사이버 공간은 개방성, 익명성, 탈중심성의 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성으로 인하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적 측면이 동시에 나타나고 있다. 청소년들의 사이버 공간에서의 활동은 제공되는 정보를 단순하게 탐색하는 수동적 역할에 그치지 않는다. 청소년들은 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 정보를 제공하는 역할도 동시에 하고 있다. 이 과정에서 스스로 유해한 정보를 생산하거나 게시판에서 타인에게 해를 끼치는 행위가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 청소년들의 적극적인 정보제공 활동 시점에 발생하고 있는 정보화 역기능 현상을 해결하는 방안으로 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링에 의한 정보윤리 교육 기법을 제안한다. 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링 기법은 초 중등학교 홈페이지 게시판에서 나타나는 부적절한 행동과 상대방에 대한 성적 모욕, 욕설의 사용, 상대방 비하 등에 관련된 유해단어를 추출하여 유해단어 사전을 구축하고 필터링하는 방법이다. 필터링 된 결과에 따라 글 쓰는 시점에서 정보윤리 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 이 기법을 학교 홈페이지 게시판에 적용한 결과 그렇지 않은 경우에 비하여 학생들의 글쓰기 자세와 글 내용이 바른 것으로 나타났다.

The study aimed to define all the main determinants of writing a research paper in an integrated manner within the requirements of the science network journals, by introducing scientific research and the steps of writing a research paper, starting from choosing the title to writing the abstract, identifying the research problem, questions, importance and objectives of the study, how to choose previous studies, research methodology and tools, discussion and results In addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for science network journals, recommendations, choosing appropriate references and choosing the appropriate references, in addition to determining the acceptable percentage of plagiarism for the journals of the Network of Science, the researcher used the method of analytical investigative research to find out the axes of the study and analyze different reference citation methods to deal with different sources of information (articles-books-theses-conference works-reviews), In addition to studying the most important international programs for measuring plagiarism ratios that are accredited within the journals of the Science Network, and the study concluded that the researcher must present original and innovative results, add an integrated and logical work, take into account all the scientific conditions in the design of the research, its steps and ethics, and take into account the international standards in citing Reference, taking into account the rates of plagiarism within Web of Science journals.

The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

This study was conducted to find out the relationship between the perception of the necessity and importance of creative teaching methods and core competencies in universities. A total of 142 people who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study were selected and surveyed using the Naver online questionnaire. It was found that the necessity and importance of creative teaching methods was related to the sub-factors of core competencies such as practical field competency, problem-solving competency, convergence competency, communication competency, job ethics, community consciousness. University education should actively introduce and apply creative teaching methods such as action learning and PBL, focusing on improving core competencies, which are actual abilities to be performed in the field.

The article substantiates the need and shows the features of introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine. Disclosed are such provisions as: goal-setting; state mission; state mission in Ukraine; goals of the Ukrainian state; strategic management priorities in Ukraine. Differences between the purpose of the organization and the purpose of the state are determined. The characteristic of the goal at the state level is given. The management standards in SMART management are characterized. The issues of the exhaustibility of existing SMART criteria are reviewed and it is proposed to supplement them with two such as: inspiration (inspiration) and ity (ethics). Two main principles are defined (evaluated (assessment), reviewed (review)), which must be observed when introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine.

Fraudulent financial reporting practices can have significant consequences for organizations and all stakeholders, as well as, for public confidence in the capital and security markets. In fact, comprehensive, accurate and reliable financial reporting is the bedrock upon which our markets are based. Keen to project a rosy picture of the Satyam to investors, employees and analysts, Mr. Raju (CEO and Chairman) fudged the account books so that it appeared to be a far bigger enterprise, with high profits and fast growth rate, than it actually was. The Satyam fraud has shattered the dreams of different categories of investors, shocked the government and regulators alike, and led to questioning of the accounting practices of statutory auditors and corporate governance norms in India. This is an exploratory study based on secondary sources of information. An attempt has been made to provide an explanation for various intriguing questions about Satyam scam. After thorough investigations by the CBI and SEBI, they have unveiled the methodology by which Satyam fraud was engineered. Finally, we recommend "Fraudulent reporting practices should be considered as a serious crime, and accounting bodies, courts and other regulatory authorities in India need to adopt very strict punitive measures to stop such unethical practices."

Our approach involves analyzing regulatory frameworks and case studies in AI applications to ensure responsible development and application. We aim to contribute to ongoing discussions around AI regulation, helping to establish policies that balance innovation with fairness, thereby driving economic progress and societal advancement in the age of artificial intelligence.

시대의 흐름에 따라 온라인 게임 중독 증상을 보이는 초등학생의 수가 증가하고 있다. 또한 온라인 게임 과몰입 청소년은 학교 및 일상생활에 많은 문제를 보이고 있으므로, 적절한 검사를 통해 가려내어 교육 및 치료를 꼭 해야 할 것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 본 논문에서는 정보 윤리학을 기반으로 온라인 게임 중독 초등학생을 유형별로 가려내기 위해, 보다 개선된 척도의 개발과 적용을 다루고 있다. 본 모형의 장점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 척도에 비해 검사 문항별 관련 도덕 항목을 구체적으로 제시하여 검사 후 교육에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 둘째, 기존 척도에 비해 항목을 보다 구체적으로 제시하여 정확한 검사가 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 개선된 검사도구로 실제로 측정해 본 결과, 서울 S초등학교 5학년 학생 중 고위험 사용자는 12%이며, 대부분의 학생들이 일반 또는 저위험 사용자에 속하는 결과를 알 수 있다.

Koreans who put a high value on confucian ethics traditionally have considered sex problems as taboo. Being faced with western liberal and hedonic culture that comes with waves of industrialization our younger generation who has grown in cultural backgrounds of confucianism has had mental confusion. Due to higher standards of living physical growth has quickened but mental growth has not reached there instead. Because of lureand trouble which come from this problem related with sex this is considered as a social problem. In this research through judgement which the most effective way that can solve adolescence sex problems is systematic sex education teaching method for desirable sex education is presented asfollowing First some supplement and desirable direction of sex education were proposed through the analysis of eight currently using home economics texbooks. A lesson plan was proposed using CAI program which was developed by authors with assistance of professional computer programmers. The CAI program includes following curriculum contents: 1concepts of sex This study ultimately aimed to let students develop desirable attitude and perspective on value regarding adolescence and sex, For this goal of research another lesson plan was proposed fostering classroom group discussion.

정보화 사회에서의 일원으로 꼭 갖추어야 할 정보통신윤리 덕목들은 기존 산업화 사회에서의 교수-학습방법으로는 부적절하다. 덕 교육 (Virtues Education)은 행위자가 교육의 중심이 되어, 인지 정의 행동의 통합과 공동체주의를 중요시 여겨 학습자 스스로 윤리를 체득하도록 하는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 덕 교육의 장점을 기반으로 학습자가 보다 재미있고 쉬운 학습을 통해 정보통신윤리의 능동적이고 자연스러운 체득이 가능하도록 게임 모형을 개발하였다. 본 게임 모형은 문제 사태를 확인하고, 그에 관련된 규범을 찾고, 규범의 의미와 근거를 찾은 후, 판단을 예측하고, 판단하여 미션을 해결하는 모형이다. 본 모형의 장점 (특징)은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자가 쉽고 재미있게 정보통신윤리 학습을 할 수 있다. 둘째, 게임을 진행하며 윤리의식을 교사가 전달하는 것이 아닌, 학습자 스스로 체득하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 정보화 사회의 구성원으로서 알맞은 가치관을 확립하여, 정보화 사회의 역기능에 대해 올바르게 판단하고 실천할 수 있다.
