Since previous research on CSR activities has considerably focused on large enterprises whereas small enterprises have relatively less attention, this study aims to explore the characteristics of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry and their CSR activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The population of interest for this study was social enterprises registered in Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (2016), and it was used to verify the social enterprises which has a certification for social enterprises. From 1672 companies in total, the sampling frame was a database with 117 companies in hospitality and tourism industry. This study investigates social enterprises' CSR activities on the company's official websites (e.g., company reports, magazines, the news articles, and interviews). The websites of the selected enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry were analyzed for examining CSR activities by the quantitative content analysis. All of the CSR activities in small social enterprises were classified into six dimensions based on the stakeholder theory. Results - The findings of this study provide the characteristics of the 117 small social enterprises and their specific CSR initiatives. A total of eight main business lines were identified: 1) fair travel, 2) leisure/sports, 3) accommodation/camping, 4) medical tourism, 5) exhibitions/art events/cultural events, 6) leisure activities for vulnerable social groups, 7) Korean traditional culture, and 8) ecotourism/agricultural tourism. The CSR initiatives were classified into six dimensions: 1) environment, 2) employment, 3) multicultural families and vulnerable social groups, 4) local community, 5) economic prosperity, and 6) product. • The 5th revision of Korean Classification of Diseases(KCD) became effective on January 1, 2008. It has reflected the changes made to the tenth revision of International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) between 1998 and 2005 and the suggestions of academic and related societies in Korea. Two important alterations seem to have a major implication in the insurance industry. One would be the official introduction of a Korean version of International Classification of Diseases for Oncology, third edition(ICD-O-3). The borderline ovarian tumor is classified as a borderline neoplasm, which was classified as a malignant neoplasm in the previous edition of International Classification of Diseases for Oncology. The other would be the appearance of non-C-code malignant neoplasm for the diseases, such as polycythemia vera, newly classified as a malignant neoplasm by the current edition of International Classification of Diseases for Oncology. The National Office of Statistics(NSO) adopted the way of implementation used in the Australian Modification of International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10-AM), instead of assigning them into corresponding C code. Overall, the changes made in this revision doesn't seem to have a serious impact on the insurance industry since it has only reflected updates made to ICD-10.

Three of the five parts have been resolved but are still described as how they should be resolved and improved in the future for the two remaining parts.

CAN-Pro program and Kasavana k Smith's Menu Engineering technique were used to evaluate the nutritional value and menu analysis, respectively. The data were analyzed using the SAS package program for descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation Analysis. As the result of nutritional value of lunch menu, all nutrient contents per meal were higher than a third of Korean recommended dietary allowances(RDA), But there was no problem when 20∼30% of plate waste was considered. Carbohydrate : Protein fat ratio was 62.7 : 16.4 : 20.8. Because animal : vegetable source ratios of protein, fat, calcium, iron were 44 : 56, 42 : 58, 22 : 78, 24 : 76, respectively, animal sources of calcium and iron needed to be supplemented. Plural set menus of A site were classified as STAR, PUZZLE, PLOWHORSE, DOG by Menu engineering technique. Set menus and soups & pot-stews among cafeteria menus in C site were operated properly without DOG and PUZZLE item. Side dishes of fishes, meats 8t eggs among cafeteria menus in C site were, for the most part, classified as STAR item, and side dishes of vegetables & salads and noodles among cafeteria menus in C site were STAR, PUZZLE, and DOG items.
