Now architecture has been become a significant element which is able to determine the competitiveness as a cultural product by going beyond the concept that architecture offer a space for just residence and office. From old times, planning and managing the urban space create living space to be more comfortable and efficient. Nevertheless, all of a public and private have resolved urban problems only to create economy growth by shortsighted approach. Therefore, a more macroscopic for composing an urban environment emerged the need for access in terms of the plan, to these aspects of the landscape and urban residential environment that can be applied to the United States's PUD techniques and focus on the development of urban space cases by applied PUD to improve a more rational and efficient urban space and to creation lively dwelling environment and the favorable landscapes forming want to try.

If a 4-port network is terminated by arbitrary impedances, there are great advantageges in composing systems with it. The distributed 3-dB $O^{\circ}$/180$^{\circ}$ hybrid with the impedances asymmetrically terminated is presented. In the band of UHF and VHF. on the basis of it , the new design method of small sized- hybrid using both lumped and distributed elements is also presented and analyzed At the center frequency of 900MHz. 3-dB $O^{\circ}$/180$^{\circ}$hybrid on the RT/Duroid substrate of ${\varepsilon}_{r}$=2.2, h=0.76mm is design and tested. Agreements are obtained between measured and theoretical results and at the same time the occupied area of it is reduced more than 70% compared with only distributed-type circuits.

We have proposed a method to detect and track moving ships using position from Radar and image processor. Real-time segmentation of moving regions in image sequences is a fundamental step in the radar-camera integrated system. Algorithms for segmentation of objects are implemented by composing of background subtraction, morphologic operation, connected components labeling, region growing, and minimum enclosing rectangle. Once the moving objects are detected, tracking is only performed upon pixels labeled as foreground with reduced additional computational burdens.

Deconstruction Architecture takes various approaching ways in the plural situation of modem times while it has a common thinking way in the whole area of society, art field, etc. This plural phenomenon is expressed by collage used as a painting technique. We examine the relations of collage and Deconstruction Architecture to see what kind of space formation factor collage is applied in the Deconstruction Architecture, which can be applied to the architecture composing vocabulary, and classify the aspects that collage technique is expressed with space formation factor of Deconstruction Architecture by category. We can see that superimpositon, interpenetration, juxtaposition, scaling, open structure, undecidability, assemblage, etc. are expressed as various factors in the space of Deconstruction.

The purpose of this study is to extract the rage on exterior colors of Elementary schools in harmony with natural colors as the colors of sky and trees, of Which the colors is basically composing the natural environment. The theory of harmony in NCS relatively expressing the changed colors according to the color stimulation condition is the contrast of same color fit for the nature. NCS has a systematic open mind considering parts in the whole. The study suggests appropriate strategy for Eco-color scheme. The result shows that it's desirable to select YR Group in the elementray school of exterior color design, The Eco color planned by NCS is expected to clarify the interrelationship between children and environment. This practical use should be continuingly tried in the color design of interior for elementary schools.

This paper proposes and implementation procedure for an automatic assembly system from a manual assembly and an evaluation method of implemented several automatic system alternatives using an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in a small-sized motor. First, the current product is redesigned for DFA (Design For Assembly) and assembly automation of motor, and then it is decided mechanisms of moving, magazining, feeding, composing of each part using main joining equipment and auxiliary equipment. Following the decided mechanism, the necessary assembly machines are selected or designed considering objectives and assembly conditions. Finally, the layout alternatives are completed for the automatic assembly system. According to the evaluation criteria which are established in advance, the automatic system alternatives are analyzed using AHP.

This paper describes the overvoltage through lightning surge analysis on underground system in DC combined distribution systems. It is considered that operating micro grid including distributed generation with smart grid can make possibility of composing new distribution system different from existing one. However, there are many papers about low voltage DC distribution in grids or buildings but not many about replacement or distributing 22.9kV AC distribution system to DC system. Among many research need for DC system development, overvoltage is studied in this paper. Overvoltage is simulated on DC cable when lightning strikes to overhead grounding wire which is installed at the nearest location from power cable section. Analysis as well as modeling is performed in EMTP/ATPDraw. It is evaluated that analysis results can be used to design of DC underground distribution power cable system.

Sometimes it is not sufficient to identify design pattern instances for extension of software, because the extension points exist outside of the instances. We define reference flows, which is a process of composing an intrinsic structure of design patterns, and suggest an analysis method based on reference flows for identifying the extension points.
