  • The objective of this study is to propose a new procedure to synthesize the multi-experts priorities in AHP. To aggregate the multi-experts priorities, in this paper, we suggest a way which Decision Maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the compatability and we introduce Delphi method to use compatability in AHP. Some numerical example are shown to illustrate the procedure.

  • Currently many safety assessment tests are conducted by crashing a vehicle against a rigid or deformable barrier. It is quite rational to evaluate crash performance of a vehicle in a barrier test in terms of vehicle stiffness and strength. However, there has been a lot of debate on whether barrier testing is a duplicate of real world crash collisions. One of the issues is car to car compatability. There are two essential subjects in compatability. One is partner-protection when crashing into another vehicle and the other is self-protection when struck by another vehicle. When considering a car to car frontal crash between a mini car and a large heavy car, it is necessary to evaluate human body stiffness of each vehicle. In this study, in order to evaluate the compatability of cars in car-to-car crashes, four tests were conducted. Test speed of each car is 48.3km/h, and the overlap of the mini and large car is $40\%$, and the overlap of the small cars is $100\%$. In all tests, only a drive dummy is used. The test results of the car to car crash test show that vehicle safety standard of mini car is not satisfied compared with large heavy car and HIC value of mini car is higher than large car. In this case observed that the relatively lower stiffness and weight of the mini car resulted in absorbing a large share of the total input energy of the system when crashed into the large heavy car.

  • The state of compatability of poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA) and methyl cellulose(MC), prepared by an aqueous solution casting, were investigated over the entire compositions by dynamical mechanical analyzer(DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The glass transition temperatures of the blends, estimated by DMA, indicate that the blends of PVA and MC showed a definite degree of partial miscibility by showing two glass transition temperatures below 80 wt % MC contents in the blends and one glass transition temperature above 80 wt % of MC contents. The DSC results show a depression of melting point and crystallization temperature of PVA in the blends containing more than 80 wt % MC. This indicates that a considerable compatibility in the blend above 80 wt % MC contents may be attribute to the presence of interaction of hydroxyl groups of component polymers through hydrogen bonding. The DMA study of the effect of plasticizer on the polymers showed that water was a good plasticizer for PVA and PEG400 for MC. The addition of water and PEG400 in the blends showed a synergic plasticizing effect on these blends, which resulted in the large extent of the improvement of the compatibility. The elongation of PVA, MC and blonds was found to increase with addition of PEG400 in the blends, but the tensile strength to decrease with addition of plasticizer.

  • We introduce the systematization design method using similarity theory which is profitable in the compatability, the reduction of construction time and price. The design method can make us predict the characteristic experiment for the magnitude we desire as the expression equation applied continuously. We can induce the design sample the user demand with the verification of the data on optimum design previously. Therefore, in case of designing and developing the products, systematization design method is very useful for the standardization of the developed goods, compatability, the reduction of construction time and price. In this paper, we presented the analogical algorithms of systematization design using similarity theory, design factors and processing method of the restriction factors. Also, we analyzed the output voltage in terms of input voltage and displacement as choosing a differential transformer as the model.

  • Bisphenol A polycarbonate(PC) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) was blended with methylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene(MBS) copolymer for the improvement of impact resistance strength PC/PET alloy blending with PC more than 15 parts to 100 parts of PET usually have poor compatability, but increased the compatability characteristics of PC/PET alloy prepared by addition of MBS compatabilizer. The compatability of PC and PET using compatabilizer, MBS was determined by measuring the thermal characteristics of Tg difference between PC and PET, and crystallization temperature, Tcc. As the Tg difference becoming narrow to $60^{\circ}C$, and Tcc decreasing to $150^{\circ}C$, the comparability of PC and PET was increased. And also tough rate impact strength to PC/PET alloy using MBS was increased, in case more than 15 parts of PC being blended to PET.

  • Since there is no compatability between primitive types and class types in Java, values of primitive types cannot be assigned to variables of class types cannot be assigned to variables of primitive types. Primitive values must be converted to objects of wrapper classes and special methods must be called in order to extract the primitive values from those objects. In this paper we propose there methods which provide automatic transformation between primitive types and class types for their compatability. Those methods support compatability not only between primitive types but also between wapper classes. The first method utilizes the hierarchy of wrapper classes, the second utilizer java.lang.Number class, and the third utilizes the hierarchy of wrapper interfaces. Through comparison and performance measurement. we confirm that the third method works better than the others.

  • For activating home network, the security service is positively necessary and especially the access control supports secure home network services and differentiated services. But, the existing security technology for home network seldom consider access control or has a architecture to be dependent on specific middleware. Therefore, in this paper we propose a scheme to support integrated access control in home network to use XACML, access control standard of next generation, to have compatability and extensibility and we design and implement XACML access control system based on this. we also had m access control experiment about various policy to connect developed XACML access control system with the UPnP proxy based on OSGi in order to verify compatability with existing home network system.
