본 논문에서는 국내 표준규격인 HDB-3 스크램블링 방식을 기준으로 유니코드(Unicode)의 한글낱자 및 호환용 한글낱자 부호와 이 부호가 UTF-8 부호체계로 변환되었을 때 원천부호화 규칙에 얼마나 부합되는지 여부를 분석하였다. 연구결과 유니코드 한글낱자 및 호환용 한글 낱자 부호체계와 UTF-8부호체계내에 문자의 원천 부호화 규칙에 위배되는 부호가 상당히 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 UTF-8로 변환함에 따라 그 위배율이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다.

It is argued in this paper that, in determining semantic similarity, Korean words should be recategorized with a focus on the semantic relation to ontology in light of cross-linguistic morphological variations. It is proposed, in particular, that Korean semantic similarity should be measured on three tracks, human judgements track, relatedness track, and cross-part-of-speech relations track. As demonstrated in Yang et al. (2015), GloVe, the unsupervised learning machine on semantic similarity, is applicable to Korean with its performance being compared with human judgement results. Based on this compatability, it was further thought that the model's performance might most likely vary with different kinds of specific relations in different languages. An attempt was made to analyze them in terms of two major Korean-specific categories involved in their lexical and cross-POS-relations. It is concluded that languages must be analyzed by varying methods so that semantic components across languages may allow varying semantic distance in the vector space models.

We introduce the systematization design method using analogical analysis. The design method can make us predict the characteristic experiment for the magnitude we desire as the expression equation applied continuously. We can induce the design sample the users demand with the verification of the data on optimum design previously. Therefore in case of designing and developing the products systematization design method is very useful for the standardization of the developed goods compatability the reduction of construction time and price. In this paper we present the analogical algorithms of systematization design using similarity theory design factors and processing method of the restriction factors. Also we analyze the output voltage in terms of input voltage and displacement as choosing a differential transformer as the model.

This paper presents a brief overview of scalable video coding (SVC) with a focus on spatial scalability and its application to Advanced Terrestrial-DMB (AT-DMB). By adopting SVC with two spatial-layers and hierarchical modulation, AT-DMB provides standard definition (SD)-level video while maintaining compatability with the existing CIF-level video. In this paper, we suggest a layer-configuration and coding parameters of SVC which are well suit for an AT-DMB system. In order to reduce extremely large encoding time resulted by an exhaustive search of a macroblock coding mode in spatial scalability, we propose a fast mode decision method which excludes redundant modes in each layer. It utilizes the mode distribution of each layer and their correlations. Experimental results show that a simplified encoding model with the method reduces the computational complexity significantly with negligible coding loss.

Interaction of flow through an Impeller and a Vaned Diffuser in Centrifugal Compressor was investigated using the 3-dimensional Wavier-Stokes solution method. To consider the interaction effect of impeller and vaned diffuser, Inlet boundary conditions are imposed with the results of the steady calculation of the impeller and rotates with time. The results have been compared to steady computation results and experiment. From this, it is discussed about the compatability of the method and the advantage and disadvantage of the steady calculation.

본 논문은 안전필수 소프트웨어라 할 수 있는 원전(원자력발전소) 소프트웨어의 품질요건을 원자력법, 시행규칙, 규제지침, 표준에 입각하여 분석하였고, 국제표준인 ISO(International Organization for Standardization) 소프트웨어 표준이 원전 소프트웨어 품질요건에 부합될 수 있는지를 ISO/IEC 12207을 중심으로 분석하였다. 현재는 요구되고 있지 않으나 앞으로 원전 소프트웨어 공급자에 대한 소프트웨어 개발능력 평가 시 소프트웨어 인증취득을 요구함으로써 원전 소프트웨어의 품질 향상과 안전성을 도모할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 원전 소프트웨어에 요구되는 안전성분석에 대해서 검토하였다.

본 논문에서는 배전자동화용 스위치 제어장치의 전자기적합(EMC)에 대하여 고찰하였다. 먼저, 자동화용 제어장치의 EMC 성능에 영향을 주는 요인들을 분석하였다. 또한 제어장치 관련 국내외 규격들의 EMC 평가항목 및 기준을 검토하였다. 검토결과 국제규격보다 미흡함을 발견하였다. 검토결과를 바탕으로 국내 규격의 EMC 추가 항목 및 개선방안을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 전자식 전럭량계의 전자기적합(EMC)에 대하여 고찰하였다. 전력량계 관련 EMC 요인을 IEC 61000-4 시리즈 규격을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 또한 규격별 EMC 성능평가 항목에 대해서도 비교 검토하였다. 검토결과 국내기준은 국제규격보다 미흡함을 발견하였다. 이들을 바탕으로 국내 규격의 EMC 성능평가 개선방안을 제안하였다. 전자식 전력량계 EMC 개선방안을 연구하는데 기초 자료가 되었으면 한다.

This paper deals with rule extraction from data using rough set theory. We construct the rule base in a hierarchical granulation structure by applying core as a classification criteria at each level. When more than one core exist, the coverage is used for the selection of an appropriate one among them to increase the classification rate and accuracy. In Addition, a probabilistic approach is suggested so that the partially useful information included in inconsistent data can be contributed to knowledge reduction in order to decrease the effect of the uncertainty or vagueness of data. As a result, the proposed method yields more proper and efficient rule base in compatability and size. The simulation result shows that it gives a good performance in spite of very simple rules and short conditionals.

In this paper, we introduce the design method using CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) which is profitable in the compatability and standardization of the developed product, and the reduction of construction time and price to develop and design a machine equipment. Particularly, we select the standard model to design or develop from the large machinery to the super precision one, extract the peculiar characters of the model by the close analysis of the physical and technical part, the experiment for the characteristics of objective dimensions by analogical mathematical analysis for previous results, and can induce the design model demanded by user investigating optimal data in the design previous We present the analogical algorithms and process method of design factors and restriction factors in the systematization design with computer. Then we analyze step functions for each systematization equipment and induce the process of technical data with actuator model.
