The purpose of this study was to determine the conflict plan of the foreign worker in Korea. The concrete purpose of this study as follows : First, To Analyze Conflict factor of job according to the foreign worker conflict. Second, To present rethinking plan of job and efficiency management foreign worker in Korea. The Subject of this study were consisted of 308 foreign worker form 408 small and medium business in taejon city, Chung-Nam. Conflict factor of job was measured according to questionare used in precedent study. Statistical treatment were the mean, Standard, Deviation, One-way ANOVA analysis. The conclusions of the paper research were as follows. First, Foreign worker showed occasionally lower degree conflict of job. Second, Woman foreign worker had higher conflict of job than man foreign worker in wage, working condition, human relation, communication. Third, The foreign worker is short In Job-experience. therefore, efficiency management of job was fall. Fourth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict in communication, human relation. Fifth, The relationships between Korea-worker and foreign-worker were conflict wage-discrimination. Sixth, The more education-level had lower conflict. Seventh, According to cultural characteristic had different.

본 연구는 요양보호사 교육생들의 호스피스 교육프로그램을 실시하기 전과 후에 웰다잉 인식과 노인에 대한 태도 및 삶의 의미의 변화를 검정하여 교육 효과를 확인하는 유사 실험 설계 중 단일군 사전 사후설계이다. 연구기간은 2011년 9월11일부터 10월21일까지이며, 연구 대상자는 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 총 80명으로 본 프로그램의 목적을 이해하고 참여를 희망하는 자로 호스피스 교육 16시간을 이수한 자이다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 호스피스 교육프로그램의 효과는 교육을 실시하기 전 보다 실시한 후가 웰다잉 인식과 삶의 의미, 노인에 대한 태도에는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때 질적으로 우수한 노인요양보호의 전문 인력이 되기 위해서 노인들에게 필요한 교육내용과 호스피스 프로그램 개발의 질적 관리가 체계적이고 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

노인인구의 증가에 따라 사회보험제도가 출현하였고 이에 한국과 일본 양국에서는 전문적인 요양보호사와 개호복지사의 양성이 중요한 이슈로 이야기되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 한국과 일본의 케어워커에 대한 제도인식과 직무만족도를 비교연구 한 것이다. 연구대상으로 한국은 요양시설과 재가시설에서 근무하는 경남지역 요양보호사, 일본은 양로시설과 특별양로홈에서 근무하는 오사카지역의 개호복지사로 2009년 12월 20일에서 2010년 1월 5일까지 각각 150부씩 총 300부 설문조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 보험제도에 관한 인식은 낮은 편이고 반면 직무만족도는 높게 나타난 편이다. 하지만 업무스트레스는 상당히 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 직무만족도와 직무스트레스는 한국과 일본 케어워커가 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 다만 직무만족도와 직무스트레스에 개인의 특성과 업무특성에 따라 의미 있게 나타지 않았다.

Currently, in Korea, an accident that takes place during a worker's commuting is generally not considered as work-related accident. However, there are several exceptions such as an accident that occurs in commuting while using transportation provided by an employer, an accident that happens during commuting time that can be regarded as part of a business activity (e.g. tending to work instructed by an employer on the way to or from work), and an accident that is caused by insufficient facility management by an employer. It is even more so as the workers' commuting distance increases with expanding scale of a city, and traffic accident occurs more frequent. Social risk of commuting-time accident is on the rise. Under this circumstance, it is an important social issue to explore how to protect workers from commuting-time accident.

The recent change of social environment has influence on the configuration of space for the community social welfare center. And so the relation of space and the service function required the change of spatial configuration. The social welfare center fills the role of family welfare, domiciliary care, community service etc. In such sense, this research explore the conditions of spatial configuration for the community welfare service unit of social welfare center in small city. For this study, it was investigated the space role and service function, the service program, the usage characteristics, the room satisfaction of social workers. In sum, the useful data were collected, analyzed, and colligated by case study. It could be used in the basic design criteria of community service unit for the social welfare center in small city.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to develop and execute the village heath worker(VHW) training program which based on short term overseas medical volunteer and medical mission. Methods: Through case studies of previous VHW program and review articles about the state of medical volunteer and medical mission, we developed the VHW training program. Pilot test of the program was carried out in Tugeugarao city, Phillipines on July, 2008. The subject were 32 persons from 15 villages around Tuguegarao city. After training we surveyed regarding the satisfaction of training and the degree of getting knowledge and skills. Results: Through article review, we got the common subjects of previous VHW training program and the limitations of overseas medical volunteer and medical mission. We developed VHW training program aiming to community health promotion through community participation and community change. The main text was "Where There Is No Doctor" of Hesperian Foundation. The program executed through 1 day intensive lecture and practice. The satisfaction of the program was 8.95±1.70 on 10 point rating scale. Conclusions: We strongly expect VHW training program can be available as new model of short overseas medical volunteer as well as medical mission if we could systemize it with the confirming subject before training , management after training and continuous support through connection with the field.

본 연구는 요양보호사 교육생을 대상으로 호스피스교육 프로그램 전과 후에 요양보호사의 노인에 대한 태도, 호스피스의 인식도 변화의 차이를 검정하여 교육 효과를 확인하는 유사실험설계 중 단일군 전 후설계이다. 연구기간은 2011년 5월9일부터 6월20일까지이며, 연구 대상자는 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 총 53명으로 본 프로그램의 목적을 이해하고 참여를 희망하는 자로 호스피스 교육 15시간을 이수한 자이다. 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0 프로그램을 이용하였고 t-test, 평균, 표준편차를 통계적으로 진술하였다. 결과적으로 호스피스 교육프로그램의 효과는 교육을 실시하기 전 보다 실시한 후가 호스피스 인식도와 삶의 의미에 유의한 차이를 보였지만, 노인에 대한 태도는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 질적으로 향상된 노인요양보호의 전문 인력이 되기위해서 노인들에게 필요한 교육 등을 통해 체계적이고 지속적인 관리가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The justice of the house for rural life all the member Iran meaning namely, 'countries or the suburb' a possibility of calling attaches the house in the intention which is and as the country or suburban house there is. Therefore most the dwelling environment which is comfortable selects the site becomes the important element. Our country case in order to send a holiday season weekend from wealthy class of past decimal or the weekend house which builds, is generalized with the recent economic improvement where the form of villa etc. forms a mainstream but. From the research which sees consequently examines a plan about week life after retiring of the city workers and dwells investigates the contents which is concrete from the family with there is the goal provides a hereafter house for rural life plan at the time of fundamental data in the farming and fishing villages area.

This study had been carried out to analyze the relationship among the personal variables, the variales of life style and physical and mental health status of workers. In order to analyze the influence of industrial worker's life-style on physical and mental health status of workers, explore the relaionship between healh status and their life-style. Special interest in this study was the assesment of worker's physical and mental health status measured by the Todai Health Index(THI)-a self-adminstered health stutus screening instrument developed by a University of and Gumma research team. Data were collected from an industry of 1,495 workers at city of Chang Won in Korea. 1. The young age group especially the group who had short work duraion less than two years had high THI scores which were statistically significant. 2. A worker who followed 6∼7 good life style scores were found to be associated with better health status than those who followed 0-3 bad life style scores in most of all dimensions of physical and mental health scales of THI. 3. According to the multiple regression analysis, the variable of life style scores had the greatest influence on physical and mental health status of industrial workers. The variable of age, duration of work, and life style were included in the regression model(R²= 18.8).
