This paper intends to describe the concepts and historical development of information resources in the digital library, to analyze the different types and characteristics of electronic information resources, and to comment the cases of electronic information resources-especially electronic books, electronic journals, and electronic newspapers. Over the centuries, since the introduction of the printing press, conventional books have played a fundamental role in a wide range of information dissemination and knowledge transfer activities. But, I have mentioned some of limitations of conventional books and electronic information resources in this article. In order to overcome some of them, I think that we should introduce the idea of electronic information resources as a means of storing, sharing and communicating large volumes of dynamic multimedia information.

This part is to comment the part related to acupuncture among the contents of Ku Chim Sip Ⅰ Won(九鍼十二原) in Young Chu(靈樞) and Bo Myung Jeon Hyung Lon(寶命全形論) in So Moon(素問). This volume divide in three chapters. Chapter Ⅰ deals with rules of Bosa(補瀉) in acupuncture. Chapter Ⅱ deals with desirable attitude in acupuncture. Chapter Ⅲ deals with Ku Chim(九鍼) that correspond to the universe, four seasons and YinYang. So Chim Hea(小鍼解) in Young Chu(靈樞) also comments Ku Chim Sip Ⅰ Won(九鍼十二原) in the same way that this part does. And yet there are not a few differences from this part in noting. Thus we need the comparative study of between this part and So Chim Hea to understand Ku Chim Sip Ⅰ Won(九鍼十二原). Therefore I made a comparative study of views of many physicians to correctly understand.

All through the World, the Game Market has grown up speedily and the Game technology progress rapidly for the advancement of the computer technology and the increase of the number of PC in use. For in this thesis, we will research on a real-time 3D game engine technique that is the core of FPS(First Person Shooter) which apply a 3D virtual reality and deduce a production of contents. Finally we will comment on a direction in development of the game engine.

This paper describes the design principles and structure of a prototype system for collaborative authoring over a wide area network. The system includes extensive support for commenting and comment review, facilities for document space navigation, and tools for controlling and monitoring work group activity, including document locking and activity recording. The operational prototype provides a testbed for the examination of human computer interaction, group interaction, group support, document structures, and the problem and the history of efforts to address it.

No matter how one chooses the major arcs in the decomposition of $[x_0,\;x_0+1]$ it is always true with regard to the union, m(n), of the corresponding minor arcs that the integal of $f^2(x,\;n)$ e(-nx) over m(n) is $O(nlog^{-1}n)$. Consequently, to establish a proof of the asymptotic formulation of Goldbach's conjecture one might be tempted to take this fact as a starting point and to then concentrate the attact on trying to obtain the requisite estimate on the integral of $f^2(x,\;n)$ e(-nx) over M(n), the union of a suitably chosen family of major arcs. In this paper I show that this approach is not possible.

Dopant and host molecules for charge transport layer in OLED have been developed. They enable implementation of the PIN OLED technology in mass production. We review the status of PIN OLED with main focus on top-emission structures and operation stability at elevated temperatures. A green phosphorescent top-emission device with 2.5 V operating voltage and 90 lm/W at 1000 $cd/m^2$ is presented. For a red top-emission device, lifetime exceeding 100,000 h at 500 $cd/m^2$ initial brightness is reported. Operational stability at $80^{\circ}C$ has been investigated. A lifetime of 17,000 h at 500 $cd/m^2$ has been achieved. Finally, we comment on further reduction of the operating voltage in OLED.

This paper is concerned with the techniques of error check and reduction of state diagram using logic programming. Error check program aims to check not only syntax errors but also semantic errors. And reduction program optimizes the state diagram by finding the redundant equivalence states and removing those from the set of states. The input of both program is state diagram represented as state table form. The output of error check program is error comment. The output of reduction program is equivalence reduced state table. Both programs are implemented using prolog. Prolog has very powerful pattern matching, and its automatic back-tracking capabilities facilitate easy-to-write error check and reduction programs.

본 논문은 자연언어생성 기술을 이용하여 질병에 대한 기술문을 생성해 내는 시스템에서 사용되는 표층 생성기에 대해서 다루고 있다. 표층 생성기는 문장의 추상적인 표현으로부터 통사적으로, 형태론적으로 올바른 텍스트로 생성하여 내는 것을 목표로 한다. 질병에 관한 기술문에 있는 문장들은 두가지 특징을 가지고 있다. 첫번째로, 질병 기술문의 문장들은 토픽-코멘트 구조로 나타내어질 수 있다. 두번째로, 같은 의미 범주에 속하는 문장들은 같은 토픽을 가진다. 따라서, 토픽은 의미범주로부터 유추될 수 있으므로 표층 생성기의 입력인 구 명세 (phrase specification)에 표현될 필요가 없다. 본 논문에서는 이런 특징을 이용하여 효율적인 표층 생성기를 만들기 위하여 표층 생성의 단계를 내부 표현 생성과 외부 문장 생성의 두 단계로 나누었다. 내부 표현 생성 단계에서는 코멘트에 해당하는 부분을 생성하고 외부 문장 생성 단계에서 의미범주 태그에 따라 토픽을 첨가하여 최종 문장으로 생성하였다. 이런 방법으로 실험한 결과, 본 표층 생성기는 문법에 맞으면서 자연스러운 텍스트를 생성해 낸다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In our previous paper, we developed a robust saturation controller for the linear time-invariant (LTI) system involving both actuator's saturation and structured real parameter uncertainties. This controller can only guarantee the closed-loop robust stability of the system in the presence of actuator's saturation. But we cannot analytically make any comment on control performance of this controller. In this paper, we suggest a method to use linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization problem which can analytically explain control performance of this robust saturation controller only in nominal system. The availability of design method using LMI optimization problem for this robust saturation controller is verified through a numerical example for the building with an active mass damper (AMD) system.

Gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor is intensively under investigation for commercialization of short wavelength light emitting devices and laser diodes. One of serious obstacles to overcome is to reduce the defect density in GaN film grown by various techniques such as MOCVD, HVPE, etc. Many research groups including SAIT are trying to improve the defect density to 106-107/cm2 from the level of 108-1010/cm2. We have investigated epitaxial growth behaviour of GaN thin and thick films under hidride vapour phase epitaxy (HVPE) condition. In this report, we present the microstructural and crystallographical characteristics of the GaN films grown on sapphire (0001) substrate which were studied by both conventional and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Also we present some microscopic analysis results obtained from GaN films grown by ELO(dpitzsial lateral overgrowth)-HVPE and from GaN quantum well structures grown by MOCVD. Another serious problem in growing GaN thick film by HVPE is internal micro-cracks. We also comment the origin of the micro-crack.
