It fuses into culture of the East and the West in use of color ; colors of five direction, which had been from the Five Phase Theory in East Asia. Formative ability of color fields in a formative early Oriental Medicine history as well. Color is a very important factor and a necessary step of visible diagnosis. As a human's body is maintained and alive under the control of spirit and spirit is stored by five viscera, so spirit expresses the change of five viscera and is reflected by color. Visible diagnosis consists of spirit, appearance, Qi and color and movement. The purpose of each visible diagnosis is that we would know states of essence, Qi and spirit in patient's body. To ancient Asia people 'to see' was a kind of insight to the object as a whole. Similarily the activity of seeing the human body was the integral part of making diagnosis of a patient. This was the cause that there was suggested the discussion of the Five color theory in Oriental Medicine as a counterpart to that of the 'Goethe for Zur Farbenlehrer'. The inspection of Oriental Medicine was not a simple gazing of the eye as a sense organ, but the total insight to the internal state of the patient. For that reason, the eye－perception in early Chinese medicine was the reading the signs of the internal body which had have not the visual form but the flux of the internal life.

The food service industry is maturing day by day. Nowadays, people recognize the importance of menu. Menu is not just for the communication of information about menu items. It is also an important marketing tool. Past research was about the choice of menu items. However, the colors and legibility of menu are also important. The basic color and legibility of menu may affect the choice of menu items. Also, customers have different preferences when it comes to menu design. In the past, however, food service industry experts did not work closely with menu designers. The next section reviews the research on the chromatology of menu and lettering preferred by customers. In addition, a method to plan the design of menu is suggested.

본 논문에서는 RGP 렌즈에 부착된 누액 성분의 세척효과 및 RGP 렌즈의 습윤성 유지에 대한 RGP 렌즈 관리용액, 소프트콘택트렌즈(SCL) 관리용액, RGP 렌즈-SCL 겸용관리용액 및 생리식염수의 작용의 차이를 알아 보았다. 단백질 세척력을 알아보기 위해 Lowry protein assay와 주사현미경 관찰을 하였으며, 지질 세척력을 알아보기 위해 High Pressure Liquid Chromatology(HPLC)를 사용하였고, 습윤성은 water-in-air 방법으로 접촉각을 측정하여 알아 보았다. RGP 렌즈관리용액으로 RGP 렌즈를 세척 및 보관하였을 때 부착된 단백질의 62%가 제거되었으며, 이러한 단백질 부착물 세척력은 생리식염수나 겸용 관리용액에 비해 약 4배 우수한 것일 뿐만 아니라 SCL 관리용액에 비해 2배 우수한 것이었다. 이러한 결과는 소프트 콘택트렌즈에서의 SCL 관리용액의 단백질 세척력이 가장 우수하다는 것과 상이한 결과로, 세척 효과가 단순히 계면활성제의 활성만의 차이에 의해 나타나는 것은 아니며 RGP 렌즈 관리용액에 들어있는 점성증가제와 같은 성분들이 RGP 렌즈와 용액의 접촉을 증가시켜 세척효과가 강화되는 것과 같이 다른 요인들이 작용하여 나타나는 결과로 여겨진다. RGP 렌즈에 부착되어 있는 지질 또한 RGP 렌즈 관리용액이 가장 우수한 지질세척 효과를 가져 렌즈에 잔존하는 cholesterol의 양이 50%로 감소하였다. RGP 렌즈의 편안한 착용감을 위한 중요한 평가 지료인 렌즈 표면의 습윤성은 RGP 렌즈 관리용액에 의해 가장잘 유지되었다. 겸용 관리용액의 경우 세척력 및 습윤성 유지력이 모두 RGP 렌즈 용액에 못 미쳤다.
