최근 들어 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 인하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)라고 하는 경영관리기법이 주목을 받게 되었다. 그러나 다양한 업무환경에 따른 적합한 BPM을 도입하는 것에 대한 적절한 지침이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 BPM에 요구되는 기능적인 사항과 기술적인 사항들을 분류하고 정의하여 기능적 및 기술적 체계를 제시한다. 또한 이러한 체계를 기반으로 BPM 평가방안을 제시한다. 제시된 평가방안은 4가지 BPM의 유형별로 다른 중요도를 반영하여 BPM을 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 BPM을 도입하고자 하는 기업의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Comprehensive bibliographic sources of Plecoptera systematics in Korea and Far East Russia were provided. Systematic status and distributional features of stoneflies in those areas were also discussed. Based on comprehensive type and non-type material examinations in those areas, new synonymies of Sweltsa colorata Zhiltzova and Levanidova, 1978 〔＝ Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), 1912〕 and Capnia KUa (Yoon and Aw, 1986)〔＝Paracapnia recta Zhiltzova, 1984〕 were established; and the following species were newly recorded from Korea: Taenionema aponicum (Okamoto), Paraleuctra cercia (Okamoto), Leuctra fusca (Linnaeus), Eucapnopsis stigmatica Okamoto, Paracapniarecta Zhiltzova, Nemoura jezoensis (Okamoto), Stavsolus japonicus (Okamoto), Isoperla flavescens Zhiltzova and Potikha, Alloperla joosti Zwick, A. rostellata (Klapalek) Sweltsa nikkoensis (Okamoto), and S. lepnevae Zhiltzova.

This paper investigates how two different modes of feedback (selective vs. comprehensive) affect selected students' writing development in terms of three different types of measurement (accuracy, fluency, and complexity). 139 university students participated in the study, and 278 writing samples were analyzed. The results of the study indicate that participants who received selective feedback wrote more accurately and fluently than their counterparts. However, in terms of complexity, both selective and comprehensive groups showed no sign of improvement in semester-based investigations. The results of this study support Skehan's (2009) theory of trade-off effects, suggesting that 'natural' tension exists between accuracy and complexity when resources are limited. Moreover, this finding contrasts with the theory of Cognition Hypothesis, which proposes that task complexity will be associated with increases in complexity and accuracy. In the study, selected participants (N=21) strongly nominated their error sources as unfamiliarity toward using key words, usage, transition, and sentence types. This study not only contributes to the accumulation of our current knowledge in the related area of theory, but offers educational implications for those who are dealing with intermediate-level students when deciding what particular teaching content should constitute a priority within a limited instructional period.

If we can supply accurate minute flow rate to the households, we can solve many problems that are occurring in consequences of uncontrolled flow rate for the households. Therefore, this paper presents an innovative solution to the source of the problems by illustrating how we can control the flow rate to the household. This paper proves such problems even can be solved in a case when there is a room turned off the heating.

This study presents the methods to improve the urban farming in Korea by analysing the current circumstances of urban farming in Korea. Specifically, the legal system in association with urban farming, current status of the act on the urban farming, the present situation of the Korean urban farming, and the comprehensive plans for urban farming have been analysed in order to grasp the present situations and seek for solutions. Based on these, the research provides effective supporting methods for sustainable urban farming in Korea. As a result, the essentials to improved urban farming can be summarized with two factors; securing more space for urban farming and improving the supporting system for the urban farmers. Enthusiastic attitudes of local governments, security of budget, and cooperation with the citizens are vital to expand the urban farming in addition to the institutional and systematic urban farming improving methods mentioned above.

We conducted a comprehensive review on the previous research on r-Learning. By reviewing 843 previous studies about r-Learning published from 2004 to 2015, this study investigated 1) the trend of research on r-Learning over time, 2) the characteristics of targeted students in r-Learning, 3) the educational activities implemented for r-Learning, and 4) the types of educational robots used for r-Learning. The study found that the research on r-Learning has rapidly and steadily increased and the types of educational activities and educational robots has been diversified. Relying on the findings of this review, this study suggests 1) ensuring growth in both the quality and the quantity of research on r-Learning, 2) broadening the target student population of r-Learning beyond the age-limited boundaries, 3) enhancing educational activities of r-Learning, and 4) recognizing the necessity for systematic and clear concepts of types of educational robots.

As an empirical study on Daegu Downtown showing decentralization phenomenon, the purpose of this study is, based on the residential satisfaction research targeting the Downtown residents, to analyze the residential environment satisfaction and residential preference. Considering the parameters of measurement, we used the Ordered Logit Model and Logistic Regression. The results are as follows: First, the comprehensive residential environment satisfaction is relatively lower than that in 2008 and the residential preference in Downtown is similar to that of the past. Second, among the 7 factors that constitute the Downtown residential environment, the house, the landscape, and the security have a relatively large influence on the comprehensive residential environment satisfaction. Third, the residential environment factors which affect those who are hoping continuous Downtown residence are the safety, the house and the complex.

Nowadays, it seems we are in the high time of construction design because development of construction technology widen the option of construction exterior closing materials and deepen the high-tech construction method with all various materials. When we see the flow of construction market, the mainstream is the high-rise intelligent building, which makes the best use of the small midtown area efficently. Therefore, Alum curtain wall is becoming the main material of exterior construction, the concept of which is changing from just a simple window frame to an outer wall which has comprehensive function and capability. As we think of the importance of Curtain wall as a comprehensive outer wall, We should do thorough technical examination and verification at the stage of construction design and plan of carrying out construction.

Mobile business, noticed as a constructive alternative for e-commerce and e-business, has been diversely defined and conceptualized. This study develops a comprehensive framework for the sake of clearing such a havoc of conceptual deluge. The framework for the comprehensive understanding of e-business (including m-business) consists of two dimensions： connectivity and mobility. These two dimensions represent to overcome the constraints of time and place in business transactions, respectively. Various cases for each combination of these two components are explained for clear understanding of this framework. By this framework, we can understand the value that Location-Based Service (LBS) brings anew to e-business services.

The current research utilized as its target population who are current employees of innovative manufacturing enterprise medium to large-sized companies in Korea. The research validated the innovative dimensions by studying the two constructs within the context of the innovative manufacturing enterprise user population. Correlation was found between innovative dimensions retained as components of a Comprehensive Model. It was determined that these four dimensions-Content, Intrinsic Interest, Control, and Timeliness-are significant predictors of user success. The Comprehensive Model was validated, and it is therefore suggested as a basis for further study of user success indicators in the innovative manufacturing enterprise environment.
