  • To enhance customer satisfaction for higher profits, an e-commerce sector can establish a continuous relationship and acquire new customers. Utilize machine-learning models to analyse their customer's behavioural evidence to produce their competitive advantage to the e-commerce platform by helping to improve overall satisfaction. These models will forecast customers who will churn and churn causes. Forecasts are used to build unique business strategies and services offers. This work is intended to develop a machine-learning model that can accurately forecast retainable customers of the entire e-commerce customer data. Developing predictive models classifying different imbalanced data effectively is a major challenge in collected data and machine learning algorithms. Build a machine learning model for solving class imbalance and forecast customers. The satisfaction accuracy is used for this research as evaluation metrics. This paper aims to enable to evaluate the use of different machine learning models utilized to forecast satisfaction. For this research paper are selected three analytical methods come from various classifications of learning. Classifier Selection, the efficiency of various classifiers like Random Forest, Logistic Regression, SVM, and Gradient Boosting Algorithm. Models have been used for a dataset of 8000 records of e-commerce websites and apps. Results indicate the best accuracy in determining satisfaction class with both gradient-boosting algorithm classifications. The results showed maximum accuracy compared to other algorithms, including Gradient Boosting Algorithm, Support Vector Machine Algorithm, Random Forest Algorithm, and logistic regression Algorithm. The best model developed for this paper to forecast satisfaction customers and accuracy achieve 88 %.

  • According to the market research report, the nuclear decommissioning services market is currently experiencing considerable growth, with a projected Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of nearly 13% during the 2020-2024 forecast period. This expansion is primarily fueled by the advancement of Industry 4.0, in conjunction with the emergence of cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, and 5G. Even though the fact that robots have already been utilized in the nuclear industry, their adoption has been hindered by conservative regulations. However, the nuclear decommissioning market presents an opportunity for the advancement of robotics technology. The British have already invested heavily in encouraging the use of intelligent robots for nuclear decommissioning, and other countries, such as Taiwan, should follow suit. Taiwan's flourishing robotics development industry in manufacturing, logistics, and other domains can be leveraged to introduce advanced robotics in the decommissioning of its nuclear power plants. By doing so, Taiwan can establish itself as a competitive player in the nuclear decommissioning services market for the next two decades.

  • This research analyzes the economic attitude and economic literacy of college students that attended college or graduated within one year. The study measures diverse traits of economics, such as economic rationality, economic interest, risk aversion, and competitive spirit or selfishness. Results show that students enrolled in economics courses have an interest in economics, received high grades, and graduates have a relatively higher level of economic rationality. Second, students who have taken courses in economics showed a higher level of interest in economics. Thus, the correlation between such education and students' interest cannot be denied. Third, regardless of their experience in taking economics courses, the level of knowledge in economics is low for community college students. Although the rationality and interest of those students enrolled in economics courses are higher compared to students not enrolled in such courses, it does not play a pivotal role in enhancing their economic intelligence. This shows that the current education in economics positively influences an individual's economic traits but does not necessarily generate knowledge in economics. Education should focus more on associating essential economic concepts with real-world issues.

  • Korea's clothing industry which has been country's leading export industry and basic strategical industry is now faced with many difficulties both domestically and internationally. Domestically it is faced with continuing shortage of manpower in both production line and management high labour cost causing increase in price putting more weight on behavior of consumers resulting in change of industrial environment and continuing structural problems of industry itself. Internationally it is faced with strengthening of import regulations and protectionism of developed countries and rapid emergence of underdeveloped countries as leading exporting nations. In reality export plays the most essential role in our economy and is especially sensitive to the external environmental factors. Already economic bloc phonomenon can be seen everywhere and is continuing to accelerate in place such as E. U in Europ, North & South America as NAFTA, and South East Asian contries which recent tendency of economic unity effort is present. These countries of such economic blocs are imposing heavy custom duties reinforcing provision of country origin and acting out strict inspection regulations in order to protect the interest of their own industry. Therefore it is vital to manufacture excellent quality goods For these reasons study in this area has brought attention in Korea as well as worldwide in the recent years. Apparel industry which requires professional technology and ability is the most competitive international business. In order to challenge the international market the high level of intelligence is most required to produce high quality goods. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between functions and roles of marketing and to approach problems in more efficient manner. Apparel industry is composed of various programs such as design pattern making merchandising and textile science. To succeed in the business is to give the highest satisfaction to the targeted market. Hence this study will example the factors that determine the Cost Quality and Performance of apparel products. The study will involve following steps; firstly establish relationship between the quality concept and productivity of apparel products Secondly inquire in to marketing strategy laying stress on apparel production related factors focusing on merchandising marketing production and operations Thirdly prospect 21st century apparel industry focusing on garment production and trade and also other countries structural improvement Fourthly establish the new dimension of competitive factors by grasping the actual circumstance of Korea's apparel industry in the international market. • Evolutionary Artificial Neural Networks (EANNs) has been highly effective in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and in training NPCs in video games. When EANNs is applied to design game NPCs' smart AI which can make the game more interesting, there always comes two important problems: the more complex situation NPCs are in, the more complex structure of neural networks needed which leads to large operation cost. In this paper, the Dynamic State Evolutionary Neural Networks (DSENNs) is proposed based on EANNs which deletes or fixes the connection of the neurons to reduce the operation cost in evolution and evaluation process. Darwin Platform is chosen as our test bed to show its efficiency: Darwin offers the competitive team game playing behaviors by teams of virtual football game players.

  • In this study, we investigated how to achieve differentiation for the ISM (Internet Shopping Mall) to improve profitability, which is required for survival in the fiercely competitive ISM industry. We analyzed implementation level key managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM. The research model is constructed through integration of two distinctive research streams of e-commerce. The one is B2C differentiation strategy research, most of which are conceptual and conducted at a strategy level, and the other is empirical research analyzing the antecedents of customer satisfaction at the ISM. This study is organized as follows. First, we draw upon transaction cost theory to organize constructs representing customer value associated with the customer buying decision process. Next, after reviewing comprehensive managerial factors that could impact on customer value, we selected 15 managerial factors that could contribute to the differentiation of the ISM to deliver value to customers. Finally, the resulting structural model is validated through empirical analyses. The results provide insights for future studies on ISM differentiation.
