반복적 죄수의 딜레마게임은 복잡한 사회현상들을 모델링 하기 위하여 주로 사용되는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 집단을 협동으로 진화시키는데 있어서 전략적 연합을 이용하는 방법과 전략적 연합에 속해 있는 전략들이 연합의 의사를 결정할 때 어떠한 방법을 선택할 경우 더 빠르고 안정적으로 진화하는가에 대한 실험 결과를 제시한다. 의사결정방법으로는 신경망으로 결합에 주로 사용되는 투표방법 Borda 함수, Condorect 함수, 평균방법 그리고 최고이득 함수방법 등을 사용하였다. 실험결과 최고이득 함수 방법이 가장 좋은 결과를 보였으며 결합 방법에 따라 다소 상이한 결과를 나타내었다.

his paper describes the framework of integrating the business processes of different organizations through the interoperability of workflow management systems. In particular, this framework can be applied to developing B2B systems, in which each trade partner has its own heterogeneous workflow system on the Internet. We propose an approach to implementing an interoperable workflow system which can be integrated with other heterogeneous workflow systems through the four scenarios suggested by WfMC(Workflow Management Coalition), and we developed XML message-based prototype systems, which using SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), is applicable to standard e-business framework such as ebXML.

Proposed in this paper is a standard-compliant business process modeling tool which is based on the UML(Unified Modeling Language) activity diagram and produces an XPDL(XML Process Definition Language) file as an output. The XPDL is a standard process definition exchange format by WfMC (Workflow Management Coalition). To develop an UML/XPDL-based modeling tool, the mapping of modeling elements between activity diagram and XPDL format is conducted after the detailed analysis of each modeling specification. As a result of this mapping, it is revealed that modeling elements of each activity diagram and XPDL must be expanded. So new modeling elements are identified and added to each specification. Based on this mapping, the prototype system is developed, and the usefulness of the developed system is shown through the case study.

In recent years, there have been a number of concerns and measures surrounding 'Traffic Safety' for children. But, actually, safety measurements of 'School Zone' lack. This research thesis was designed to quantify risk degrees of 'School Zone', in a simple way, with the development of evaluation indicators to evaluate risk degrees of 'School Zone'. This is deems to be used for a guideline necessary for devising improvements or safety measures against 'School Zone' in the future. And, this is expected to be useful for managing and controlling safety each local facility about elementary schools.

최근 몇 년간 의료 부문에 있어서의 지식 관리의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 의료 조직들은 지식 관리 전력을 적용하고자 노력하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 의료 부문에서 지식 관리 부족 문제를 지원하기 위하여 공용적인 의료 관리를 위한 지식 관리 프레임워크를 제시한다. 이러한 프레임워크는 애플리케이션과 서비스의 두 개의 영역으로 구성된다. 즉 지능 에이전트 기반의 지식 관리 애플리케이션 영역과 전력적인 시각화, 계획과 연합 정보 서비스 영역으로 구성된다.

피싱(Phishing)이란 '위장 홈페이지를 만들어 불특정 다수의 이메일 사용자에게 메일을 보내는 수법으로 수신자의 개인정보를 빼내 금융범죄에 악용하는 행위'를 말한다. 기존의 스팸메일 둥과 달리 피싱은 이메일 사용자에게 금융, 신용 피해를 줄 수 있어 개인에게 미치는 피해가 심각한 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 이에 대응하여, 미국에서는 'SB California SB 1386' 등의 법안을 제정하고, 'Coalition on Online Identity Theft' 등의 조직을 결성하는 등 피싱으로 인한 피해 예방 및 대처를 위해 적극적으로 노력하고 있다. 국내에서도 금융기관과 기업에서의 주의 메일 발송, 홈페이지에의 피싱 주의 안내문 게시 둥의 방법으로 대응하고 있으나, 피싱으로 인한 피해를 예방하기에는 미진한 것으로 여겨진다. 이에 본 고에서는 미국을 중심으로 한 피싱에 대한 피해.대응현황과 국내 대응방안에 대해 살펴본다.

The paper investigates open access (OA) self archiving policies of different Open Access Repositories (OARs) of COAPI (Coalition of Open Access Policy Institutions) founder members as reported in June 2011 (i.e. a total of 22 members against a total of 46 COPAI members as reported by Open Biomed (http://openbiomed.info/2011/08/coapi-cats/). The paper consulted three databases (OpenDOAR, ROAR and ROARMAP) in order to evaluate twenty-two (22) COAPI-members OARs self archiving policy documentations and highlights of some progress on issues so far. After analyzing policy documentations, key findings have been highlighted and common practices have been suggested in line with global recommendations and best practice guidelines at national and international levels for strengthening national research systems. The paper has implications for administrators, funding agencies, policy makers and professional librarians in devising institute specific self archiving policies for their own organization.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scheme to standardize apartment management expenses levy. I have conducted theoretical research on the literature for the foundation of this study. I have also surveyed many different kinds of levies with help from several apartment complex managers in Busan as well as the executive secretaries of Busan Citizen's Coalition for Economic Justice. I held 30 meetings with the experts in this process to discuss the standardization of the levy. The finalized scheme for standardization is in line with the Act for Management of Multiple Family Housing. Because description of the whole standardized scheme is too lengthy for one article, I decided to present it in three parts. This article is the first part of the series. The remaining two parts will be published in future issues.

반복적 죄수의 딜레마(Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma, IPD)게임은 사회적, 경제적, 그리고 생물학적 시스템에서 협동의 진화를 연구하기 위한 대상으로 사용되어져 왔다. 이제까지 이기적이며 합리적인 개체들 사이에서의 협동의 진화에 대한 완전한 이해를 위하여 게임자의 수와 협동의 관계, 기계학습의 일환으로서의 전략학습, 그리고 이득함수가 협동에 미치는 영향 등에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 이 논문에서는 실험을 통해 이득함수에 따른 협동연합의 크기와 지역화가 NIPD(N-player IPD)게임에서 협동의 진화에 미치는 영향에 대해 밝히고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과 이득함수와 협동연합의 크기에 대한 실험에서는 협동개체에 대한 이득함수의 기울기가 배반개체에 대한 이득함수의 기울기보다 급하거나 최소 연합의 크기가 작을수록 협동연합의 정도가 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 지역화 실험에서는 상호작용하는 이웃의 크기가 작을수록 협동연합의 크기가 크게 진화됨을 알 수 있었다.
