The initial operation stability of hydrogen-fueled, solid oxide fuel cell with Ni thin-film anode fabricated by direct current sputtering was evaluated in terms of electrochemical properties such as peak power density, open circuit voltage, overpotential, and alternating current impedance at 500℃. Hydrogen and air were used as anode fuel and cathode fuel, respectively.

This paper examines the birth of civil engineers in the United States. Unlike the advanced some European countries such as Great Britain or France, as a new nation America had to import high-tech technologies from them. In the process of transplantation she had mixed up the civil engineering of British style with French's. As a result, the training of the civil engineers in America had developed in various ways.

대형 구조물의 기초 시공 시 구조물의 하부지반이 불균질하거나 경사진 지반 또는 일반토사와 암반이 혼재된 지지력이 급격히 변화하는 구간에서 시공되는 경우가 많으며 이와 같은 경우에는 경제적인 최적의 방안으로 직접기초와 말뚝기초를 혼용하여 사용하는 방안이 이전 연구에서 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 직접기초와 파일기초가 적용되는 이질기초에 대해 수치해석을 통하여 보수적인 말뚝과 이질기초의 침하량을 비교 평가하고, 이질기초에 대한 적용가능성 여부 및 기초하부에서의 개략적인 거동에 대하여 고찰하였다.

The Test and Evaluation (T&E) process is an integral part of the Systems Engineering Process. The purpose of Test and Evaluation (T&E) in a system development is to identify the areas of risk to be reduced or eliminated. In this study, when develop aircraft of Civil Aviation with development experience of Military Aircraft, it is that establish Test and Evaluation process. Test and Evaluation for KC-100 small aircraft development can divide to certification test and development test. Certification test is proved compliance about Korea Airworthiness standard (KAS Part 23), through Development Test verify required performance of aircraft. These Test and Evaluation Process is more efficient and optimized.

우리나라는 급속한 경제발전과 도시화 과정을 거치며 도시 내부에서 안전, 환경, 교통 등 다양한 분야에서 많은 문제들에 직면하고 있다. 각 지방자치단체는 이런 도시문제를 해결하기 위해 전자민원을 접수 받아 처리하고 있지만, 민원은 해를 거듭할수록 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 지방 중소도시인 진주시를 대상으로 2010년부터 2015년까지 총 6년간의 전자민원 데이터를 수집하여 민원사유별로 분류하고 민원 발생지점의 위치데이터를 추출한 후 지오코딩을 통해 공간상에 점 데이터로 나타내어 공간분포 패턴분석을 실시하여 토지이용과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 진주시의 전자민원은 시내중심지역 내에서도 택지개발이 이루어진 주거지역, 중심상업지역, 공업·주거 혼재지역에 군집되어 발생하였다. 민원사유를 토지이용별로 분석한 결과 불법주차단속 민원이 가장 많았다. 또한 민원 발생지점의 반경 50m 내에 위치한 시설물 분포에 대해 분석한 결과 중심상업지역과 공업·주거시설이 혼재된 지역에서는 단독주택이 밀집된 지역에서 많이 발생하였다. 주거지역(구도심)의 경우 일반음식점이 많은 곳에 집중되고 있음이 확인 되었다. 이와 같은 분석결과는 민원에 대해 도시공간적 차원에서 분석함으로써 민원의 근본 원인을 찾아내어 해결방안을 모색하는데 효과적으로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.
