are differences in computational thinking improvements according to the student's level and used teaching aids. Specifically, visual programming and unplugged type teaching-learning activities were more effective in teaching aids, and according to the level of students, students with low level of computing thinking in pre-inspection showed relatively high improvement. This tendency suggests that it is necessary to consider various learning factors in designing teaching-learning activities in elementary software education.

At present, our society is reducing the birth rate, and the school population is decreasing, but multicultural students are facing the increasing social phenomenon. We all need to make sure that bilingual teaching and learning is effective for children of multicultural families who need to live in the days of Phono Sapiens so that they can live confidently as members of our society. To this end, there is a great need for a bilingual teaching and learning method that enables children from multicultural families to be free from language and cultural prejudice and to actively communicate and interact. In this paper, we propose a customized bilingual education method that applies various teaching and learning methods according to the development cycle, school age, and Korean language ability of children of multicultural families. The proposed bilingual teaching method for children of multicultural families is a teaching and learning method that applies the Waldorf teaching principle.

This study is to apply the Havruta teaching-learning method to college students' major classes and analyze the relationship between the effectiveness evaluation of communication skills and sub-factors using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, the communication ability score was different before and after Havruta teaching-learning, and it was found that after Havruta teaching-learning was higher than before Havruta teaching-learning. The path effect was found to be significant in all of the total, direct, and indirect effects among latent variables, except for the relationship between interpretation ability, role-playing ability, and goal-setting ability in the direct effect. In this study, it was found that the Havruta teaching-learning method not only improves creativity and thinking ability, but also improves self-directed learning ability. In addition, it was reconfirmed that it is a teaching-learning method that can develop social skills and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills while experiencing opinions different from one's own. As a result, research on a thorough student-centered teaching-learning method suitable for the Homo Machina era must be continued and its application in the educational field must be implemented.

As the usage of computer and internet is growing, ICT-based teaching is required in education. So far almost web-based coursewares are learner-based individual teaching. Current learning theories and learning model in WBI are too focusing on courseware or too general to apply in education directly. In this view, learning model with subject-specific search engine might be a solution. In this thesis, we developed systematic concept learning model, promoting traditional concept learning to suitable model in education field and also, we developed CEhunt(Computer Education Hunter), that is computer education search engine providing the teaching materials and supporting the design of teaching and effective concept learning environment to learners. Also, we verified that this model could have a positive effect in systematic concept forming process of learners for subject concerned.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

The activation of the latest ICT(Information and Communication Technology)education has been putting more importance on the education of the application SW(software). By the way, the geometric progression of knowledge and the fast development of computer technology have continuously created new SW. Accordingly, the previous traditional SW learning paradigm runs into various problems. This study starts from the recognition of such problems. In this study, the SW adaptability is defined as the ability that learners can efficiently find and apply the suitable functions of SW to those problems in the problematic circumstances as well as promote retention and metastasis. With these premises, this paper makes an inquiry into the teaching-learning method. Besides, This paper explores the SW usability and the principles of UI(User Interface) design and deduces the SW learning strategy. Furthermore, it probes problems of the SW teaching-learning of the demonstration practice method and proposes the inquiring master for SW adaptability teaching-learning model.

In this paper, a teaching assistant system using computer vision is presented. Using the proposed system, lecturers can utilize various lecture contents such as lecture notes and related video clips easily and seamlessly. In order to do transition between different lecture contents and control multimedia contents, lecturers just draw pre-defined symbols on the board without pausing the class. In the proposed teaching assistant system, a feature descriptor, so called shape context, is used for recognizing the pre-defined symbols successfully.

Recently there are many tries and researches for using web agent in education. The agent is a computer program as a common name which takes a role like a proxy or a middle ware for accomplishing the given something on behalf of user. Lately the agent is being used in the various fields. The teaching and learning is the one of those. It is the web agent that support the teaching and learning on the web. It has a concept of the program or the engine is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him on the web. Not only the web agent is able to do teachers roles on the behalf of him, but also it is a helper that helps learners on the web. The web based teaching and learning environment has the web agent offers the personal and the adaptive information, interface, or contents.

The article reviews the social media as an Internet phenomenon, determines their place and level of popularity in the society, as a result of which the social networks are a resource with perspective pedagogical potential. The analysis of social media from the point of view of studying a foreign language and the possibility of their usage as a learning medium has been carried out. The most widespread and popular platforms have been considered and, based on their capabilities in teaching all types of speech activities, the "Instagram", "Twitter", and "Facebook" Internet resources have been selected as the subject of the research. The system of tasks of teaching all types of speech activities and showing the advantages of the "Instagram", "Twitter", and "Facebook" platforms has been proposed and briefly reviewed.

The appearance of COVID-19 virus has affected many aspects of our life. These include and not limited to social, financial and economic changes. One of the most important impacts is the economic effects. Many countries have taken actions to continue the teaching process through online teaching platforms. The students are expected to graduate during the next few semesters with certificates that include some online-completed courses and their graduation certificates are called mixed certificates. This paper considers graduation mixed certificates with some online courses and its impact on graduates seeking jobs. First, we study how well the mixed certificates are accepted by job market. In other words, how different companies, organizations and even governmental entities would accept such certificates when hiring. We study the perception of job market for such certificates for different learning fields. Secondly, we study how well the online courses are accepted by the students keeping in mind that these students are used to traditional face to face teaching. Finally, we paper our results and recommendations according to the collected data from the surveys. Some of the results show that about 60% of companies don't have policies to encourage hiring graduates with mixed certificates. Also, colleges are almost divided evenly between preferring face to face and preferring online teaching.
