The primary agent of civil investigation businesses must be a corporation to line up with public interests, and the government has to carry out the permit system on business owners. As many countries such as those of European and Japan supervise civil investigation business and the police agent supervises guarding businesses, so the police also has to supervise civil investigation business. In many cases, civil investigation businesses deal with private information, and the police has to prevent from infringing customers' basic right by clarifying private information management for punishment. In addition the police has to tighten up customers' obligations. For example the police has to deliver papers about the contents when they enter into or change contract, or after they enter into contract.

Recently, since the risk on natural disasters is increasing due to abnormal weather such as the global warming, a need for a system on prior review on the influence of disasters has emerged in order to establish a solution by analyzing elements of disaster in advance. However, since the inherently destroying business namely the quarrying business is excluded from the range of subject business of Prior Review System on the influence of disasters, a correction for this is required. In order to actually explore how much risk it contains, actual outflow of soil and flood in the quarrying block where quarrying is being currently carried out was examined and the required undercurrent facility capacity which is also used as a grit chamber was investigated. In addition, by comparing the soil outflow of industrial complexes and golf courses which are current subject businesses of Prior Review on the Influence of Disasters and that of rock mountains relative risk level was examined. After investigation, it was found that the risk on occurrence of disasters was increased due to increase in outflow of soil and flood because of the change of land condition during and after development thus an adequate solution to decrease is required. In addition, after comparison with other business groups it was found that a significantly higher amount of soil is outflown in case of rock mountains thus it was analyzed that a solution to decrease is required. Therefore, a correction is immediately required in order to include quarrying business in the subject business of Prior Review System on the Influence of Disasters.

Due to harsh conditions of disaster areas, understanding of current feature of collapsed buildings, terrain, and other infrastructures is critical issue for disaster managers. However, because of difficulties in acquiring the geographical information of the disaster site such as large disaster site and limited capability of rescue workers, comprehensive site investigation of current location of survivors buried under the remains of the building is not an easy task for disaster managers. To overcome these circumstances of disaster site, this study makes use of an unmanned aerial vehicle, commonly known as a drone to effectively acquire current image data from the large disaster areas. The framework of 3D model reconstruction of disaster site using aerial imagery acquired by drones was also presented. The proposed methodology is expected to assist rescue workers and disaster managers in achieving a rapid and accurate identification of survivors under the collapsed building.

Around the Nakdong River which is one part of the repairing business of 4 Grand Rivers currently being constructed, sandy ground is distributed throughout the wide area. Many civil engineering structures such as small and medium sized dams, flood control basins, and redevelopment of reservoirs and retention reservoirs are scheduled to be constructed, so the prevention measures for liquefaction are surely needed. To identify such liquefaction, a lot of factor affecting the strength of liquefaction were studied through laboratory investigation. Most of the conducted study was about clean sands, but in the case of the real ground the sand can exist not in the clean conditions but in the conditions mostly including sand of fine grained soil. The sand of fine grained soil has become a significant factor to assess liquefaction because many cases of liquefaction happened in the silty and clayer soil. In this study, un-drained tests of plasticity index of fine grained particles were conducted with the sands from Nakdong River. In result, the study shows that dynamic shear strength characteristics differ according to the plasticity index.

In this study, the effect of ground improvement was to be verified by granular compaction pile from the ground reclaimed with Fly Ash landfill site. The depth and strength parameters of the Fly ash layer was determined using the ground investigation and cone penetration test. And the STONE C program was used to predict the strength parameter, bearing capacity and settlement of the improved ground. As a result of the plate bearing test, the bearing capacity of improvement ground was higher than the design load and the settlement was smaller than the reference value. After the construction, the improvement effect by the cone penetration test was confirmed. The cone penetration resistance value($q_c$) increased by 250% to 500% and the effect was excellent.

Our society's modernization created many opportunities for us to need a private investigation service system. Variation of international environment due to joining in the OECD, opportunity of individual legal, collect evidence during judgement, prevention of damage criminal, security of business in company, free trade economy's system etc and don't need to enumerate how important of introduction of private investigation service system. In addition to there are lots of objection opinions, such as possibility of person's private life, invade of lawyer's area, confliction with investigation team, gap of wealth and poverty that make preponderance of information. So this research can be considerate from objective opinion, and can obtain conclusion just like below. First, private detective agencies that encroach on the individual rights will naturally deteriorate after the implementation of private investigation service system. Through this, the probability of civil rights encroachment will be lower, and for this to happen there needs to be a thorough maintenance of the system. Secondly, mutually beneficial solution should be found not by a conflict between two sides. Detective business sector should not cause social confusion from conflicts with other investigation organization such as police, or investigators, rather, it must get on the demand of the diversified citizen and maintain the diverse sector inter-cooperate right, and to do that law and institution must be made for the base. Thirdly, investigation used depending on the gap between wealth and poverty does not mean the actualization of the rights and interests of the citizen. If the duty of investigation sector is to find the evidence and collect or manufacture of the evidence, then the problems which the nation can't handle will be more enlarged and then finally end up with strengthening the capability of national public security demand.

This study proposed cost prediction equation model by considering duration, construction, size, actual cost with the subway construction started by the actual cost system which was introduced since 2004. Costs - scale exponent n(confidence range: 0.5 to 0.7) for cost prediction of subway construction was drawn total cost(0.713), net cost(0.77) in point of the 11 subway construction data. The cost prediction equation model of the subway construction which was presented in this study is able to effectively apply to business planning, preliminary investigation, feasibility study, basic design stage to estimate the approximate cost in the future.

Objective: This research was performed to evaluate the state of oil pollution in an area surrounding a railway station that has over 100 years of business history as a railway station in S City, Korea. The amount of polluted soil was estimated, and the target area for remediation was assessed in this study to restore the oil-polluted area. Methods: To accomplish this aim, five observation wells were installed for the sampling of groundwater, and soil was sampled at 33 points. Electric resistance studies and a trench investigation were undertaken to understand the geological conditions of the site, and the groundwater movement in this area was simulated by MODFLOW. Physiochemical analyses were conducted to determine the quality of the groundwater and the current state of oil pollution influenced by that of the soil. Results: The mean level of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) in this area was 1,059 mg/kg, and the area for remediation was determined to be 7,610 mg/kg. Levels of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene (BTEX) were determined to be under the legal standard. Conclusion: In terms of depth, the biggest area polluted by TPH found was between 0 and 1 m from ground level, and the affected area was 5,900 $m^3$. TPHs were not detected in groundwater. Diesel and lubricating oil were the main causes of TPH pollution at this railway station.
