Genetic and morphological variations of Rhinogobius giurinus were surveyed. Populations of R.giurinus were clearly divided into two forms (Form-A and Form-B). Starch gel variation of this species. Three loci (Aco, Mpi, aGpd) out of 27 showed fixed allelic differences between Form-A and Form-B and they are well differentiated from each other genetically (Rogers' S=0.871). These two forms, moreover, are found to be allopatric in distribution and morphologi cally different in body length and caudal fin color pattern. Therefore, they are considered as two distinct taxa of subspecific rank. In addition, the genetic relationships among 5 taxa within 4 species of the genus Rhinogobius were investigated. Three species of the Rhinogobius brunneus complex (R.sp. OR, R. sp. CB and R. sp. CO) are well differentiated from each other genetically and two taxa of R. giurinus are genetically divergent from three species of the Rhinosotius brunneus complex (average Nei's D=0.603, average Rogers'=0.534).

"Donguibogam" has been published several times in Japan and China since the first was published and established itself as representing the East Asian medicine in 17th Century. Also, modern far has attracted attention as a major classic book of Korea medicine. For these "Donguibogam" its contents, as well as several medical historians and bibliographers were early comment on versions. However, these prior studies did not confirm about the various editions of the publication time, especially for the initial wood-block edition estimate only. Through this new study found the following facts. First, Wood-block edition of two Jeollagamyeong published until the mid-18th century to be confirmed by the "Seungjeongwonilgi". Second, the timing of the editions published later modified in Naeuiwon is confirmed by the "Chakpan Catalog" and the "Seungjeongwonilgi". Third, the person who keeps wood-block edition of Chonnamgamyeong is the first empirical examples of the same edition. Fourth, the edition is not published editions group that bypasses the Naeuiwon modified.

Tour is cultural method that makes educational effects smoothly, metaphorically. In a context, dark tour have a function that sustains memorial of accidents and with social meaning, ethic value. This study aims to understand practical solutions of Sewol-Ho memorial on focusing Dark Tourism. This paper considers fascination with this subject and examines explored for good decision. It means that we examines a construction of tour contents within the dark tourism. This article evaluates an dark tourism in a contents program various country, for considering in a case at a Sewol-Ho accident. As a result, we comment some variety choice of strategy effectiveness for a sustainability of ethic value and education memorial.

This paper investigates any possible correlation between the information structure and the occurrence of clause internal pauses in the spontaneous discourse. One of the possible functions of pause is its capacity to signal the information structure of the discourse. However, this aspect was not much explored in Korean spontaneous speech. In the present study, information structure of spontaneous speech was defined for each word or word group on the basis of the information structure analysis model proposed by Van Donzel (1999) and Roulet (1991, 1997). Thus, at a local level (words or word groups) of discourse structure, a distinction was made between three types of information, new, given and inferable. The results showed that clause internal pauses tend to appear more frequently before new information than other types of information. However compared to the total number of words or word groups it was not noticed any specific ordering concerning different kind of information status and pausing. It was however found that clause internal pauses did not appear randomly. The majority of them occurred at the initial part of the clause or the sentence. This tendency was mostly related to the division of sentence (or clause) into topic and comment. Thus, the role of pauses as a marker of information structure seems to be less effective in spontaneous discourse.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the recognition and preference level associated with the preservation of Korean traditional health food. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 289 individuals. The data was statistically analysed using I-test as well as the one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). We studied whether or not respondents had the constitutional cuisine before Ed-comments : Please complete the sentence. Before what?. Twenty-two kinds of Korean traditional foods were randomly selected based on old cookbooks, and then recognition and preference of Korea traditional constitutional cuisine were asked. The tasting experience in the constitutional cuisine affected recognition and preference significantly. The coefficients of recognition and preference were the highest in Junbokjoog ($4.20{\pm}1.00$), Yookgejang ($4.18{\pm}1.03$), Jangagui ($4.05{\pm}1.17$), Origui ($3.97{\pm}1.19$) and Samgeitang ($3.94{\pm}1.15$). Ed-comment : Please check if this value is correct. There are two decimal points. Bosintang ($1.81{\pm}1.60$) showed a low preference compared to high recognition, and was therefore considered to be enthusiasts' cuisine only. It is believed that promoting the greater awareness of Korean traditional constitutional cuisine through the mass media would result in a higher recognition and preference of the same.

Recently, there has been an increase in the importance of parenting education within the society of life long learning. Parenting education should be dealt with in the view of lifelong education. This article focused on parenting education as outlined in the Lifelong Education Act. After analyzing the legal systems and the current limitations of the Lifelong Education Act in terms of parenting education, future directions were proposed. To do this, this article analyzed the Lifelong Education Act in relation to parenting education. Based on the relevant data, this article derived the following conclusions. First, it found that parenting education in terms of lifelong education that is available to anyone at anytime should be open for all parents. Second, parenting education should be clearly specified in the contents of the Lifelong Education Act. Third, the values of civic education such as dignity, consideration, and love should be included in the contents of parenting education programs. In addition, it is note worthy to comment that creative education has been important for future society. Forth, it is recommended to specify parenting education in the subject list of lifelong educator training programs in the lifelong education act. Finally, parenting education should be practiced in the various lifelong education institutions. Fundamentally, parenting education as Lifelong Education should be established not only for parent's benefits, but also for children's well-being.

The purpose of this study was to investigate addition strategies of the 1st year elementary school students compared to the strategies recommended by the 7th national curriculum. We used interviewed children's worksheets to analyze the children's strategies. The results of the study showed that the formal strategies the textbook recommended and the children's strategies were so different. Teachers need to articulately comment two strategies when they teach mathematics in the classrooms.

Objective: This study is to review three representative psychological perspectives that explain scientific construct of emotion, that are the discrete emotion model, appraisal model, and dimensional model. Background: To develop emotion sensitive interface is the fusion area of emotion and scientific technology, it is necessary to have a balanced mixture of both the scientific theory of emotion and practical engineering technology. Extensional theories of the emotional structure can provide engineers with relevant knowledge in functional application of the systems. Method: To achieve this purpose, firstly, literature review on the basic emotion model and the circuit model of discrete emotion model as well as representative theories was done. Secondly, review on the classical and modern theories of the appraisal model emphasizing cognitive appraisal in emotion provoking events was conducted. Lastly, a review on dimensional theories describing emotion by dimensions and representative theories was conducted. Results: The paper compared the three models based on the prime points of the each model. In addition, this paper also made a comment on a need for a comprehensive model an alternative to each model, which is componential model by Scherer(2001) describing numerous emotional aspects. Conclusion: However, this review suggests a need for an evolved comprehensive model taking consideration of social context effect and discrete neural circuit while pinpointing the limitation of componential model. Application: Insight obtained by extensive scientific research in human emotion can be valuable in development of emotion sensitive interface and emotion recognition technology.

In this paper, we investigate the effect of asynchronous haptic and video feedback on the performance of teleoperation. To analyze the effect, a tele-manipulation experiment is specially designed, which operator moves square objects from one place to another place by using master/slave telerobotic system. Task completion time and total number of falling of the object are used for evaluating the performance. Subjective study was conducted with 10 subjects in 16 different combinations of video and haptic feedback while participants didn't have any prior information about the amount of each delay. Initially we assume that synchronized haptic and video feedback would give best performance. However as a result, we found that the accuracy was increased when haptic and video feedback was synchronized, and the completion time was decreased when one of the feedback (either haptic or video) was decreased. Another interesting fact that we found in this experiment is that it showed even better accuracy when haptic information arrives little bit earlier than video information, than the case when those are synchronized.

This paper describes a web-based design review system as a knowledge management system relating reliability and safety system design. Since people's consciousness for safety and security become sensitive and increases the need of establishing a proactive prevention method for internal failures and relating risks in products. It also means that prevailing tacit knowledge in retired workers, in order to transform them to be easily used to support new system development, become more important. When considering safety and reliability design, at least two data sheet are necessary; Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Risk Assessment (RA). These two data are practically made separately. However, it includes the concerns that a risk by failures during long-term use may not be noticed. To overcome this insufficiency, a support tool for integrating reliability evaluation and risk assessment data simultaneously is expected to be revealed. The authors have then developed a web-based design review system for reliability and safety system design. The system include various profitable functions; making FMEA and RA sheet, retrieving past data sheet for engineering change management and new product development and web-based discussion to increase the efficiency of discussion. The system is applied to one practical development works in order to demonstrate its effectiveness that is to be made clear by interviewing user's qualitative comment.
