Every year, lives are lost due to electrical safety accidents that could have been prevented with proper education and awareness of electrical safety. To prevent such accidents, experiential education is more effective than indoctrination education. This paper describes the electrical safety education system based on virtual reality (VR) and evaluates effect of the proposed system. Users operated the experiential electrical safety education system, and they were provided electrical stimulation in an electric shock experience using a haptic device. Appropriate stimulation values were calculated according to age (children vs. adults) and gender through experiment. The scenario in which participants experience electrical safety in the home environment was structured, and related educational contents was produced. A total of 68 healthy elementary students evaluated the educational effect of the system. The results showed that the educational effect and the sustainability of effect of the proposed system are superior to those of existing multimedia learning methods. By implementing electrical safety education stimulating the senses of human, the learning effect was promoted and this experiential education would be able to prevent electrical accidents.

Social network service (SNS) data related to green tourism were used to estimate preferred tour sites and users' interests. Keywords related with green tour activities were employed to search the SNS data. SNS data were collected from Korean blogs such as Naver and Daum from June $1^{st}$ to August $31^{st}$ between 2015 and 2017 using text-mining solution. During the study period, seven hundred and five posts were analyzed. Associated words that frequently co-occurred with keywords were classified into different categories depending on the nature of associated words. Associated words included swimming pools and camping sites (location); experience and swimming pools (attribute); and water play and culture (culture/leisure). Our data suggest that SNS users with experience of green tourism in Korea exhibited interest in green tourism with swimming pools, camping sites, experience, water play and/or culture rather than particular popular sites. Based on the findings, it is recommended that preferred facilities such as swimming pools should be provided at green tourism sites to meet the users' needs and to facilitate green tourism.

Diffusion of e-learning has been accelerated according as the convenience and effectiveness have been increased rapidly due to the advancement of information technology. However, there has been few studies on systematic evaluation of its performance. SERVQUAL model was applied to evaluate the service quality of a 100% on-line lecture opened in a major Korean university. Two classes, one for 71 undergraduate students, the other for 79 graduate students, were opened for the lecture. The gaps between the expected service and the perceived service scores were compared with respect to sex, age, and e-learning experience. Although the gap score of male and female students were not different significantly, the gap scores among the other comparative groups were different. The perceived score of the older group with more than thirty ages was lower than that of the younger group. It seems that the older group evaluated the score based on the practical use of the subject since they are part-time students with jobs. Also, the perceived score of the group with previous e-learning experience was higher than that of the group with no e-learning experience. It seems that the experienced group evaluated it compared with the previous e-learning satisfaction. As it might be expected, the groups with higher perceived scores had stronger intention to recommend the e-learning lecture to other students.

Objectives : This study aims to systematically examine the determinants of the intention to take herbal medicine among individuals with experience in Korean medicine. Methods : This study utilized the 3,245 respondents from the 2020 Korean Medicine Utilization and Herbal Medicine Consumption Survey who reported having used Korean medical services; the responses were selected through a complex sample analysis, and analytics techniques including frequency analysis, Rao-scott chisquare test, and logistic regression were used to analyze the responses. Results : The results of data analysis reveal that the intention to take herbal medicine in the future among these individuals was significantly influenced by factors such as enrollment in private health insurance, the facility environment of Korean medical institutions, and treatment outcomes. Conclusions : Therefore, it is imperative for Korean medical institutions to continuously try reasonable action strategies, including improving medical facilities/environments and building institutional mechanisms among medical staff and members to enhance the quality of Korean medical services. Additionally, the Ministry of Health and Welfare needs to make policy efforts to reduce patients' medical expenses, such as reducing the co-insurance rate in the pilot project of applying health insurance to herbal medicine.

In theese day, games are often referred as the most potential media to have artistic and entertaining features of digital technology, In this study, used to derive the factors of enjoyment and immersion that users experience from interaction and narrative levels in games were derived The framework of interaction and narrative levels in games was adopted from Marie-Laure Ryan's(2002) and Hyewon Han's(2005) study. The framework was used as the basic instrument for focus group interviews. The result of this study provides a practical model for game-design.

First, I'd like to express my great respect to the highly developed environment-friendly and organic agriculture in South Korea, especially in this region of Yangpyong. I've heard that rural farmers and city people cooperated together to develop the environment-friendly agriculture in Yangpyong. I believe Japanese farmers and people can learn a lot from the experience of your people. We'd like to exchange our knowledge and experience to develop environment-friendly and organic agriculture in both countries, for we share a lot in common. In this paper, I'd like to introduce how the Japanese have been developing organic and environment-friendly agriculture, and how we are working with the official organic standard and building the social structure to encourage the overall development of organic and environment-friendly agriculture.

A semi-submersible drilling rig is regarded as one of the typical offshore structures operated in the field with moderate environments such as the Gulf of Mexico, Brazil, and West Africa. Its typical roll and pitch natural periods are around 30 seconds, which avoids prevailing regions of the wave energy spectrum, and their responses in waves are quite acceptable for common operation conditions. But large roll and pitch motions can be induced by wave difference frequency energy spectrum if the metacentric heights of a semi-submersible decrease to small values in some loading conditions, and it is because the roll and pitch natural periods increase and approach to the region where the spectral density of the low frequency wave drift moment has significant value. This paper describes the low frequency roll motion of a semi-submersible that are excited by the wave 2nd order difference frequency energy by a series of model experiments. From the model tests with several different initial metacentric heights (GM), it was observed that a semi-submersible can experience large roll motion due to the wave group spectrum.

The Fukushima accident reveals the vulnerability of existing active nuclear power plant (NPP) design against prolonged loss of external electricity events. The passive safety system is considered an attractive alternative to cope with this kind of disaster. Also, the passive safety system enhances both the safety and the economics of NPPs. The adoption of a passive safety system reduces the number of active components and can minimize the construction cost of NPPs. In this paper, reflecting on the experience during the development of the APR+ design in Korea, we propose the concept of an innovative Power Reactor (iPower), which is a kind of passive NPP, to enhance safety in a revolutionary manner. The ultimate goal of iPower is to confirm the feasibility of practically eliminating radioactive material release to the environment in all accident conditions. The representative safety grade passive system includes a passive emergency core cooling system, a passive containment cooling system, and a passive auxiliary feedwater system. Preliminary analysis results show that these concepts are feasible with respect to preventing and/or mitigating the consequences of design base accidents and severe accidents.

Transmission error (TE) is the most important cause of gear noise and vibration because TEs affect the changes of the force and the speed of gears. TE is usually expressed as an angular deviation, or a linear deviation measured at the pitch point and calculated at successive positions of the pinion as it goes through the meshing cycle. Accurate measurement of TE for gear transmission will provide a reasonable basis for gear design, manufacturing processes and quality control. Therefore, in order to study the accuracy of the gear transmission, stability, TE, vibration and noise after gear micro-geometry modification, a gear transmission test rig is proposed in this paper, which is based on the existing technical conditions, by using reasonable testing methods, hardware and a signal processing method. All of the details and the experience can be taken into consideration in the next upgraded test rig.

This paper introduces the development of automatic system for estimation of digital relay performance. We have developed an automatic estimation system "HRV2004(Himap Relay function Verifier 2004)" for digital relay in 2004 and it has been verified in the field for one years. This paper describes the development details and field experience of HRV2004. HRV2004 can perform a series of jobs required for the relay testing in one environment and could handle most of all models of protective relay currently produced by Hyundai Heavy Industries. The functionality of this program consists of GUI of relay setting for beginner, fault record analysis and relay performance estimation. The core of this system is an automatic reporting of estimation test. If user is only click a button for relay estimation and one will received testing report to deliver customer. Additional benefit is fast response than the manual estimation. For example, the manual estimation takes spending 6 hours but this system is about 15 minutes.
