Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the importance and priority arising from the relationship between MRO-office supplies franchisor ("franchisor") and franchisees through an in-depth investigation. In particular, with respect to the MRO-Office franchise industry, we would like to make meaningful contributions in the decision-making process by comparing and contrasting factors that affect the importance and priority of communication, conflict, support and satisfaction through AHP analysis. Research design, data, and methodology: After completion of AHP analysis, the study will also identify factors in order of priority and factors of importance between the franchisor and franchisees. Another purpose of this study is to evaluate and propose business relationship strategies between the franchisor and franchisees. Through AHP analysis, this study will facilitate the relationship between the franchisor and franchise, and determine the factors of importance and factors in order of priority. Result: This study evaluates the differences and priorities of the two groups arising from the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisees through AHP analysis after separately analyzing the franchisor. In this study, the franchisees find that communication is the most important factor, then support as the second most important factor between the two groups. In contrast, the franchisor finds that support is the most important factor followed by communication between the two groups. Conclusions: This analysis demonstrates the discrepancy in evaluating important factors from the perspectives of the franchisor and the franchisees. The largest discrepancy between the franchisor and franchisees comes from an information system related to communication factors. This effectively means that the franchisor has an understanding of this inadequate information system on the part of franchisees but this understanding is not deemed an important factor. The franchisees recognize and focus on the need to obtain feedback from the franchisor regarding management improvement as the most important factor rather than the ability of the franchisor to guide them through the franchisees' operations. To this end, the franchisor should be more flexible in dealing with the problem of improving the work required by the franchisees. For this study, a survey was conducted on employees of MRO-office supplies franchisor, franchisees, and employees and completed based on AHP analysis.
This study analyzed the citation count of papers and authors in the field of human geography through the multidimensional scaling and social network analysis with the papers and their references published in Journal of Korean Geographical Society(Geography). The major findings of this study are as follows. Group formation of common approaches in intelligent network has not formed by cited literature in the field of human geography of a journal representing Korea. Then, each researcher should study consistently on a subject to form a school rather than diversify the field and subject of study. They also need to increase the citation count by accumulating research work with a high degree of completion. In addition, many universities with a lot of enrolled graduate students of master's and doctorate course have a responsibility to encourage the formation of school. Meanwhile, if the master's and doctoral dissertations are not official publications unlike journals, the citation of them should be avoided institutionally because it is the unique phenomena of Korea.

Purpose: Although the prevalence rate of chronic diseases is rapidly increasing due to an unhealthy diet in Korea, nurses may not have enough nutritional knowledge to educate their patients. This study investigated the level of nurses' nutritional knowledge for chronic diseases as well as for strokes, and the needs for nurses' nutritional education. Methods: This research is a descriptive research conducted from April to August of 2014, on 242 nurses who work with stroke patients, in two tertiary general hospitals in the city of Seoul, South Korea. Results: The average nutritional knowledge score of our subjects was $19.9{\pm}2.51$ (range 12-24). The correct response rate was 83% which was higher than expected. However, many nurses (31-66%) answered incorrectly on items such as 'Drinking low-fat milk is better than whole milk', and 'Seasoning with a large amount of soy sauce instead of salt can reduce sodium consumption'. We also found that nurses who received continuing education regarding nutrition scored higher than those who did not (p=.020). There was no correlation between nutritional knowledge and the need for nutritional education (r=.034, p=.601). Conclusion: The level of nutritional knowledge of the nurses was relatively low and irrelevant to the completion of nutrition courses during university or duration of experience. Rather, the relevance was higher when the nurse received nutrition-related training after graduating from university. Our results imply that continuous nutritional education is necessary for hospital nurses.
1002 Students in the dept. of the dental laboratory technology of 8 college around the nation were surveyed on the three items-the professional attitude, their job-plan after graduation and the conditions and causes exerting influence on their choice of a job. 1. professional Consciousness About the purpose to take a job, 41.8% of all the students replied the economic stability. Another question is on the formation of the professional consiousness. 34.7% said they didn't accomplish it yet, while 32.1% did. This shows that the number of those hwo are resolute isnt's too low in comparison with those not. On the considering factors when they take a job, stability was first favored, with the capacity to improve itself and then profitability following on as second and third. 2. Job-plan after School 78.9% of all wanted to work in their major field as a dental technician. About their knowledge of the job, 60.4% know it well; though, their confidence in getting the job is close to the low level wholly. 3. Factors Having Influence on the selection of a job About the most decisive point in one's choice of job, 37.3% selected first the degree of completion of his major-field knowledge and skill. The most critical person when choosing his job was himself, a great number of students answered. About the working area favored, 52.9% first answered Seoul on the reason why it is a familiar place where their family or relatives have already lived and the special knowledge related to the job is easilly accessed.

Quality of Service (QoS) awareness is recognized as a key point for the success of Internet of Things (IOT).Realizing the full potential of the Internet of Things requires, a real-time task scheduling algorithm must be designed to meet the QoS need. In order to schedule tasks with diverse QoS requirements in cloud environment efficiently, we propose a task scheduling strategy based on dynamic priority and load balancing (DPLB) in this paper. The dynamic priority consisted of task value density and the urgency of the task execution, the priority is increased over time to insure that each task can be implemented in time. The scheduling decision variable is composed of time attractiveness considered earliest completion time (ECT) and load brightness considered load status information which by obtain from each virtual machine by topic-based publish/subscribe mechanism. Then sorting tasks by priority and first schedule the task with highest priority to the virtual machine in feasible VMs group which satisfy the QoS requirements of task with maximal. Finally, after this patch tasks are scheduled over, the task migration manager will start work to reduce the load balancing degree. The experimental results show that, compared with the Min-Min, Max-Min, WRR, GAs, and HBB-LB algorithm, the DPLB is more effective, it reduces the Makespan, balances the load of VMs, augments the success completed ratio of tasks before deadline and raises the profit of cloud service per second.

Earthmoving operations account for approximately 25% of construction cost, generally executed prior to the construction of buildings and structures with heavy equipment. For the successful completion of earthwork projects, it is crucial to constantly monitor earthwork equipment (e.g., trucks), estimate productivity, and optimize the construction process and equipment on a construction site. Traditional methods however require time-consuming and painstaking tasks for the manual observations of the ongoing field operations. This study proposed the use of a GPS sensor embedded in a smartphone for the tracking and visualization of equipment locations, which are in turn used for the estimation and simulation of cycle times and production rates of ongoing earthwork. This approach is implemented into a digital platform enabling real-time data collection and simulation, particularly in a 2D (e.g., maps) or 3D (e.g., point clouds) virtual environment where the spatial and temporal flows of trucks are visualized. In the case study, the digital platform is applied for an earthmoving operation at the site development work of commercial factories. The results demonstrate that the production rates of various equipment usage scenarios (e.g., the different numbers of trucks) can be estimated through simulation, and then, the optimal number of tucks for the equipment fleet can be determined, thus supporting the practical potential of real-time sensing and simulation for onsite equipment management.

Fur clothing as fashion items is expanding into casual & ladies's wear market as well as fur market. The interest of fur fashion is rising. So this study compares and analyzes the merchandising process of textile clothing also it of fur clothing by merchandising steps. Fur clothing has so many change factors at time of purchase by scarcity of raw material, price fluctuation, exchange rate and others. Therefore it is primarily about securing of raw material. As soon as plan of product is finished, the purchase of fur raw material has to be started while progress of design products for commercializing the fur clothing. The design of fur clothing is consist of material design, color design and shape design. And It makes a new trend & market as we are developing new & various treatments. The some of imported materials are transferred to the factory for being treated first dressing, fabric treatments and dyeing processing according to the design. The first treated materials are transferred to the sewing factory again for secondary treatments and finally inspected and shipped. During secondary treatments the fur has gone through various manufacturing process for using like fabric materials and it takes long time because almost work is running manually. Unlike fabric clothing, fur clothing's manufacturing method is complicated and various from material process to shape process as per feature. Therefore the merchandising with fur cannot make mass production also needs detail craftsmanship depending by expert's skills. On this wise the fur clothing takes long time to the completion thus it has been risky and costly.

The work of constructing apartment housing involves various fields of industry that are linked to each other, and is based on a design document prepared by multiple technicians and architects. Consequently, design errors, material flaws or faulty construction works can cause defects, which sometimes overlap with each other. Construction companies should repair any defects found in a completed building within a specified period of time, and to do this, should establish a business plan by efficiently predicting the cost of defect repair. As it is very difficult for companies to accurately predict the occurrence of defects, historical performance data is used as a base. For domestic apartment housing units, data on the cost of defect repair is insufficient, so there are hardly any methods that can be used to make precise predictions. Therefore, the intent of this study is to develop a model that can predict the cost of defect repair by supply type and area, based on historical performance data with ten years worth of post-completion.
Accidents occur frequently and that the date of the emergency situation and the people a good quality of life to actively respond to the emergency scene in the line of business activities and given their lives silently. 1st EMT's is currently the most jobs in the ability to work within a hospital that can be verified by expanding employment opportunities than the rate of youth unemployment and a sharp alleviate part of the current emergency medical institution performing the duties within the contents of this communication in a Emergency patients reflected in the rates for schools that can be revitalized as part of the emergency medical system(part of the emergency medical workers) for the completion of the law concerning emergency care, if you want the current laws and enforcement rules are to be improving. Under the current provisions in law concerning emergency care, and enforceable rules on enforcement issues and identify practical issues for consideration and improvements to enumerate the reasons for the demotion, the following conclusions can be sure until they improve. In addition, the National Assembly recently passed a bill AED use, and enforceable rules to enforce party that can teach AED necessarily a grade, including 1st EMT's to protect people's lives and to actively deal with the emergency situation so that it can be.
