초등학생의 자기효능감과 건강증진행위와의 관계 (Relation between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior of elementary school students)

  • This research was conducted to provide basic document on efficient health promotion behavior program that elementary school students can use from elementary school course to enhance health promotion behavior for healthy life by checking out the degree of the most influential factor for health promotion behavior about elementary school students who establish lifelong health habit, and by checking out the relation between the degree of self-efficacy and health promotion behavior. The number of subjects of this research was 598. They were all elementary school students from the sixth grade students of the 5 cities of the Kyeong Nam province. We conducted questionnaires and did statistical analyses by using 592 papers which were suitable for date analyses with SPSS. The conclusions were as follows; A. The degree of self-efficacy The degree of self-efficacy of elementary school students was more than average. The degree of self-efficacy on physical activity was the highest and the degree of self-efficacy on self-fulfillment was the lowest. The degree of self-efficacy of girl students was comparatively higher than that of boy students. When their parents got higher education, made a lot of money and kept harmony with their children, the degree of self-efficacy became high. Furthermore, when their parents or themselves have a lot of interest in health, they feel that they are healthy, and they feel that they are satisfied with their bodies, the degree of self-efficacy was high too. B. The degree of health promotion behavior Although the degree of health promotion behavior of elementary school students was a bit lower than the degree of self-efficacy, it was higher than average. The degree of health promotion behavior on physical activity was the highest. But the degree of health promotion behavior on health of their own was the lowest. The degree of health promotion behavior between girl students and boy students was the same. When their parents got higher education, made a lot of money and kept harmony with their children, the degree of self-efficacy became high. Furthermore, when their parents or themselves have a lot of interest In health, they feel that they are healthy, and they feel that they are satisfied with their bodies, the degree of self-efficacy was high too. C. The relation between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior When the degree of self-efficacy was high, the degree of health promotion behavior was high too. So there was high positive relationship between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior. Physical activity showed the highest relationship. The order of strong relationship run as follows. Relationship with others, self-fulfillment, management of stress. The higher self-efficacy which was a recognizable factor on health behavior, the higher the degree of health promotion behavior. It is being revealed that many modem chronic diseases are cause by accumulated careless attitude on harmful health habit and lack of self-control. The behavior of keeping healthy and enhancing health is more firm when they have high self-efficacy which is believing their own conviction. So, When we teach elementary school students health promotion education at school, we should try to enhance their own self-efficacy rather than just instill simple information about health. By doing so, we can help them change their attitude on health. Then, they could enjoy life-long healthy life.

Competencies of Dental Hygienists for Oral Care Service for People with Disability

  • Background: Dental treatment has shifted to the center of the community, and the public policy of the country has expanded to support the vulnerable classes such as the disabled. The dental profession needs education regarding oral health services for persons with disabilities, and it is necessary to derive the competencies for this. Therefore, we conducted this study to derive the normative ability to understand the role of a dental hygienist in the oral health service for persons with disabilities and improvement plans for education. Methods: We conducted a qualitative analysis for deriving competencies by analyzing the data collected through in-depth interviews with experts in order to obtain abilities through practical experience. Based on the competency criterion, relevant competency in the interview response was derived using the priori method, and it was confirmed whether the derived ability matched the ability determined by the respondent. Results: The professional conduct competencies of dental hygienists, devised by the Korean Association of Dental Hygiene, consists of professional behavior, ethical decision-making, self-assessment skills, lifelong learning, and accumulated evidence. Also, core competencies of the American Dental Education Association competencies for dental hygienist classification such as ethics, responsibility for professional actions, and critical thinking skills were used as the criterion. The dental hygienist's abilities needed for oral health care for people with disabilities, especially in the detailed abilities to fulfill these social needs, were clarified. Conclusion: To activate oral health care for people with disabilities, it is necessary for dental hygienists to fulfill their appropriate roles, and for this purpose, competency-based curriculum restructuring is indispensable. A social safety net for improving the oral health of people with disabilities can be secured by improving the required skills-based education system of dental hygienists and strengthening the related infrastructure.

  • 이 연구는 첫째로 제자도를 정체성 형성의 평생 과정으로 설명한다. 그것은 기독교 종교교육을 신앙 공동체의 의도적인 사역으로 정의하는 것으로, 신앙 실천의 견습을 통해서 예수의 길을 따라가도록 도와주는 활동을 의미한다. 연구자는 이러한 과정이 실천의 교육이고 실천에 대한 신학적 성찰에 참여하는 것으로, 정확한 정보를 제공하는 것보다 위에 있는 것으로 접근한다. 둘째는 교육 이론가들의 자료를 간단하게 설명하는데, 그러한 이론은 기독교인으로서의 정체성을 지향하는 실천을 통해 교육하는 것이 무엇을 의미하는지에 대해서 가르쳐 준다. 그리고 마지막으로 본 연구는 깨지고 상처 난 세계의 관점에서, 기독교 종교교육가로서 두 가지 긴급한 신앙적 실천을 위해서 제자를 세우는 소명을 제시한다. 하나는 지구를 보호하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 갈등을 다루는 방법이다.

지역 독서문화센터로서 학교도서관 역할에 관한 지역 주민과 사서의 인식에 관한 연구 - 경기도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Residents' and School Librarians' Perception on the Role of School Library as Local Reading Cultural Center: Focusing on Gyeonggi-Do)

  • 본 연구는 지역 독서문화센터로서 학교도서관의 역할에 대한 지역 주민과 학교도서관 사서의 인식을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기도 지역의 지역 사회에 개방하고 있는 학교도서관을 이용하는 지역주민을 대상으로 설문지 조사를 수행하였으며, 학교도서관 사서를 대상으로 전화인터뷰 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역주민의 대다수는 학교도서관의 독서문화프로그램이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었으며, 운영된 독서문화프로그램에 대한 만족도는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 또한, 지역주민들은 독서문화프로그램이 학교도서관 활성화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 학교도서관 담당 사서는 지역문화센터로서 학교도서관의 역할이 중요하다고 인식하고 있었으나, 예산 부족으로 인하여 다양한 독서문화프로그램을 제공하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

경기지역 일부 중학생의 식행동과 생활스트레스와의 관계 (Relationship between Dietary Behaviors and Life Stress of Middle School Students in Gyeonggi Area)

  • Objectives: The study was performed to examine the dietary behaviors and life stress of middle school students in the Gyeonggi area. Methods: A total of 580 middle school students (295 males, 285 females) in the Gyeonggi area participated in the study between July and August in 2011. The study was a questionnaire-based survey that included dietary habits, dietary behaviors, and life stress. Results: For dietary habits, the score for drinking milk was higher in male students than in female students, whereas the score for eating fruits was higher in female students compared to male students. There were significant differences in foods eaten and preferred under stress between male and female students. Male students showed significantly less changes in the number of meals, amount of meal intake, number of snacks, snack intake, frequency of overeating, and appetite during stress than female students. Life stress score of students largely came from academic factors, and female students showed higher stress levels in personal and surrounding environment factors than male students. Life stress score was significantly lower in students with high and moderate levels of dietary habits than in students with a low level of dietary habits. Total score for dietary habits and scores for eating adequate amounts of foods for each meal, considering a combination of food groups at each meal and eating green and orange vegetables, were significantly negatively correlated with life stress score. Life stress score was significantly negatively correlated with meal regularity and positively with the level of overeating. Conclusions: This study may provide basic information on dietary habits and life stress according to gender and the relationship between dietary behaviors and life stress of middle school students, and it suggests gender-based nutrition education programs to solve undesirable dietary habits and dietary behaviors in students with higher stress.

생활체육 축구동호인의 여가만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Leisure Satisfaction of Members of Soccer Sports Club as a Life Sport)

  • 본 연구는 생활체육동호인의 여가만족도에 관한 연구로 연구의 대상은 축구동호회 회원을 모집단으로 현재 각 동우회에 소속되어 있는 250명을 모집선정 하였다. 자료 표본추출방법은 단순임의추출방법을 자기평가기입법에 의거하여 배포, 설문지 작성 후 회수 하였다. 이중 설문내용의 신뢰성 결여가 판단되는 50부를 제외한 총 200부의 설문지를 대상으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 사용한 분석법은 빈도분석, ${\chi}^2$, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원변량분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫 째, 연령대별 운동참여자들의 여가만족에는 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘 째, 학력에 따른 운동참여자들의 여가만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋 째, 월평균 급여에 따른 여가만족도에서도 유의한 차이가 없었다.

한국 커뮤니티 댄스의 효과와 역할 (Effects and Roles of Korean Community Dance)

  • 21세기로 접어들면서 사회와 문화의 흐름은 자기 스스로 경험하고 즐기고 체험을 하는 단지 보고 즐기는 것에서 자신이 직접 경험하고 행위의 주체 자가 되는 문화현상으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 흐름은 2010년부터 활성화되고 있는 커뮤니티 댄스(Community Dance)로 나타났다. 커뮤니티 댄스는 누구나 대상이 될 수 있으며 모임의 특성과 연령에 따라 아동 무용, 성인 무용, 노인무용으로 나뉠 수 있어 다양한 연령대로 활동 할 수 있다. 또한 미취학 아동부터 노인에 이르기까지 연령대별로 모임에서 성별, 인종, 종교에 관계없이 건강을 증진하거나 표현의 욕구를 충족하고 체력을 향상시킬 수 있는 모든 사람의 행복과 자아 성취를 위한 모든 종류의 춤을 말한다. 모든 사람들이 각자의 여가시간을 활용하여 자발적으로 즐겁게 참여하는 무용 활동으로 체험을 통한 춤이라는 비언어적 특징이 세대 간의 공감대와 소통을 이루며 삶의 질 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 커뮤니티 댄스는 평생교육을 통해 사회학습으로의 확장성을 가져오며 전문가들이 일반인들을 대상으로 함께 진행하는 자발적인 공동체 모임이다. 커뮤니티 댄스의 정의는 누구나 개인의 일상생활을 풍요롭게 하고 사회적으로 공동체의식을 높여 밝은 사회를 만들며, 개개인에게는 건강증진과 미적 교육의 목표를 이루는 신체활동의 총체라고 할 수 있다. 또한 창의성의 의미를 자기표현으로서의 몸과 창의성에서 무용체험은 참여자가 참여 과정에서 경험하는 긍정적인 심리체험과 일상에 미친 영향력을 탐색해 행복 관점을 투영하여 커뮤니티 댄스의 효과로 나타나고 있으며 참여자들은 춤 문화를 향유를 위해 지금까지 온라인 오프라인을 통해 지속적인 네트워킹을 하고 있다. 커뮤니티 댄스의 붐이 불기 시작하면서 10년간 다양한 분야로 연구가 진행되었지만 실질적인 프로그램의 방법론은 미비하여 국내에서 진행한 커뮤니티 댄스 사례를 조사하여 펠든크라이스 기법(Feldenkrais Method)을 제시하여 향 후 국내 커뮤니티 댄스에 필요한 방법론으로 자리 잡아 문화 소외계층과 활용될 수 있기를 기대하며 무용의 신체 기능적 측면의 향상과 심리적 안정감을 줄 수 있는 교육적 효과와 예술가들의 안무 창작법의 일환으로 활용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

기혼간호사의 육아경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenologic Study on the Married Nurse's Experience of Child Rearing)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine a married nurse's experience of child rearing through being applied to phenomenological research method. By exchanging their experiences, helping and understanding one another, married nurses can work with delight considering their own present job as their lifelong job. In addition this study can help single nurses overcome the female crises such as marriage, childbirth, and child rearing they will experience in the future. The subjects of this research was 26 married nurses who work for a university hospital in affiliation in Seoul and have children. The period of materials collection was from Feb. 1st to Mar. 3, 1995. The method of materials collection was primarily to write down a questionary with openhearted contents. In collecting it, the respondents were allowed to say at their pleasure through further interview. The materials were analyzed by Giorgi's phenomenological analysis method. The findings of this study are as follows ; 1) The responses of married nurses' experience of child rearing-[pleasure] [family solidarity] [maternal-infant attachment] [understanding] [toilsome]-were induced. That is, at once affirmative experience and hard experience coexisted. 2) The method of married nurses' child rearing-[rearing politely] [raising understanding] [having the sense of family community] [rearing with praying the heart] [careless]-were induced. 3) The support system of married nurses' child rearing-[having help family] [having help from others]-were induced. According to the above findings, the married nursed showed affirmative responses about their experience of child rearing, but at the same time they expressed painful when stayed apart from their children on account of their job or when their children were sick. In the method of child rearing, they tried to grow their children polite because there was much time for them to stay apart from their children. And they tried to give a better explanation in order that their children can have an independence spirit. They tended to compensate through frequent physical touch with their children. As the support system of married nurses' child rearing, they asked their parents or their parents-in-law to take care of their children, hired a nursery governess in their houses, or used a children's home, if they can't afford to. That is, the only one who has a firm sense of her profession, tries to inspire her accomplishment, and is receiving her husband' love and understanding is considered to perform two things simultaneously with harmony, having an recognition of lifelong job. Suggestions 1. The method to solve mental troubles on child rearing should be groped. 2. Their economical burden should be reduced by establishing children's home in their working places, and the increase of maternal-infant interaction should be contrived. 3. The chance of education should be offered in order that married nurses themselves might inspire self-conceit and professionalism on clinical nursing. 4. The familiar mood should be created through planning the programs to be accompanied with children as an annual event in hospital. 5. The part-time nurse system should be suggested to utilize. 6. The system of circulation working should be converted into the system of fixing working according to the characteristic of each department. 7. Programs for special activities such as learning foreign languages and computer should be supported positively.

고혈압환자의 생애주기별 건강행태와 삶의 질 (Health behaviors and quality of life by life cycle of hypertensive patients)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 고혈압환자의 생애주기별 건강행태와 삶의 질과의 관계를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 2017년 지역사회건강조사의 자료를 가지고 2차 자료를 분석하여 실시하였다. 연구대상은 고혈압을 진단받은 총 62,056명을 대상으로 삼았다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 고혈압치료 및 약물순응도는 성인기에서 중장년기, 노년기보다 훨씬 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 생애주기별 삶의 질 점수는 성인기가 가장 높았고 연령이 증가할수록 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 건강행태에 따른 삶의 질은 생애주기 전반에서 음주, 운동, 저염식이에 따라 차이를 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 결과를 고려하여 고혈압환자의 평생 건강관리를 위한 생애주기별 보건교육이 필수적임을 시사하며, 특히 성인기의 고혈압환자의 약물순응도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 개발하고, 삶의 질을 향상을 위한 건전한 건강행태를 가질 수 있도록 교육 및 의학적 접근 등 융복합적 접근이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

다층모형을 활용한 노인의 삶의 만족도 분석: 개인적 요인과 지역적 요인의 특성을 중심으로 (Life Satisfaction of Older Adults using Hierarchical Model Analysis focused on Individual and Community Factors)

  • 본 연구는 고령화와 함께 취약한 환경이 노인의 삶의 위험요인으로 작용하는 것에 대비하고자 고령친화도시적 특성이 노인이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 2차 자료인 2014년 노인실태조사와 7대 특별 광역시별 자료의 두 가지 다른 수준의 자료를 혼합매칭하여 자료를 구성하였으며, 개인과 지역환경이 위계적 자료구조를 가지고 있으므로 무선효과다층분석모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 고령친화도에 따라 노인의 삶의 만족도가 다르게 나타난다는 기본가정을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 개인변수의 수준에서 여자인 경우, 교육수준이 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 높게 나타났으며 반대로 연령이 많을수록, 만성질환이 많을수록, 우울할수록 삶의 만족도가 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 지역변수의 수준에서 고용률과 평생교육참여율과 생활시설접근권이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 고용률과 평생교육참여율이 노인의 우울과 만성질환수와 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지 실천 및 정책을 위한 개입방안 및 정책제안을 하였다.
