함정용 전술 컴퓨터 콘솔의 방진 (Isolation Mount Design for the Combat Computer Console Installed in Surface Ship)

  • The Combat Computer Consoles installed in surface ships should endure harsh environment such as vibration from engine or propeller and shock from underwater explosion. Generally, commercial isolation mounts are selected and used for anti-vibration and anti-shock design. In this research, the environment of the Combat Computer Console was analyzed first. Selected proper mount was modeled and computer simulation was performed to emulate the environment test. The real environment test was conducted with a manufactured Combat Computer Console. The test results were same as the simulation and satisfied the performance requirements. The computer simulation proved to be a useful design tool to predict the performance before the final environment test.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 웨어러블 컴퓨터를 위한 패션디자인 (Fashion Designs for Wearable Computer in Ubiquitous Environment)

  • Wearable computer focuses on functional aspects of fashion to respond to and satisfy needs for daily availability of ubiquitous environment owing to ever-developing digital technologies. The purpose of this study is to examine in possible developmental direction of wearable computer and thereby explore more promising directions of wearable computer to enhance its adaptability to future advanced ubiquitous environment and also satisfy both esthetical and functional needs. Now the wearable computer can be classified broadly into 3 types in the aspect of functionality, i.e. computer containing 'integratability', 'convertibility' and 'interactability'. Beyond simple portability concepts based on digital devices attached on body, it will be necessary that follow-up studies on wearable computer satisfy needs for enhanced digital functionality to comply with ubiquitous environment as well as emotional needs inherent in clothing. It is expected that possibility of future wearable computer will be extended via collaborative relationships between design and functionality, and should be implemented through possible points of contact among computer, telecommunication, design and fashion. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that follow-up researches and developments for wearable computer to meet both functionality and esthetical values in the aspect of 'fashion design combined with electronic products' will help assure the variety of fashion designs for wearable computer contributing to better life quality of human in future ubiquitous environment.

  • As computer performance and needs of user convenience increase, computer user interface are also changing. This changes had great effects on software development environment. In past, text editors like vi or emacs on UNIX OS were the main development environment. These editors are very strong to edit source code, but difficult and not intuitive compared to GUI(Graphical User Interface) based environment and were used by only some experts. Moreover, the trends of software development environment was changed from command line to GUI environment and GUI Editor provides usability and efficiency. As a result, the usage of text based editor had decreased. However, because GUI based editor use a lot of computer resources, computer performance and efficiency are decreasing. The more contents are, the more time to verify and display the contents it takes. In this paper, we provide a new parser that provide multi view editing, incremental parsing and multiple entry of abstract syntax tree.

A Study on the Isolated Cloud Security Using Next Generation Network

  • In this paper, we propose to present a model of cloud security that has emerged as the biggest topic of cloud computing, replacing the traditional IT environment. While cloud computing is an extension of existing IT technology, security issues and threats can be applied to traditional security technologies. However, the biggest difference between a typical computing environment and a cloud computing environment is a virtualized environment with a hypervisor. Currently, there are many weaknesses in the virtualized environment, and there are few related security products. In order for a cloud computing environment to function as a reliable IT environment, we expect more research on hypervisor-based security technologies, and we expect to secure safer cloud services through a secure model over the next generation of new-based networks.

환경 측정을 위한 모바일 다기능 센서의 구현 (Implementation of Mobile Multi-sensor System for Measuring an Environment)

  • The environment information such as dust, temperature, humidity, illumination and gas are very important in daily life. We implemented multi-sensor system which made for measuring an environment by using Arduino, ZigBee, and Appinventor. We also designed a packet for transmitting environment data. The data are sent to the server via ZigBee and then it communicates to a smart phone via WI-Fi. In this study, we added divers sensors, designed a protocol which made for transfer several kinds of data and improve mobility for real time monitoring by using smart phones. The system was worked well and the data was transmitted correctly to the smart phone.

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 협동 지원 작업의 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서 실행되는 접근 제어에 대해서 기술한다. 세션 관리에는 세션의 셍성, 종료 및 지각자 처리, 접근 제어 등의 기능이 있다. 그러나, 기존의 프레임워크는 컴퓨터 협동 지원 작업의 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서 접근 제어에 대한 기능은 거의 없는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 세션을 잘 유지할 수 있게 하기 위하여 컴퓨터 협동 지원 작업의 세션 초기 프로토콜 환경에서의 접근 제어를 제안한다.

컴퓨터 매개환경에서의 Flow 경험과 시간감각의 왜곡 : 매체환경 간 비교연구 (Flow Experiences and Distorted Sense of Time in Computer-Mediated Environment : Comparative Study of Media Environments)

  • Flow는 심리학 분야로부터 차용되어 컴퓨터와 인터넷 사용 시 사용자의 긍정적 경험을 설명하는 주요 개념으로 이용되고 있다. 컴퓨터 매개환경(CME: Computer-Mediated Environment)에서 flow 경험은 탐구적 행위와 통신, 학습을 촉진시키며 긍정적 감성을 유발한다고 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 매개환경과 전통적인 지필(紙筆)(paper-pencil)환경에서의 비교 실험을 통해, 매체환경(media environment) 간 사용자의 flow 경험 차이를 검증하였다. 실험결과, '재미(enjoyment)' 이외의 대부분의 flow 경험 차원(dimension)에서 매체환경 간 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 사용자들이 느끼는 시간감각의 왜곡(distorted sense of time)은 두 매체환경 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

컴퓨터 환경에서 초등학교 기하 지도에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Teaching Elementary Geometry Using the Computer)

  • Computer has been regarded as an alternative that could overcome the difficulties in the teaching and learning of mathematics. But the didactical problems of the computer-based environment for mathematics education could give us new obstacles. In this paper, first of all, we examined the application of the learning theories of mathematics to the computer environment. If the feedbacks of the computer are too immediate, students would have less opportunity to reflect on their thinking and focus their attention on the visual aspects, which leads to the simple abstraction rather than the reflective abstraction. We also examined some other Problems related to cognitive obstacle to learn the concepts of geometric figure and the geometric knowledge. Based on the analysis on the problems related to the computer-based environment of mathematics teaching and learning, we tried to find out the direction to use computer more adequately in teaching and learning geometry.

  • Trusted Execution Environment(TEE), such as Intel SGX, AMD Secure Processor and ARM TrustZone, has recently been a rising issue. Trusted Execution Environment provides a secure and independent code execution, hardware-based, environment for untrusted OS. In this paper, we show that Trusted Execution Environment's research trends on its vulnerability and attack models. We classify the previous attack models, and summarize mitigations for each TEE environment.

  • In this paper, we tried to examine the didactical transpositions of the mathematical knowledges in the computer-based environment for mathematics learning and teaching, and also analyse the extreme didactical problems Computer has been regarded as an alterative that could overcome the difficulties in the teaching and learning of mathematics and many broad studies have been made to use computers in mathematics teaching and learning. But Any systematic analysis on the didactical problems of the computer-based environment for mathematics education has not been tried up to this time. In this paper, first of all, we analysed the didactical problems in the computer-based environment, and then, the mode of using computer for mathematics teaching and learning.
