In Harbin, a network of underground commercial spaces has been developed to occupy spaces that were originally created as civil defense shelters. With the gradual extension of the local metro rail system, the existing underground commercial space is no longer an isolated regional development, but a space that represents "three-dimensional city" and coordinated development taking place in many Chinese cities. Based on the analysis of the unique development process taken in underground space of Harbin, this paper summarizes three characteristics of its early model of "fragmented development" of underground space. By conducting a comprehensive field research and survey, the researchers analyzed 472 questionnaires related to the development trend, and proposed multi-level synergistic elements for the renewal and development of underground commercial space. The paper concludes by discussing the trend of "three-dimensional and collaborative development," suitable for the development needs of the new era, and the corresponding development strategies for the renewal of underground space.

After the conclusion of the $18^{th}$ CPCNationalCongress, the Shanghai Free Trade Zone was established, and the One Belt One Road Initiative was brought up. These measures accelerate the development of international commercial activities as related disputes grow in variety and quantity. To better settle international commercial disputes and increase the influence of China in this area, this article reviews and analyzes the development of international commercial arbitration in China. In the conclusion part, it gives suggestions for international commercial arbitration in China in order to improve and accelerate the further development of international commercial arbitration in China.

Based on an analysis of the characteristics of "Ecute" of the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) that planned the world's first large scale commercial facilities inside a ticket gate (paid-area including waiting room and platforms), the present study proposes a brand development of commercial facilities inside aged railway stations, where only basic railway business have been provided focusing on passenger transportation, by renewing the definition of railway commercial facilities and presenting a detailed planning and the direction of the operation system. A list of practical tasks that can be carried out in academia, planning and operation / management to facilitate the revitalization of the use of commercial facilities inside railway stations are as follows: 1) the setting of a wide scope for the revitalization of railway commercial facilities around the railway station focusing on private-funded stations in addition to existing stations; a setup of the direct scope of commercial development in the practical railway operation for passengers and stations in terms of external research, and a corresponding shift in thinking in terms of internal research 2) development of under used spaces such as the transfer area (Gongdeok Seoul Wangsimri Station are first target stations where more than four subway lines intersect) 3) brand establishment through improvement strategies for image and symbolism specialized for railway stations 4) rent of suitable business stores and layout of commercial facilities by analysis of passenger move pattern 5) development of commercial facilities which can attract customers by displaying various products, as well as finding a way to develop them in to a base facility that connects to local infrastructures 6) providing advertisement and management system for continual maintenance, and 7) brand specialization through unique storytelling and design plan that stimulates sensibility. The above study results can be utilized as a starting point for design brand awareness about commercial facilities in railway stations in Korea, which can be developed further to improve station image and passenger convenience, as well as to increase the revenue of railway businesses.

The purpose of this study is to categorize Commercial area by identifying characteristics of blocks and coding them in order to segment use zoning in Commercial area. The study was conducted as follows. Data from building register, cadastral map, statistics annual report are utilized to identify the physical environment of the block. four types used as code under the physical environment classification code which are classification code of physical environment, detail usage, volume ratio, and height type are set, and combine the classification codes sorted by the four types of code. Through the physical environment classification codes, there are currently 37 different block characteristics of the Old downtown Commercial area. Diversity is not reflected. There are only Central commercial area of regulations in Old downtown commercial areas that are uniformly managed. For the renewal, management and development that can occur in the near future, it is necessary to segment of use district in the commercial area. Consider the current situation and future development direction for the management of sustainable commercial areas. Management is required using physical environment classification codes. It is meaningful that it can be maintained, managed and developed in accordance with the characteristics of each block.

This study is about a case of web application development using representative commercial BIM platform-linked APIs from Autodesk and Bentley Systems. The development method was aimed at application development using Autodesk's Forge API and Bentley System's iTwin API. The specific development content was limited to the Model Viewer, Issues, and File Transfer API, and the administrator's site. The first research result is that parts with different internal configurations of commercial platforms were independently modularized and developed, and the common front-end was unified. The second research result is that a web front-end technology, was used to visualize 3D models using the viewer API, and the possibility of additional application expansion was discovered.

Today diving activity and technology are indispensable for underwater technology and offshore engineering. And then diving business is still more important to business of subsea. This study surveyed the issue of diving activity in Korea as for compared foreign diving activity. This paper analyzed the status of diving business that include commercial and sport-leisure diving business and development of commercial divers in Korea. This paper reputed the object, the necessity and the character of commercial divers. For the purpose of this study is considered in order to analyze the environment of commercial divers and propose the planning for industrial diving business. Under the present circumstance in Korea this development planning study may be restricted. but the effective planning to activate Korean commercial diving business is abstracted as follows; First, establishment of new course, grade, certificate and licence test for diver is a pre-requisite factor for the successful enactment. Second, the political assistance of concerned government authority is needed. Third, establishment of Korean diving school and medical center for divers are strongly required. Forth, setting up the department of diving activity in university.

This paper describes on studies of the heavy duty engine calibration for better fuel economy based on real driving conditions. Using testbed validated software simulation of the engine and turbocharger system, an alternative turbocharger specification, with potential to improve fuel economy was identified. Secondly, the engine calibration was modified to optimize vehicle fuel economy over a typical customer drive cycle whilst still meeting the steady-state (testbed) emissions legislation. These results were confirmed by field testing of a vehicle equipped with the updated specifications. This study found good agreements between the prediction and the field test on the vehicle fuel economy improvements of the express bus with updated calibration and turbocharger.

This paper represents a study on the development of the conceptual design for a skateboard by TRIZ. At first the problems of a commercial skateboard were analyzed. And its development objective was defined in connection with the theory of the system improvement trend. The developed conceptual design was compared with a commercial skateboard. The skateboard riding action analysis with a motion capture equipment shows the developed skateboard more efficient than the commercial one.

In China, the continuous promotion and coverage of scanning code payment has caused an imbalance in the coin market. Coin changers can not only alleviate this problem, but also affect the business development of commercial banks. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the coin changer. The purpose of this paper is to study the impact of coin changers on the business of commercial banks in China. Through on-the-spot visits and based on the manually collected customer data of Chinese commercial banks as the object, combined with the calculation method of financial indicators to conduct case analysis. The results of the study show that the coin changer has a positive impact on the business development of Chinese commercial banks. This paper provides feasible suggestions and new ideas for business development to Chinese commercial banks. At present, there are few related studies on coin exchange machines. This study combines the calculation of financial indicators to verify the policy results, which is the innovation of this study.

The study seeks to explore the factors affecting the access to credits by individual customers at commercial banks in Tra Vinh province, Vietnam. Based on these results, the author proposes solutions to further improve the ability to serve individual customers at commercial banks in the province in the future. The study was conducted with a method of collecting primary data of 300 individual customers including 150 people with access to credits and 150 people without accessing to credits at six commercial banks in Tra Vinh Province, Viet Nam - Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, Bank for Foreign Trade Commercial Bank, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Asia Commercial Bank in Tra Vinh, Sai Gon Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and Bank of East Asia. The author has used binary regression methods, and the study found that seven factors affecting the ability of individual customers to access capital, namely, career, qualifications, collaterals, incomes, documents, loan and business plans, and experience. In particular, occupation, experience, and documents are the most influential factors. From the above results, the author proposes policy implications to improve individual customers' access to credits at commercial banks in Tra Vinh province in the near future.
