  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new equipment acceptance model in the industrial market and test it empirically using a field survey. To define new equipment acceptance factors of employees in the organization, we used the TAM as a useful model to analyze the acceptance process of new equipment. All of the data for the TAM were collected from the employees. Prior research studied the usage of general information technology using a computer and particular software, while we apply the TAM to the new equipment adoption. In this study, both theoretical review and empirical study were conducted and the model was set through the theoretical study which was tested through the empirical analysis. Management support and training/education were shown to have a positive effect on PU and PEOU. Personal innovativeness, management support, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were shown to have a positive effect on behavioral intention.

  • This case study covers the Knowledge Management research paper that explores the clear idea about the knowledge practicesthat are used in the corporate sector to achieve the strategic advantage over the competitors. The quoted example of the three manufacturing firms TATA MOTORS, BHEL, and M&M have tried to compare the Knowledge practices in these firms, which explores the concept clearer that the competitors can use the same or the different type of knowledge practices to achieve the competitor advantages. In order to help knowledge management goals, an integrated knowledge management system consisting of the knowledge management techniques and technologies are used. The knowledge Management is supported by different techniques and practices whichare knowledge content, people skills, technology and strategy based. The technology and techniques supports these factors of knowledge management. The paper discuss different techniques and processes adapted by three Indian organizations and a comparison is made to suggest the guidelines of KM practices to manufacturing Industries.

  • It is a wine recommendation application service designed for people who sometimes drink wine but lack information and have no place to recommend. This study is to develop UI display design method of wine recommendation service using chatbot. The research method was a case study on Korean wine market, a case study on artificial intelligence market, SWOT analysis of wine-related chatbots, and a competitor analysis of related industries. In addition, surveys and in-depth interviews examined the level of interest and understanding of chatbots, and what kind of chatbots they had encountered and what requirements and goals they faced. After grasping the needs and requirements of users, we created a service concept sheet according to them and produced an application UI design that users can use most easily. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it proposes a UI design that can search wine information more sophisticated and convenient than face-to-face communication through artificial intelligence service called chatbot and recommend wines that match the taste.

  • It is widely acknowledged that Chinese economy becomes a center of world economy and takes up a considerable portion of the trade in Northeastern Asia. Due to the investment and the logistics modernization strategy of Chinese government, recognizing the importance of logistics, the competitiveness of Chinese major ports is tending upward rapidly. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese major ports in order to develop the logistics strategy of Korea by cooperating or competing with Chinese ports. In this study, we analyzed the competitiveness of 10 major Chinese ports with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). Through the analysis, we could investigate the efficiency of 10 major Chinese ports and figure out the trend of the efficiency within recent 10 years. In order for Korea to achieve the national strategic goal, becoming a logistics hub in East Asia, it is obvious to understand the competitiveness of Chinese major ports which are major competitor and strategic partner at the same time. This study will be useful to understand the competitiveness of Chinese ports and to develop a logistics hub strategy of Korea.

  • Adsorption of phosphate, sulfate, and copper ion to goethite was investigated. Goethite was prepared in the alkaline solution. In the single adsorbate systems, the final equilibrium plateau reached within 20 min. The adsorption isotherms of the individual ions could be well described by the Langmuir equation. The maximum adsorption capacities (q$\_$max/) were calculated as 0.483 m㏖/g and 0.239 m㏖/g at pH 3 for phosphate and sulfate ion, and 0.117 m㏖/g at pH 6 for copper ion, respectively, In competitive adsorption system with phosphate and sulfate, phosphate ion was a stronger competitor for adsorption on goethite than sulfate ion, which was consistent with higher affinity of phosphate ion for the surface compared to sulfate ion. The existence of sulfate ion enhanced the adsorption of copper ion but the adsorption of sulfate was inhibited when copper ion was present.

  • In management contexts, mathematical programming is usually used to evaluate a collection of possible alternative courses of action on route to selecting one which is best. Using an application of linear programming known as Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), a method is described to compare products which vary in excellence along a number of dimensions, and for each of which there might be a number of associated "costs". This paper is illustrated by comparing published benchmarks of notebook computers. Potential uses of a DEA analysis of products might be to assist corporate buyers who may need to reconcile a diversity of present and future uses in one standardised purchase; in competitor analysis; and as a normative model of product excellence against which product purchasing behavior could be compared. compared.

  • New ship technology and trapping equipment must be implemented into ship sailing which is currently used nowadays. The day/night camera stability, user interface, track, and remote control system of Jim structure for all over the world should be competitive in the global market. The development equipment sales are losing its competitiveness edge of the existing sailing ship communications equipment due to supply to the aging of the entire system and integration of the development especially for foreign equipment competitor.

  • This work proposes a process to derive elements of emotional materials based on trend research in the application of materials in product development. It was intended to be applied to the development of a case model, a Korean sports wheelchair, and focused on the material portion of CMF-based research. Through research methodologies such as megatrends, competitor product and part-by-part analysis, and psychological color analysis, we studied optimization, verification, and DBization of materials, and drew the final application plan through FGI verification.

  • This paper presents a new scheme for constructing locking-free finite elements in thick and thin plates, called Discrete Shear Gap element (DSG), using multiphase material topology optimization for triangular elements of Reissner-Mindlin plates. Besides, common methods are also presented in this article, such as quadrilateral element (Q4) and reduced integration method. Moreover, when the plate gets too thin, the transverse shear-locking problem arises. To avoid that phenomenon, the stabilized discrete shear gap technique is utilized in the DSG3 system stiffness matrix formulation. The accuracy and efficiency of DSG are demonstrated by the numerical examples, and many superior properties are presented, such as being a strong competitor to the common kind of Q4 elements in the static topology optimization and its computed results are confirmed against those derived from the three-node triangular element, and other existing solutions.
