LNG 냉열을 활용한 인천항 냉동·냉장 클러스터 입주요인 분석 및 활성화 방안 연구 (An analysis of the Factors of Moving in and Activation Strategies for Incheon Cold-Chain Cluster using LNG cold energy)

  • 냉동 냉장창고의 집적단지인 '콜드체인 클러스터' 구축이 물류업계의 현안으로 급부상하고 있다. 인천항만공사는 한국가스공사와 협력하여 송도 LNG 인수기지에서 발생하는 냉열 에너지를 이용한 냉동 냉장 클러스터를 구축하기 위한 사업을 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 CFPR 방법론을 활용하여 냉동 냉장 클러스터 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 상위요인에서는 안정성과 수익성 요인이 0.281로 가장 중요시 되는 요인으로 파악되었다. 세부요인으로는 지속가능한 물동량 확보가 가장 높게 나타났고, 임대료 수준, LNG 냉열 활용기술의 지속 가능성과 일반 냉동 냉장창고와의 경쟁, 시설 중복투자 배제 등의 순으로 중요도가 평가 되었다. 향후 연구에서는 활성화 요인을 활용하여 국내 지역별 냉동냉장클러스터를 평가할 필요가 있다.

  • Many in the industrial world that consume high amounts of energy are trying to reduce energy when manufacturing their products. Energy saving during manufacturing is a cost reduction. Reduced cost is necessary for profit improvement. The Piston Under Drive Brake used in the current study is an automotive transmission part. The original machining after hot forging was changed to machining after cold forging of a plate in order to save energy and cost. Two extrusion shapes along the outer diameter caused decreased tool life because of the interrupted cut during turning. Therefore, a thickness reduction of two extrusion areas in the outer diameter was needed. The current study suggests an effective way to reduce the thickness of interrupted cut by using progressive blanking.

  • In the literatual study on the hiccup, the results were as follows; 1. Hiccup is usually named as Hae yek, Hyel yek, Yel yek. 2. The cause of hiccup are stomach cold, rising of stomach fire, stagnation of vital energy and stagnation of phlegm, yang deficiency of spleen and kideny, deficiency of stomach-yin, or mental disorder due to the stagnation of phlegm, dyspepsia, depressed vital energy. 3. The treatment of hiccup are dispel cold by warming the middle warmer due to stomach cold, expel the heat-evil to loose hollow-organ due to rising up of stomach yin, regulate vital energy and dissipate phlegm due to stagnation of vital energy and stagnation of phlegm, warm and recuperate both of spleen and kidney due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency, nourish the stomach to promote the production of body fluid due to deficiency of stomach yin. 4. The prescription of hiccup are frequently used Gamchogungangtang Gangwhalbujatang Leejungtang Guelpigungang-tang due to stomach cold, Sosihotang Daesihotang Sojaganggitang due to rising up of stomach fire, Sunbokdaejasuktang due to stagnation of vital energy an dstagnation of phlegm, Bojungikgitang Goakhwanganwyisan Samsoeum due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency, Jaeumganghawtang Daebohoan due to deficiency of stomach yin, Hwanglyenjuklyetang Leejintang Guelpitang due to the stagnation of phlegm, Daewhajungeum due to dyspepsia, Mokhwangjogisan due to depressed vital energy.

  • This paper presents a thermodynamic performance analysis of a combined cycle consisting of regenerative organic Rankine cycle (ORC) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) Rankine cycle to recover low-grade heat source and the cold energy of LNG. The mathematical models are developed and the system performances are analyzed in the aspect of thermodynamics. The effects of the turbine inlet pressure and the working fluid on the system performance such as the mass flow rates, heat transfers at heat exchangers, power productions at turbines, and thermal efficiency are systematically investigated. The results show that the thermodynamic performance of ORC such as net power production and thermal efficiency can be significantly improved by the regenerative ORC and the LNG cold energy.

연료물성에 따른 경유 차량의 저온성능 영향 연구 (A Study on the cold weather performance for diesel vehicle as fuel properties)

  • 저온에서 경유의 파라핀 왁스 생성 및 침전현상은 차량의 저온성능에 악영향을 준다. 본 연구에서는 경유에 바이오디젤, 등유, 저온특성첨가제를 혼합한 연료에 대해 연료조성에 따른 담점, 필터막힘점, 유동점 변화를 분석하였고, 경유의 저온특성에 따른 차량의 저온성능에 대해 평가하였다. 경유는 유동성향상 첨가제(WAFI)와 등유유분의 혼합량이 증가할수록 저온특성이 개선되었으며, 바이오디젤 혼합량이 증가할수록 저온특성이 악화되었다. WAFI는 필터막힘점 개선에, 등유유분은 담점 개선에 효과적이었다. 차량의 저온성능에 대하여 필터막힘점과 유동점의 영향성은 확인하였으나, 담점은 큰 영향이 없었다. 필터막힘점은 차량에 대해 저온에서의 운행가능 한계를 반영하였다.

  • Photovoltaic(PV) permit the on-site production of electricity without concern for fuel supply or environmental adverse effects. The electrical power is produced without noise and little depletion of resources. So BIPV(Building-Integrated Photovoltaic) system have been increased around the world. Hereby the relative installation costs of the system will be relatively low compared to traditional installations of PV in high-rise buildings. This paper examined possibility of BIPV system of cold facade type and analyzed of performance of BIPV system of cold facade type. The system is influenced by conditions such as irradiation, module temperature, shade and architectural component etc. If this BIPV system of 1.1kW is possible the natural ventilation in the summer case, the temperature of PV module decrease and then the efficiency of PV system increase generally. By the results, the annual averaged PR of BIPV system of cold facade type is about 73.1%.

입.출구의 압력조건에 따른 보텍스 튜브의 에너지분리 특성에 관한 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Investigation for the Characteristics of Energy Separation of a Vortex Tube at Various Inlet and outlet Pressure Conditions)

  • The experimental investigation on energy separation in a vortex tube has been carried out to sow the effect of inlet and outlet pressures with various working fluids(air,$O_2,\;and\; CO_2$). Those outlet pressure means cold outlet and hot outlet pressure which were set equally. The results showed that the total enthalpy variation became a maximum when the mass flow rate at the cold outlet was a half of the total mass flow rate in the vortex tube (y=0.5). The total enthalpy variation was quite affected by the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of vortex tube when the ratio of the inlet pressure to the cold outlet pressure remained constant. Although specific enthalpy differences between the inlet and the outlet (both cold and hot outlet) did not noticeably vary with the pressure difference, the specific enthalpy difference between the inlet and cold outlet was dominantly affected by physical properties of working gases.

  • The capacity optimization of the heat exchanger of the TEM dehumidifier was performed through numerical analysis. If the ratio of the size of heat exchangers on the cold and hot surfaces of the TEM is not appropriate, the larger the size of the heat exchanger results the lower performance and efficiency. Optimizing the ratio of heat exchangers on the cold surface of TEM can improve the performance and the efficiency compared to when the ratio is 50%. The optimal proportion of cold surface heat exchangers is inversely proportional to the sum of the size of the heat exchangers on the cold and hot surfaces. When the optimum ratio of cold surface heat exchanger was applied, the larger the sum of size of the two heat exchangers results the greater the improvement of the performance and efficiency, compared to when the ratio of cold surface heat exchangers is 50%.

  • Energy Cost has been rapidly increased with the internal heat gain of data center to keep the temperature condition. But the cooling units for server systems are fully operated to satisfy the indoor temperature condition, it results in the excessive energy consumption. In this study, various cooling systems were studied for data center and cold aisle containment system was proved to be the best solution for server cooling system. Because it protects the cooling zone from the hot aisle space. Effective cooling and prohibition of recirculation air from hot aisle was possible by the cold aisle containment system.

  • 본 논문에서는 유기랭킨사이클과 LNG 사이클로 구성된 복합사이클의 열역학적 성능 해석을 수행한다. 이 복합사이클에서는 현열 형태의 저등급 폐열을 사용하며 LNG 냉열은 열싱크 뿐 아니라 동력 생산에도 사용된다. 시스템의 성능에 대한 터빈입구압력, 응축온도, 열원온도 등 주 파라미터들의 영향을 상세하게 분석한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 이 복합시스템은 LNG 냉에너지를 사용하지 않은 일반의 ORC에 비해 현저하게 성능이 개선될 수 있음을 보여준다.
