간호대학생의 성격유형과 주장훈련이 주장행동, 갈등관리 양식에 미치는 영향 (The Relationships of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Assertiveness Training to Assertiveness Behavior and Conflict Management Mode)

  • Due to the fact that nurses may deal with diverse populations in the work place, it is very important for then to maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with clients. Nurses should maintain diverse types of relationships appropriately with patients with special needs and their families during crisis, other nursing colleagues and staff on the same team, clients in the school or work place as well as the community. In particular, a hospital is a society with a system and hierarchy, and the importance of interpersonal relationships is much more emphasized. In interpersonal relationships, it is very important for a person to communicate with others in an accurate manner, and when the communication is not achieved appropriately, the person may have troubles and experience distress and conflicts because of the inaccurate communication of thoughts. According to the findings of previous studies, nurses actually experience much distress in the work place because of the miscommunication that they have with others. The purpose of this study was to observe a correlation between Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and assertiveness behavior, and to exam the effects of assertiveness training on the assertiveness behavior and conflict management mode. The subjects of this study included 20 persons in the experimental group and 20 persons the in control group. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was applied before the study. The assertiveness training group received six, 120 minutes sessions over a 3 week period. Pre-test on assertiveness behavior, Communication Conflict Inventory-General, Role Conflict Inventory- General, Conflict Management Mode was achieved for all the subjects prior to the training. Post-test was administered to all the subjects one week following the last session. The data were analyzed using SPSS PC program to obtain findings on mean. standard distribution, t-test, and Pearson correlation. The results are as follows: (1) Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Introvert/Extrovert was correlated to assertive behavior and avoid- response type conflict management mode. (2) The assertiveness training was correlated to assertiveness behavior, communication conflict degree, and avoid- response type conflict management mode. (3) The post-test scores between the training group and the control group were significantly different in assertiveness behavior and avoid-response type conflict management mode. It is suggested that more studies need to be done to differentiate the effects of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and assertiveness training on assertiveness behavior and avoid-response type conflict management mode.

  • 본 논문에서는 MPEG-4 AVC|H.264 SE(Scalable Extension) 부호화 복잡도의 대부분을 차지하는 모드 결정과정을 간략화시키는 시간적 및 공간적 계층 부호화에 따른 고속 모드 결정 방법을 제안한다. 우선 시간적 계층 부호화를 위해 조기스킵(Early Skip) 알고리즘과 MHM(Mode History Map)을 이용한 고속 모드 결정법을 제안한다. 조기스킵 알고리즘은 시간적으로 이전 영상과 이후 영상에 속한 참조 매크로블록의 모드만을 후보 모드로 사용하고, GOP 내에 존재하는 참조 매크로블록의 모드들로 MHM을 구성하여, 여기에 포함된 매크로블록 모드만을 후보 로드로 사용한다. 또한, 공간적 계층 부호화를 위해서는 하위 공간 계층에 대한 MHM을 구성하고, 여기에 BL_mode 만을 추가하여 상위 공간 계층의 후보 모드로 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안방법은 후보 모드의 개수를 감소시킴으로써 최적 모드를 선택하기 위한 모드 결정 과정의 복잡도를 감소시킨다. 실험 결과는 제안 방법이 기존 방법에 비해 율-왜곡 성능의 큰 감소 없이 시간적 계층 부호화 방법에 대해 약 52%, 공간적 계층 부호화 방법에 대해 약 47%의 복잡도를 감소시킬 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • The mode spot size is a fundamental parameter of a single mode optical fibre which determines especially the spilces and the microbending loss. The spot-size measurement is recognised to be a useful mean to define the cut-off wavelength of single-mode fibres, ESI parameters and to predict the modal dispersion. To determine the ESI parameters, this paper is based on the use of a Ronchi ruling.

  • In this paper, the discrete optimal control is made to have the robust property of Sliding mode controller. A augmented system with a virtual state is constructed for this objective and noble sliding surface is constructed based on this system. The sliding surface is the same as the optimal control trajectory in the original system. The states follow the optimal trajectory even if there exist uncertainties. The reaching phase problem of sliding mode control is disappear in this method.

  • Fingerprint positioning is a main stream and key technique for seamless positioning systems. In this paper, we develop a performance evaluation testbed for fingerprint based Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) positioning system. The testbed consists of positioning server, positioning terminal, Access Point (AP) units, positioning accuracy analysis system and testing scenarios. Different from other testbeds tended to focus on testing in same situation, in the proposed testbed, a couple of scenarios are set to test the positioning system including indoor and outdoor environments. Handset-side positioning mode and network-side positioning mode are provided simultaneously. Variety of motion models, such as static model, low-speed model and high-speed model are considered as well as different positioning algorithms. Finally, some implementation cases are analyzed to verify the credibility of the testbed.

  • Polarized spectrum sharing (PSS) exploits the spectrum opportunities in a polarized domain. However, when it comes to wideband environments PSS is impaired by the frequency-dependent polarization mode dispersion (PMD); thus, the effective throughput of PSS drops. To combat the PMD effect, this work proposes a cluster-based PSS approach to enable PSS on a narrower frequency span. Simulation results show that the effective throughput of PSS on cluster basis outperforms that of PSS on bandwidth and subcarrier basis.

  • VDL(VHF Data Link) Mode E uses TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) based aeronautical communication technologies for airborne environments. In the VDL Mode E, aircraft uses RR(Reservation Requests) slot to request data slot. However, RR needs a long guard time, since aircraft communication spans a considerable distance. The more number of aircrafts causes a larger amount of guard times which can make a throughput decreased. In this paper, we propose an enhanced MAC to reduce the guard time by using the distance information of aircraft. The ground station sends management data including time stamp. And then all aircraft can measure their distance from the ground station.

  • 본 논문에서는 인쇄회로기판과 도전체 샤시(Chassis)가 연결되었을 때의 복사성 방사(Radiated Emission)의 감소에 대해서 연구하였다. Current Driven 메커니즘 등가회로를 사용하여 전자파 방사의 주요한 원인중 하나인 Common-mode Current를 인쇄회로기판과 Chassis가 연결된 구조에 적용하였다. Chassis의 유무에 따라 복사성 방사의 감소를 확인하고자 2-layer 인쇄회로기판과 SECC(Steel Electro galvanized Cold-rolled Coil) 재질의 Chassis를 나사(Screw)를 통하여 전기적으로 연결하였을 때를 시뮬레이션 하였고, 제작된 구조물을 3m 무반향실에서 복사성 방사를 측정한 후 시뮬레이션과 결과를 비교하였다. 결과로 30MHz$\sim$45MHz에서 최대 10dB 감소의 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This paper proposed bidirectional DC-DC converter applying soft switching technique. Compared with conventional bidirectional converter, the main switches of proposed converter are operated without switching losses, and auxiliary switches were run under soft switching condition using quasi-resonant current mode. To verify the validity of the proposed converter, mode analysis and simulation results are presented.

  • The European Telecommunication Standards Institute (ETSI) Technical Committee (TC) Reconfigurable Radio Systems (RRS) is standardizing the multi-mode Mobile Device (MD). The configuration of multi-mode MD is determined by the downloaded mobile communication standard software. In this paper, we introduce the Radio Library concept for multi-mode MD which is one of the key components of RRS standard. This paper also introduces the Standard Functional Block which is a part of Radio Library. A method for selecting efficiency SFBs for multi-mode MD is presented and a Radio Library is generated based on the selected SFBs. This paper also shows sample Standard Functional Block Set which included in Radio Library. In order to verify the compatibility of the generated Radio Library which was made by C language, we implement the LTE Rel-10 and Wi-Fi(802.11b) to show the efficiency of generating a mobile communication standard software based on the Radio Library. Then using the Prograph Visual Programming MartenTM 1.6.4, we compiled our LTE Rel-10 and Wi-Fi(802.11b) source code.
