점적 급액 방식에서의 양액 공급량 예측 프로그램의 개발 (Development of A Computer Simulation Program of Emitter Discharges for Trickle Application)

  • This study was conducted to develop a computer simulation program for trickle application of nutrient solution. A computer simulation program using finite element method was developed to evaluate discharges of emitters on trickle application. The uniformity of application for two different lateral line lengths and three application methods was evaluated by the computer simulation program. The results of this study are as follows. 1. A computer simulation program was developed to determine emitter discharges from a trickle application system and pressures at emitter positions by finite element method and to design a uniform trickle application system. 2. The simulation program developed was verified by experiment. The root mean square error between experimental data and simulated data was 1.1% on the average discharge and it was found that the computer simulation program was an effective tool for the design of a trickle application system of nutrient solution. 3. The uniformity of trickle application system was evaluated for three different methods of supplying nutrient solution with different lateral line lengths. The best uniformity was obtained from the method, which supplies nutrient solution from both ends alternatively for the same period of time.

  • This paper presents a mobile color-compensating application using a RGB color compensation algorithm. The proposed application enables color vision deficiencies to differentiate images which cannot be distinguished by them. The suggested mobile application has two functions: converting images taken by camera and converting contents in the device screen. The proposed application is computationally inexpensive, since it does not require color space transformation. Simulation results show that the proposed application enables color vision deficiencies to receive information expressed by colors such as subway line maps.

  • Human-computer interaction is a discipline concerned with the design, evaluation, and implementation of interactive systems for human use. In this paper we suggest designing a smart deaf emergency application based on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles whereas nowadays everything around us is becoming smart, People already have smartphones, smartwatches, smart cars, smart houses, and many other technologies that offer a wide range of useful options. So, a smart mobile application using Text Telephone or TeleTYpe technology (TTY) has been proposed to help people with deafness or impaired hearing to communicate and seek help in emergencies. Deaf people find it difficult to communicate with people, especially in emergency status. It is stipulated that deaf people In all societies must have equal rights to use emergency services as other people. With the proposed application the deafness or impaired hearing can request help with one touch, and the location will be determined, also the user status will be sent to the emergency services through the application, making it easier to reach them and provide them with assistance. The application contains several classifications and emergency status (traffic, police, road safety, ambulance, fire fighting). The expected results from this design are interactive, experiential, efficient, and comprehensive features of human-computer interactive technology which may achieve user satisfaction.

  • The world health organization classified the emerging coronavirus (known as Covid-19) as a pandemic after confirming the extent of spread and scale. As a matter of fact, outbreaks of similar scale or even worse have been witnessed throughout history. Thus, the development of prevention strategies exists to protect against such calamaties. One of the widely proven measures that controls the spread of any contagious diseases is social distancing. As a result, this paper will demonstrate the concept of an application "Be Aware" on enabling the implementation of this preventive measure. In particular "Be aware" evaluates the extent of congestion in public places using current time data. The proposed project will use Global Positioning System (GPS), and Application Programming Interface (API), to ensure information accuracy, and the API use Crowdsourcing to collect Real-Time Data (RTD) from the selected places.   • 본 연구는 학교수학에서 컴퓨터를 활용한 교수 학습 자료 개발에 대한 시사점을 알아보기 위해 중학교 1학년 교과서 기하 단원에 제시된 컴퓨터 활용에 대한 내용을 분석하였다. 교과서에 제시된 컴퓨터에 관련된 내용 중 자세한 설명을 통해 실습이 가능한 내용도 있지만 교과서에 제시된 설명만으로 실습이 가능하지 않은 경우도 있었다. 수학 수업에서 컴퓨터를 교사가 직접 조작하거나 학생들의 활동을 목표로 한다면 그 내용은 가능한 자세히 소개되어야 한다. 컴퓨터의 활용 측면에서는 단순히 읽을거리나 수학적 사실을 시각적으로 확인하는 차원에서 벗어나 본 연구에서 소개한 방법과 같은 활동을 통해 수학적 사실을 이해하고 더 나아가 탐구하는 수준까지 단계적으로 안내하는 것도 필요하다.

  • 본 연구는 영화관과 같이 특정 시간대에 사람들이 많이 몰리는 복잡한 장소와 고궁, 유적지, 백화점, 그리고 테마파크와 같이 한 장소에 여러개의 화장실이 있는 곳에서 사용자 자신으로부터 가장 가까운 화장실의 위치 및 각 화장실 마다 사용하는 인구 밀집도 그리고 화장실 칸의 사용 여부를 알려주는 Application 을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Application 은 안드로이드를 기반으로 하며 제안한 Application 을 통해 익숙하지 않은 장소에서의 화장실 위치 파악이 가능하고 영화관과 같이 특정 시간 때, 특정 화장실에 대해 몰림 현상을 예방 할 수 있다. 따라서 연구에서 제안한 화장실 어플리케이션은 현재 사용 가능한 화장실의 위치를 알려줌으로써 고객들에게 보다 편리한 서비스를 제공 할 것으로 예상된다.

  • Clustering is a most powerful un-supervised machine learning techniques for division of instances into homogenous group, which is called cluster. This Clustering is mainly used for generating a good quality of cluster through which we can discover hidden patterns and knowledge from the large datasets. It has huge application in different field like in medicine field, healthcare, gene-expression, image processing, agriculture, fraud detection, profitability analysis etc. The goal of this paper is to explore both hierarchical as well as partitioning clustering and understanding their problem with various approaches for their solution. Among different clustering K-means is better than other clustering due to its linear time complexity. Further this paper also focused on data mining that dealing with high-dimensional datasets with their problems and their existing approaches for their relevancy

  • 최근에 와서 시각전달방법 및 표현매체로서의 컴퓨터 그래픽스 활용 및 의존도는 지대해 지고 있다. 이것은 미국, 일본 등 선진외국 뿐만 아니라, 우리 나라에서도 역시 디자인에 대한 컴퓨터그래픽스 활용의 중요성의 점점 더 부각되고 있다. 컴퓨터그래픽스 디자인은 이제 생활의 일부분이 되고 있으며, 하나의 문화로 정착되어 시각문화 재창출의 중요한 자리를 차지하고 있다. 디자인이 경쟁력을 지니기 위해서는 차별화 계획이 필요하며, 대중의 욕구와 이에 필요한 대중 지향적 디자인의 필요성이 요구되는 것이다. 수년 전 만해도 수 작업에만 의존했던 디자인 방법이 컴퓨터의 출현과 함께 활용 및 기법에 있어, 새로운 기원을 이룩하고 있는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 표현 방법의 도구로서 컴퓨터를 활용했을 때 작업에서 얻어지는 원고의 활용 성을 부문별로 분석해보고, 앞으로 일반화될 컴퓨터 그래픽스의 활용방안을 생각해 보고자 한다.

An Application Based on Smart Device for Special Effect Shooting of Movies

  • In this paper, we proposed an application which can conduct to take repetition images for special effect shooting at movies or drama using Bluetooth of smart device. The proposed application can move a camera with motors several times as the same moving after saving of the control data based on the application during specific time using Bluetooth. At the repetition moving, we do not permit to control motors of the camera by person for keeping the same start position and end position after saving the moving data. The camera motors are only moved remotely by saving data of the proposed application. We developed the proposed application and a hardware which works motors with camera to check performance evaluation. Then, we confirmed that the proposed application exactly did the same moving to the motors with camera several times according to saved data. Therefore, because the proposed application can take a same images as control remotely the motors of camera, it will be a useful technology for special effect shooting of movies or dramas.
