외부혼합 와류분사기를 장착한 액체로켓엔진용 축소형 연소기 개발 (Development of Sub-scale Combustor for a Liquid Rocket Engine Using Swirl Injector with External Mixing)

  • 본 논문에서는 와류분사기를 가진 액체로켓엔진용 축소형 연소기의 설계/제작/시험에 대해 기술하였다. 와류분사기는 내부에 액체산소 외부에 케로신을 공급하여 노즐 외부에서 혼합하는 구조를 가지고 있다. 축소형 연소기는 분사기 헤드, 삭마 냉각방식의 내열재 연소실 그리고 물냉각 노즐로 구성되어 있다. 분사기 헤드는 18 개의 주 분사기, 하나의 중앙 분사기, 연료 메니폴드, 산화제 메니폴드 그리고 추진제 분배기 등으로 구성되어 있다. 축소형 연소기 제작 후 수류시험 및 점화시험을 거쳐 설계점 및 탈설계점에서의 연소시험을 성공적으로 수행하였다. 연소시험결과 분사기 차압은 수류시험시의 값과 비슷하였고 연소효율은 목표치보다 높게 나왔으며, 정상연소시 동압의 진폭은 규격조건을 만족하였고 고주파 연소 불안정은 발생하지 않았다.

스마트폰에서 사용자 감성정보를 이용한 개인화된 협업필터링 기반 애플리케이션 추천 시스템 (Application recommender system based on personalized collaborative-filtering using user's emotion information from smartphone)

  • 최근 스마트폰의 대중화와 더불어 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 공급과 수요 또한 활성화 되고 있다. 이에 스마트폰의 애플리케이션 시장 또한 활성화 되었다. 하지만 기하급수적으로 증가한 애플리케이션에 사용자가 자신에게 적합한 애플리케이션을 선택하기가 용이하지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자 개인 정보와 감정을 이용한 애플리케이션 추천 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자 정보와 감정을 k-means 알고리즘을 이용하여 군집화를 시켜주었으며 사용자가 평가한 애플리케이션에 대한 만족도를 이용하여 유사도를 검출 및 추천하기 위하여 피어슨 상관계수와 교차추천을 이용하였다. 또한 협업 필터링의 신규 사용자에 대한 초기 평가치 부재에 의한 콜드 스타트(cold-start) 문제를 해결하기 위해 신규 사용자의 개인정보와 감성정보를 활용하여 기존 사용자와의 유사도를 비교한다. 이웃사용자를 추출하고 이웃사용자로부터 추천을 받는다. 즉, 추천시스템 데이터베이스 내의 정보가 충분한 사용자에게는 협업필터링을 그렇지 않은 신규 사용자에게는 협업필터링 대신 제시한 방법을 적용하는 하이브리드 추천 방법을 제안하였다.

  • The theory of 4 great doctors in Geum Won era has been considered as a most scientific medicine after SangHanRon of Jang, Jung Kyung. And it influence for all the later medical theory and practice. I have found a common points between their Fire and Fever pathology and constitutional pathology of Li, Je Ma. The results obtained are as follows. 1. On the Viewpoint of medical history, there is common points in the fact that the start of Geum Won 4 great doctor' principle had been drived from awakening of the abuse of warm and hot herbs based on Hwa Je Guk Bang in the last stage of Song dynasty, and that the appearance of Sa Sang medicine was from the scientific reflection against the currency of the animation by warm herbs which was popular in the Jo Sun dynasty. 2. The theory of Fire and Fever pathology of 4 great doctors has been fixed in the principle of Cold and Fever pathology of viscera and bowel in the Sa Sang medicine. 3. The pathological meaning of 'internal fire' in the conculusion by 4 great doctors has got scientific fruit by Sa Sang medicine in its theory of four constitutional psychology and the formation of four visceras. 4. It is considered that the study of DongUiSuSeBoWon is needed for the relation with former medical theories.

OLAP4R: A Top-K Recommendation System for OLAP Sessions

  • The Top-K query is currently played a key role in a wide range of road network, decision making and quantitative financial research. In this paper, a Top-K recommendation algorithm is proposed to solve the cold-start problem and a tag generating method is put forward to enhance the semantic understanding of the OLAP session. In addition, a recommendation system for OLAP sessions called "OLAP4R" is designed using collaborative filtering technique aiming at guiding the user to find the ultimate goals by interactive queries. OLAP4R utilizes a mixed system architecture consisting of multiple functional modules, which have a high extension capability to support additional functions. This system structure allows the user to configure multi-dimensional hierarchies and desirable measures to analyze the specific requirement and gives recommendations with forthright responses. Experimental results show that our method has raised 20% recall of the recommendations comparing the traditional collaborative filtering and a visualization tag of the recommended sessions will be provided with modified changes for the user to understand.

  • 수소연료전지자동차(FCV)의 냉온기동, 가속, 주행성능, 수소연료충전시간, 및 항속거리 등의 기술 항목들은 2015-2020년경의 수요자요구를 충족하는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 짧은 내구성, 높은 가격 및 부족한 수소공급인프라 등은 본격적인 FCV 상용화를 위하여 극복해야 할 과제이다. 가격저감 및 내구성 향상 등 연료전지자동차의 상용화를 위하여 개발되고 있는 기술과제들을 중심으로 수소연료전지자동차의 기술동향을 분석한다.

  • The liquid fuel film on the cylinder liner is believed to be a major source of engine-out hydrocarbon emissions in SI engines, especially during cold start and warm-up period. Quantifying the liquid fuel film on the cylinder liner is essential to understand the engine-out hydrocarbon emissions formation in SI engines. In this research, two-dimensional visualization was carried out to quantify liquid fuel film on the quartz liner in an SI engine test rig. The visualization was based on laser-induced fluorescence and total reflection. Using a quartz liner and a special lens, only the liquid fuel on the liner was visualized. The calibration technique was developed to quantify the fluorescence signal with the thickness gage and the calibration device. The fluorescence intensity increases linearly with increase in the fuel film thickness on the quartz liner. Using this technique, the distribution of the fuel film thickness on the cylinder liner was measured quantitatively for different valve lifts and injected fuel mass in the test rig.

노후 디젤차량으로부터 전소 천연가스자동차로의 개조 기술 개발 (Development of Conversion Technology of a Decrepit Diesel Vehicle to the Dedicated Natural Gas Vehicle)

  • A commercial diesel engine was converted into a dedicated natural gas engine to reduce the exhaust emissions in a retrofit of a diesel-fueled vehicle. The cylinder head and piston were remodeled into engine parts suited for a spark ignition engine using natural gas. The remodeling of the combustion chamber changed the compression ratio from 21.5 to 10.5. A multi-point port injection(MPI) system for a dedicated natural gas engine was also adopted to increase the engine power and torque through improved volumetric efficiency, to allow a rapid engine response to changes in throttle position, and to control the precise equivalence ratio during cold-start and engine warm-up. The performance and exhaust emissions of the retrofitted natural gas engine after remodeling a diesel engine are investigated. The emissions of the retrofitted natural gas engine were low enough to satisfy the limits for a transitional low emission vehicle(TLEV) in Korea. We concluded that a diesel engine can be effectively converted into a dedicated natural gas engine without any deterioration in engine performance or exhaust emissions.

가솔린 엔진의 밸브타이밍 변화가 부분부하 조건에서 잔류가스량 및 연소특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Value Timing on Residual Gas Fraction and Combustion Characteristics at Part Load Condition in an SI Engine)

  • In-cylinde flow and mixture formation are key contributors to both idle stability and combustion stability at part load condition in SI engine. The real time measurements of air-fuel ration and in- cylinder residual gas fraction are particularly important to obtain a better understanding of the mechanisms for combustion and emissions especially during cold start and throttle transient condition. This paper reports the cycle resolved measurements of residual gas fraction and equivalence ration near speak plug with value timing change and their effects on combustion characteristics at part load. The results showed that the effect of intake value opening on the residual gas fraction was smaller than that of exhaust valve closing because of the decreases of exhaust gas reverse flow from exhaust port. The variation of equivalence ratio near spark plug increased with the increase of value overlap and it closely related with heat release rate and combustion stability

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 기체를 사용한 액체로켓엔진의 시동특성 및 적합성, 그리고 호환성 등에 대해 고찰하였다. 엔진의 시동특성은 파이로 시동기 및 헬륨 기체 시동에 대해 고찰하였으며, 파이로 시동기 및 헬륨, 수소+질소 혼합기체 그리고 공기 등을 구동매질로 할 때의 시험 적합성과 호환성 등에 대해 고찰하였다. 대부분의 기체가 엔진의 시동특성과 호환성을 만족시키는 것을 알 수 있었으나, 공기의 경우 저추력의 경우에만 사용할 수 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • SAI(Secondary Air Injection) system has been studied widely as one of the promising countermeasure for reducing HC emission at cold start. In this paper, in order to find out the optimal position of SAI, computational thermal fluid analysis on exhaust system adapted SAI system is performed using commercial 3-D CFD code, CFX. The present results showed that SAI position strongly affected the uniformity of air distribution in front of catalyst. And also through the decision process of optimal position of SAI, new index, uniformity of air distribution($U_{\phi}$) is proposed to define it quantitively. Because $U_{\phi}$ is very simple equation and similar with flow uniformity, it is very easy to figure out the physical meaning and to apply it to practices. Finally, we applied the index $U_{\phi}$ to the decision process of the optimal position of SAI, so that we could get the clear comparison results.
