The current research utilized as its target population who are current users of global small to medium sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the SMB user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.

탄도미사일은 비행속도가 매우 빠르고 불안정한 하강운동에 기인하는 나선형과 같은 고유의 특이한 비행운동으로 인해 정확한 비행궤적의 추정이 어렵다. 이 논문은 탄도미사일의 비행궤적 특성에 대한 종합적인 해석을 기술한다. 최대사거리를 포함 다양한 미사일 비행사거리에 따른 비행궤적특성이 해석적 방법에 의해 도출되었다. 최대사거리를 줄여 발사했을 때 비행특성에 따른 위협이 급격히 증가됨을 해석적으로 나타냈다. 이 연구는 하층미사일방어체계 구축의 운용개념 설정에 대한 기반연구이다.

Ontology developing process has aroused a lot of controversy among knowledge engineers and knowledge users. The recent surges on ontology building methodologies and practical ontology applications have explored a broad spectrum of knowledge management challenges. On the one hand, the abundant methodology theories provide us with a set of useful heuristic rules, from which we get the overview of ontology building process. But on the other hand, every research groups would like to justify their theories by listing their specific characteristics and unique method when approaching the right way. However, there is still no one “correct” way or methodology for developing ontologies. In this case, the methods used to evaluate only a subset of specific domain do not make any sense to the commonsense users. As a result, a comprehensive understanding of domain ontology is urgent and necessary.

The recent speculation fever in Kangnam and its southern vicnity of Seoul resulted in surging apartment prices. The government is determined to employ more effective anti-speculation policy measures to control the property speculative demand. The Government plans to implement support measures to discourage people from owning multiple homes by reinforcing tax measures. To meet the increasing demand for more large-sized apartments in Seoul, the Government may allow to build more large sized units. By the end of August, 'a comprehensive package tool of real estate policy measures' ,as a real estate controlling guidelines, is scheduled to be presented by the Government. We hope that the package tool will stabilize housing market more effectively and enhance the national economy.

Purpose - While studying the topic of seeking behavioral excellence (proactive and creative competence) in organization, scholars have presented a variety of literature sprinkled with countless theories on behavioral competence. Research design, data, and methodology - Foremost among the several theories on this topic are two distinct sets of behavioral theories: OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) and Constructive Deviance. Both of these theories attempt to posit their usefulness in positive organizational outcomes (such as organizational effectiveness, quality, performance, and innovations). Results - However, their proposed constructs are opposing and studies are conducted in isolation, thereby creating a significant literature gap and omitting the possibility of being inclusive of the best that both OCB and constructive deviance have to offer. Conclusions - The article bridges the gap by critically examining OCB and constructive deviance and including a consideration of other empirical studies in an attempt to be comprehensive while, at the same time, seeking to find an effective behavioral construct that is both appropriate and conducive for positive organizational outcomes in the context of the current business environment.

The objective of this study is to identify the critical dimensions of comprehensive quality and to prioritize them for improvement of the quality competitive advantage. The critical dimensions, sub-dimensions and measurement items of comprehensive quality were abstracted from literature of quality, and constructed a model of hierarchical structure. 115 experts in four groups(supplier, buyer, consultant, and professor) were participated in pair-wise comparison of quality dimensions, but some of these responses were removed because the overall consistency of evaluator judgements exceed the acceptable ratio of 0.10. The priorities of quality dimensions for industrial and consumption goods were calculated respectively using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) approach. As a result, product quality had the highest weight of 0.65, followed by support quality(0.18) and service quality(0.17) for industrial goods while product quality also had the highest weight of 0.62, but service quality(0.22) was preferred over support quality(0.16) for consumption goods.

Scour at bridge pier is a complicated three-dimensional problem involving interaction of fluld force on movable aid nonuniformily distributed sand grains. Although several analytical solution approaches, experimental research and field investigations for scout at piers have been conducted, no comprehensive and universally acceptable solution is so far available. Even though many methods and equations for predicting scour at piers are available in the literature, hydraulic and/or bridge design engineers are often at a loss over which method or equation is applicable for the specific bridge sites. To provide better understanding about scour phenomena and better predicting of scour at piers, intensive research is conducted through comprehensive review of published literature. Based on the research the state-of-the-art of pier scour prediction for design application is provided as a design guide for practicing engineers in this field. Recommendations for applying aggradation and degradation, contraction scour, and local scour prediction methods or equations are suggested. It is hoped that this paper may provide good information for the prediction of scour at piers.

In this paper, the unsteady aerodynamics and blade structural dynamics of an experimental bearingless rotor were analyzed. Due to the multiple load path and nonlinear behavior of a bearingless rotor, sophisticated structural modeling and structural-aerodynamic coupled analysis is required. To predict the internal load and deformation of an experimental bearingless rotor, trim analysis was implemented. The results showed good agreement when compared with those predicted by CAMRAD II the rotorcraft comprehensive analysis. It is possible to extend the present structural-aerodynamic combined analysis to further advanced configurations of the bearingless rotor in the future.

최적설계는 일반적으로 주어진 설계에 적용할 경제성평가기법을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 발전장치 설계에 적용되는 경제성평가방법을 제시하였다. 가능한 발전 장치들에 대하여 그 투자액의 회수기간과 순현가를 경제성 지수화 하고 또, 그 설계된 장치의 운전상의 난이도를 평가하여 지수화 하고 이 지수들을 종합하여 종합경제성평가지수를 산출하여 이 지수로 발전장치 선정의 기준으로 삼도록 하였다. 이 방법을 실선의 설계에 적용하여 유용성을 보였다.
