Object: The aim of this study is to descrive the effect of neurodynamic technique and self management exercise for carpal tunnel syndrome patients(CTS) Method: 13 patients with CTS participated in this study. They were from 18 to 70 years old and mean age was 25.3. In the evalutaion, gripping with grip dynamometer, strength of gripping with precision pinchmeter, pain level with visual analogue scale. All measurement of each subject were measure at pre- treatment and post treatment(after 1week) and post treattment(after 2 weeks) stage. The physical therapy program consisted of neurodynamic technique and self management exercise. SPSS 12.0 program was used to compile result. Result: The grip, pinch, VAS-P were significantly difference between pre-treatment and post treatment(after 2weeks)(p<.05) Conclusion: This study suggest that 3weeks neurodynamic technique and self management exercise improved grip and pinch strength and decrease pain score.

본 연구에서는 JBURG를 이용하여 JIT 컴파일러를 생성하는 방법을 제안하였다. JBURG는 Java를 위한 상향식 트리패턴 일치 코드생성기를 생성하는 도구이다. 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 트리패턴 사이에 관계를 조사함으로 고안되었다. 제안된 방법은 패턴들 사이의 관계를 이용해 분석하고 불필요한 점검을 피할 수 있다는 점에서 기존의 연구결과인 JBURG보다 효율적이다. 필요한 분석들은 코드생성기를 만드는 시간에 수행되기 때문에 실제 코드를 생성해야 하는 컴파일 시간에 효율을 늘일 수 있다.

인터넷을 기용한 여러 응용 서비스들 중에서 저렴한 비용으로 음성을 전송할 수 있는 VoIP 서비스의 발전으로 사용자의 급격한 증가가 예상된다. VoIP에 mobility, universal number, multiparty conference, voice mail, automatic call distribution과 같은 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시그널링이 가능한 표준화된 프로토콜이 필요하다. 현재 IETF의 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)가 빠른 호 설정 과 parsing 및 compile이 쉬운 장점으로 인해 SIP를 기반으로 한 VoIP 서비스를 제공하기 위해 국내외적으로 SIP 기반 구성요소에 대한 개발이 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 보내는 Request(INVITE) 메소드(method)를 처리해주는 SIP 서버의 부하 경감, 망 운용의 효율성, 많은 사용자에 대한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 새로운 서버 유형인 Hybrid형 SIP 서버를 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 새로운 타입의 인터넷폰을 설계하였다.

내장형 자바의 성능 향상을 위해 바이트코드를 기계어 코드로 미리 번역하여 내장형 시스템에 설치하는 Ahead-of-Time Compile(AOTC)가 많이 사용되고 있으나 수행 중에 동적으로 다운로드 되는 바이트코드를 수행하기 위해서는 기존의 해석기도 함께 사용되어야 한다. 이 경우 일부 자바 메소드는 AOTC에 의해 처리되고 일부 메소드는 해석기에 의해 수행되는 하이브리드 수행 환경이 된다. 이러한 환경에서 해석기 메소드가 AOTC 메소드를 호출하거나 AOTC 메소드가 해석기 메소드를 호출하는 경우 호출 오버헤드가 커서 성능을 저하시킬 수 가 있다. 본 연구에서는 AOTC에서 사용 가능한 두 가지 호출 인터페이스인 Java Native Interface(JNI)와 Compiled Native Interface(CNI)에 대해 하이브리드 수행 환경에서의 호출 오버헤드와 성능을 평가하고 각각의 장단점에 대해 논의한다.

Characteristics of the present world market include demanding and sophisticated customers, requirement of high quality and innovative products, greater product diversity, increasing labour and products costs, availability of diverse alternatives to the customers and smaller batch sizes to satisfy a variety of customer profiles. To fulfil these characteristics, manufacturing companies need to be flexible adaptable, proactive and able to produce variety of products in short time at low cost. The aim of the study is to develop a computer-aided design system for water-gate on AutoCAD R2000 system. The developed system has been written in AutoCAD and VisualLISP with a personal computer, and is composed four modules which are the gate-lifter input module, guide-frame input module, and upgrade module. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system is designed by considering several factors, such as width and height of a water-gate, material, object of product and maximum depth of water.

This study aimed to analyze the teachers' cognitions about the primary science textbooks(experiment and observation) used in elementary schools. This study surveyed 211 teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS WIN 10.0. The results of this study are as follows : Most of the teachers showed positive opinions on the directions of the compilation of experiment and observation textbook. Teachers used experiment and observation textbook as summary notes, experiment reports and evaluating methods. The experiment and observation textbooks should be compiled and reorganized in order as follows : Lesson introduction, inquiry activities, and intensive and supplementary activities which are followed by space of description in experiment and observation textbook.

The outcomes of first-generation EGFR-TKIs (Gefitnib and Erlotinib) have shown great advantages over traditional treatment strategies in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), but unfortunately we have to face the situation that most patients still fail to respond in the long term despite initially good control. Up to now, the mechanism of acquired resistance to EGFR-TKIs has not been fully clarified. Herein, we sought to compile the available clinical reports in the hope to better understanding the subsequent treatment choices, particularly on whether restoring after a drug holiday or switching to another EGFR-TKI is the better option after failure of one kind of EGFR-TKI.

The purpose of this paper is to carry out an empirical analysis of the link that exists between microfinance and poverty alleviation. The analysis is driven by literature searches on empirical works done by different researchers in different contexts. Qualitative research methodology was adopted, following a desktop approach. An empirical literature review took a centre stage in this investigation. An analysis of empirical works shows that microfinance enhances poverty alleviation despite the challenges such as the Indian Andhra Pradesh crisis. The paper is limited to a review of empirical sources of literature. A field survey, supported by an econometric analysis would have helped to generate robust results. This paper attempts to bring together the empirical works that were done in different contexts to shed light on the important relationship between microfinance and poverty. Many research works on microfinance depend upon personal anecdotes, thus this present paper attempts to compile the scattered empirical findings on microfinance and poverty alleviation.

계절변동조정에 대한 전문적인 지식이 없는 통계작성(이용)자가 계절변동조정통계를 정교히 작성하기 위해서는 계절변동조정작업을 전산화하여 체계화할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 X-12-ARIMA에 바탕은 둔 BOK-X-12-ARIMA프로그램의 개발 내역을 설명하고 향후 개선방향을 정리하였다.

Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in women worldwide. During their life time the vast majority of women become infected with human papillomavirus (HPV), but interestingly only a small portion develop cervical cancer and in the remainder infection regresses to a normal healthy state. Beyond HPV status, associated molecular characterization of disease has to be established. However, initial work suggests the existence of several different molecular classes, based on the biological features of differentially expressed genes in each subtype. This suggests that additional risk factors play an important role in the outcome of infection. Host genomic factors play an important role in the outcome of such complex or multifactor diseases such as cervical cancer and are also known to regulate the rate of disease progression. The aim of this review was to compile advances in the field of host genomics of HPV positive and negative cervical cancer and their association with clinical response.
