최근 일부 계량서지학 연구에서 사회 네트워크 분석 분야의 도구인 중심성 분석 기법을 도입하려는 시도가 나타나고 있다. 그런데 사회 네트워크를 대상으로 개발된 중심성 척도는 노드간 연결에 대한 가중치를 반영하지 않는 단점이 있다 이 연구에서는 가중 네트워크인 계량서지적 자료에 대해서 중심성을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 척도를 네 가지 제시하였다. 제안된 척도의 유용성을 검증하기 위해서 저자동시인용 네트워크. 용어 동시출현 네트워크, 웹사이트 동시링크 네트워크의 세 가지 실제 자료에 대해서 중심성 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과에서는 제안된 중심성 척도가 계량서지적 네트워크를 대상으로 개별 노드의 입지와 영향력을 파악하는데 있어서 매우 유용함이 확인되었다

This paper is related to developing new Bit Error Rate (BER) simulator, Sam sung BER simulator (SBERS), in order to evaluate the link compliance and all kinds of effects of link compliance in a real environment. SBERS allows to generate transmit pulse accurately by using the various parameters, and obtain the eye diagram and bathtub curve, which represents the performance of link, by calculating the transmit pulse and the measured frequency response characteristics. SBERS give results as same as real environment after taking account of distribution and value of noise. To verify the accuracy of simulator, we derive the simulated and measured result and compare eye opening. The difference came out to be within 5% error. It is possible to estimate the real environment and design the transmitter and receiver circuit effectively using new BER simulator, SBERS.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 국가기록원의 발전 전략 개발을 위해, 국가기록원 웹사이트의 웹링크를 분석하고, 협력이 필요한 관련 기관을 도출하였다. 웹링크의 수집과 분석에는 LexiURL을 이용하였으며, inlink와 co-inlink를 분석하였다. 그리고 우리의 경우와 비교하기 위해 해외 국가기록원(미국, 영국, 호주)의 웹링크도 함께 분석하였다. 웹링크 분석을 통해서 우리나라 국가기록원의 현황 파악과 발전전략 수립을 위한 몇 가지 제안사항을 도출하였다. 현재 우리나라 국가기록원은 대부분의 inlink와 co-inlink가 공공기관에서 온 것으로 교육기관이나 연구기관과의 연계성이 약하다. 또한 국제 활동 현황을 볼 수 있는 링크도 다른 국가들에 비해 부족하다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 앞으로는 교육기능과 연구기능, 국제교류 측면을 강화해야 한다. 국가기록원은 학습과 연구활동을 지원할 기록정보를 제공하고 관련 기관과의 문화교류를 확대할 필요가 있다. 향후에는 도서관이나 박물관과 같은 문화유산 관리기관과의 비교 분석도 이루어질 필요가 있다.

This paper shows the design and control methods of the bidirectional DC-DC converter to generate the proper DC-link voltage of a PMSM drive. Conventionally, because the controllable power of the PWM based voltage source inverter is limited by its DC-link voltage, the DC-DC converter is used for boosted DC-link voltage if the inverter source cannot generate enough operating voltage for the PMSM drive. In this paper, to obtain more utilization of this DC-DC converter, optimal DC-link voltage control for PMSM drive will be explained. First, the process and current path of the DC-DC converter will be illustrated, and a control method of this converter for variable DC-link voltage will then be explained. Finally, an improvement analysis of the optimal DC-link voltage control method, especially on the deadtime effect, will be explained. The DC-DC converter of the proposed control method is verified by the experiments by comparing with the conventional constant voltage control method.

본 논문에서는 현재 기술 개발 과제로 진행 중인 공중 네트워크 검증용 테스트베드 시스템에 다중빔 능동위상배열 안테나 모의기 적용 공중 네트워크 모사 Radio 전송링크를 설계하여 그 결과를 제시한다. Ku 대역을 활용하여 개발 중인 시스템에 대한 요구사항을 만족하도록 링크 버짓을 고려하여 Radio 전송링크를 설계하였다. 단거리 링크와 장거리 링크를 고려하여 요구되는 다중빔 중계기와 임무기의 EIRP 및 G/T 성능 규모를 적용하여 Eb/No를 기준으로 최소, 최대치 링크 마진을 확인하였다. 이러한 Radio 전송링크 설계에서 강우 가용도 등 적용 분석 결과를 이용하여 다중빔 중계시스템 적용 공중 중계 운용 반경 및 관련 시스템 규격 선정시 기준 수립에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있도록 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공동연구성과를 고려하여 링크 분석 및 학습을 통해 기대효과가 높은 논문의 공저자 협업관계를 예측하는 방법론을 제시한다. 기존의 공저자 관계는 높은 정확도로 예측됨에도 불구하고 예측된 관계가 얼마나 좋은 관계인지 고려하지 않는 한계점을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 위의 문제를 해결하기 위해 기대성과에 도움이 되는 공저자 관계 예측 방법을 다음과 같이 3가지 단계로 제안한다. (1) 서지정보 이종 그래프(Heterogeneous graph)를 구축하여 공동연구성과를 측정한다. (2) 공동연구성과를 기반으로 링크를 분석 및 학습한다. (3) 기대성과가 높을 것으로 전망되는 링크를 예측한다. 공동연구성과를 고려한 본 연구는 예측된 공저자 관계에 신뢰도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The utility interfaced sinewave modulation Inverter for the solar photovoltaic power conditioner with a high frequency transformer is presented for residential applications. As compared with the conventional full-bridge hard switching slnewave PWM inverter with a high frequency link, the simplest single-ended edge-resonant soft switching sinewave inverter with a sinewave duty cycle pulse control scheme is implemented, resulting in size and weight reduction, low cost and high efficiency This paper presents a prototype system of the sinewave zero voltage soft switching sinewave inverter for solar power conditioner, along with its operating principle and unique features. In addition to these, this paper discusses a control implementation to deliver high quality output current. Major design of each component and the power loss analysis under actual power processing is also discussed and evaluated from an experimental point of view A newly developed utility-connected sinewave power conditioning circuit which achieves 92.5% efficiency under 4kW output is demonstrated.

This paper considers the effect of co-channel interference on hybrid satellite-terrestrial relay network. In particular, we investigate the problem of amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying in hybrid satellite-terrestrial link, where the relay is interfered by multiple co-channel interferers. The direct link between satellite and terrestrial destination is not available due to masking by surroundings. The destination node can only receive signals from satellite with the assistance of a relay node situated at ground. The satellite-relay link is assumed to follow the shadowed Rice fading, while the channels of interferer-relay and relay-destination links experience Nakagami-m fading. For the considered AF relaying scheme, we first derive the analytical expression for the moment generating function (MGF) of the output signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR). Then, we use the obtained MGF to derive the average symbol error rate (SER) of the considered scenario for M-ary phase shift keying (M-PSK) constellation under these generalized fading channels.

본 논문에서는 현재 기술 개발 과제로 진행 중인 다중 공중 이동 및 검증을 위한 다채널 공중 중계 장치와 다수의 임무 장치로 구성된 네트워크 시스템 기반 기저대역부와 RF부간의 중간주파수 전송 신호 레벨을 기준 신호 레벨로 일정하게 유지하도록 하고, 상대방의 수신 입력 범위를 고려하여 단거리 장거리 무선 통신 환경 변화에도 RF부 내의 송수신 회로 상의 신호 탐지와 자동이득제어, 자동출력제어 기능을 통해 신호가 안정되고 신뢰성 있게 전송되도록 하는 다중 링크 보호, MLP-A 알고리즘을 제시한다. 그리고, MLP-A 알고리즘이 적용된 RF부를 설계, 제작, 구현하고 다중 공중 이동 및 검증 네트워크 구성으로 거리 산출 수식을 적용하여 단거리, 장거리 무선 환경을 고려한 실험 및 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 안정적이고 신뢰성 있는 RF 통신 시스템 운용이 가능함을 확인하였다.

As a community of practice (CoP) is known to facilitate team learning, it is increasingly important to understand the mechanisms of CoP, thereby enabling organizations to fully utilize it and optimize its benefits. To explain how CoP improves organizational performance, we focus on its effects on social capital and knowledge management activities, and propose a research model suggesting that shared goals and trust in CoP improve its performance through knowledge integration. Our analysis uses structural equation modeling, with field data collected from 372 members of 46 CoPs in three companies; the analysis validates our research model. Our findings also suggest that CoP diversity can strengthen the link between knowledge integration and CoP performance.
