기존의 이러닝에서는 교수자가 강의동영상을 통하여 주로 단방향으로 지식을 전달하였다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서논 실시간 상호작용이 가능한 이러닝시스템인 ECube을 제안하고 구현하였다. 교수자에게는 학습자와 실시간 소통을 위한 실시간 강의기능, 전문가의 도움없이 미디어 제작과 편집이 가능한 동영상삼 저작도구인 EMC(Effective Media Contents) 솔루션을 제공한다. ECube 시스템 안의 EMC 솔루션만으로도 자막, 이미지, 퀴즈, 비디오를 합쳐 통합된 콘텐츠의 제작이 가능하다. 학습자에게는 실시간 강의를 수강하는 동안에 발표수업에 참여할 수 있는 기능을 지원하고 자신의 학습에 관한 학습계획부터 학습성과까지의 내용을 문서화할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 이 기능을 활용하여 학습자는 과목별 포트폴리오 작성이 가능하여 자기주도적 학습을 수행할 수 있는 학습환경을 제공한다.

It is well-documented that decreased antioxidant defense system by ultraviolet(UV) irradiation is the most important reason to induce the skin aging, especially photoaging. Chlorogenic acid(CA), a nonflavonoid catecholic compound, is present in the diet as part of fruits, tea, coffee and wine and has been reported to have anti-inflammatory, antimutagenic and anticarcinogenic activities. In this study, we examined the effects of CA on the UV -induced photoaging. Firstly, we investigated the protective effect of CA on antioxidant defense system in HaCaT human keratinocytes after UV irradiation treatment. UV irradiation decreased antioxidant defence enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and GSH contents, which were restored by CA. To elucidate the effect of CA, 1% of CA and vehicle were applied to human buttock skin before and after UV irradiation (2MED). CA prevented UV -induced matrix metalloproteinase-1 mRNA expression and procollagen mRNA depression. And CA also increased CD1a(Langerhans cell) expression significantly. Our results suggest that CA has protective effects on UV -induced photoaging by increasing cellular antioxidant defense system. Therefore, CA may be a useful anti-aging agent for cosmetic purpose.

This study conducts the flow analysis on the basis of the impeller RPM of water metering valve. The software used for the flow analysis is STAR-CCM+. In terms of the structure of the metering valve, it has an impeller installed inside, and a metering chamber has inlet and outlet holes. The flow analysis on the water metering valve drew the following conclusions: Regarding the flow field in the valve, the impeller had the highest velocity distribution, and complex flow field was generated in the metering chamber. In particular, since the path between the inlet and outlet holes in the metering chamber and the valve body was narrow, there was a section that had flow field interference. The flow rate and flow coefficient distribution according to the impeller RPM were on the linear increase. Given that, it showed the feature of the valve used for water metering on the basis of the impeller RPM.

This study presents the food culture as analysis food material, food and cooking tools in the novel literature and examines the food as a code of current cluture of common social through five Pansori texts among the twelve Pansori texts into written form. It is a many Pansori, but this study is analysed to select early copying papers. It can be found rice, Kimchi, salted fish as the common people food in Simchong-ga text. It can be known characteristics of Jeolla-do Area food used many food material and acceptance of foreign crops in the late period of the Chosun in Chunhyang-ga text. In Hungbo-ga text, it can be found the popularity food is rice cake and meat and looked the special feature of dog meat, rice cake, scorched rice-tea. In Toebyol-ga text, it can be looked many sea food and medicine beverages, and in Chokpyok-ga text, it can be found peculiarity of drink for making excitement during a war. Moreover, in five Pansori texts, that is seemed characteristics such as cover of tableware, spoon and chopsticks, tableware china, a cauldron, a charcoal burner, a brass chafing dish, a table, a flail and a mill.

To investigate of the perception and using behavior by age of tofu, 46.3% of male and 53.7% of female about 700 adults in Daegu and kyungbuk area were surveyed. 96.4% of the participants usually preferred the tofu owing to health and 68.4% of them had purchased tofu made of domestic soybean. In addition, the responses to 7 questions about the tofu were also measured on 5 point Likert scale. The item "Tofu is healthy food" was totally received the high point but "Tofu prevents osteoporosis" earned the lowest. Most participants relatively knew and had eaten common tofu, soft bean curd, uncurdled bean curd, fried bean curd against functional tofu such as tofu added with omija, surimi, spinach, etc. But they intended to eat functional tofu such as tofu added with green tea, black sesame, spinach, omija. Furthermore, 60.7% replied "increasing" prospects for the tofu consumption. 40.0% of adults said the plan should be "Make of good quality domestic soybean" for the purpose of better improvement to consume.

In this study, we investigated the efficacy of kaempferol (a flavonoid found in plants and plant-derived foods such as kale, beans, tea, spinach and broccoli) on vascular contractibility and aimed to clarify the detailed mechanism underlying the relaxation. Isometric contractions of divested muscles were stored and linked with western blot analysis which was carried out to estimate the phosphorylation of myosin phosphatase targeting subunit 1 (MYPT1) and phosphorylation-dependent inhibitory protein for myosin phosphatase (CPI-17) and to estimate the effect of kaempferol on the RhoA/ROCK/CPI-17 pathway. Kaempferol conspicuously impeded phorbol ester-, fluoride- and a thromboxane mimetic-derived contractions regardless of endothelial nitric oxide synthesis, indicating its direct effect on smooth muscles. It also conspicuously impeded the fluoride-derived elevation in phospho-MYPT1 rather than phospho-CPI-17 levels and phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate-derived increase in phospho-CPI-17 and phospho-ERK1/2 levels, suggesting the depression of PKC and MEK activities and subsequent phosphorylation of CPI-17 and ERK1/2. Taken together, these outcomes suggest that kaempferol-derived relaxation incorporates myosin phosphatase retrieval and calcium desensitization, which appear to be modulated by CPI-17 dephosphorylation mainly through PKC inactivation.

In general, existing emergency evacuation guiding systems depend on visual techniques like emergency lights or LEDs. Actually people in the case of fire emergency condition may not obtain a range of view because of smoke from the fire. This paper introduces a technique to design an emergency guiding system using directivity sound to cope with this problem. In this case all speakers are serially connected for audio signal transmission in a serial fashion to achieve convenient speaker installation. Floyd algorithm is used to find shortest evacuation paths. Because serially connected multi-channel speakers are weak in case of disconnection, this paper uses a technique to solve the diagnostic problem. In the proposed system, a PC based on the USB protocol is used for control and observation. The system has achievements, such as increasing evacuation rate under emergency conditions, and serial transmission of audio signal for easy maintenance and low installation cost.

Cotyledons of perilla6 were cultured on MS medium containing 0.5 mg/l NAA and 0.5 mg/l BA for 7 weeks. The activity of perilla peroxidase was observed to increase following culture stages as assessed by peroxidase assay. A peroxidase (POD) was purified from perilla tissue cultured on MS medium for 7 weeks. The peroxidase was purified using ion exchange and gel nitration chromatography. The perilla peroxidase had a molecular mass of 30 kDa by SDS-PAGE. We showed that the N-terminal amino acid sequence of this protein shared 67% identity with the tea peroxidase. As indicated by SDS-PAGE, the banding pattern of the 30 kDa polypeptide present in total soluble protein from perilla tissue was increased following culture stages. Immunoblot analysis indicated that perilla peroxidase protein appeared after 3 weeks of perilla tissue culture, and continued to increase with extended duration of tissue culture for at least 7 weeks.

This paper attempts to study the court food based on the historic ceremony book, Jung Ri Eui Gwiea which describes the king's visit to the royal tomb, 'Hyun Neung Won', during the rein of Chung Jo, the 22th King of Yi Dynasty. According to this book, the foods used for the ceremony of the court and the courtesy of dinner party appears as follows. 1. At the birthday party of Bong-su Dang, the main table with 70 dishes and the side table of extraodinary flavor with 12 dishes were served to Mrs. Hong of Hea Kyung Kung, the mother of Chung Jo. As soon as they were served, the napkins, menu card, flowers and soups followed them, and a cup (Jack) of wine (with soup) was served to her seven times. This party was held by Sang Chim, Sang Kung, Sang Eui, Jun Chan, Chan Chang, Jun Eui, In Eui, Sa Chan and Jun Bin. 2. At the birthday party of Yun-hee Dang;the main table with 82 dishes and the side table of extraodinary flavor with 40 dishes were served to her. And the napkins and menu cards followed them and a cup(Jack) of wine was served to her four times. The courtesy of this party was held by Sang Chim, Sang Kung, Sang Eui, Jun Sun and Yeo Jeo Jip Sa. 3. At the party of Yak No Yun for the oldman, there were some soups (Doo Po Tang), cooked sliced meats (Penn Yeuk), steamed legumes (Heuk Tea Zeung), and some fruits on the main table. The napkins, menu cards and flowers followed them, and wine was served on the table for the king. The feast was held by Chan Eui, In Eui, and Tong Rea. 4. Foods used in these parties were classified into 9 groups such as Rice cakes, Rice and Noodles, Dessert Cakes, Sugars, Fruits, Side Dishes, Beverages, Sauces and Wine. 5. The units of height, amount, weight, and number measured for cooking were used variously. 6. The foods accumulated highly on the dishes were decorated with paper and silk flowers. 7. The containers for cooking and the utensils for the feast were used variously.
