The purpose of the study was to discuss amrketing strategy for oriental hospital, by making a comparative analysis of how hospital user satifaction was affected by hospi시 choice motivation between oriental hospital users and western hospital. The data usel in this study was the Korea Isititute of oriental medicine(1999)'s study on utilization of oriental medical care. And and interview was hold with outpatients who visited around march to April, 1999, at each an oriental hospital and a westen hospital in Seoul and in Wonju city, Kongwon province. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program. The factor analysis of hospital choice motivation was made by figuring out facor's mean value, and T-test and ANOVA were employed to find out what difference was made by sociodmographic charcteristics to the factors. Also, the multiple regression analysis was carried out to examine what gave an impact on hospital user satisfaction. The findings of this study were as follows; First as a result of making a factor analysis against hospital choice motivation to find out what kind of differenc there was between oriental hospital user motivation and western hospital and person factors. Among them, the hospital charcteristics, preception, personal and person factors. Among them, the hospital charcteristics appered to have the biggest effect of hospital choice motivation. Second, as a result of making comparison between oriental oriental hospital user satisfaction and werterm hospital user satisfaction, there was a singificant between their satisfaction at treatment time, kindness and relative kiness aginst the pther hospital. The oriental level combining 6 items. The geneal satisfaction level combining 6itmes tured out to have reliability of chronbach $\alpha$=0.7126. As a result of examining how mech the general satifaction level depended on sociodemographic characteristics, ther was found be significantly affected by age, marital status, educational background or hospital type. Those who a spouse or a lower educational background or the oriental hospital users got better score. Third, the multiple regression analysis was made to find out what factors affected western and oriental hospital user satisfaction, As a result, the waiting time, experience of other medical facilities and hospital characteristic variable were identified as a key factor on which westerm hospital user satisfaction depended. In conclusion, the oriental hhspital user expressed more staisfaction than the weshren hospital users. Then the characteristic factor played a singificant role in user satisfaction, which included hospital facilities, kindness of herb doctor and employees, or hospital reputation of credibility. in order to raise hospital user datisfaction, it seemed necessary to pay more attention to hospital characteristic factor rather than to perception factor.
The government has implemented housing welfare policy to ease low-income households' housing-cost burden and improve their quality of life. However, public housing residents and housing choice voucher recipients still show a high level of housing-cost burden. In this regard, this study aims to provide policy implications for current housing welfare policy by analyzing and comparing the factors that determine both subsidized and unsubsidized households' housing-cost burden. For the empirical analysis, this study uses "2017 Korea Housing Survey" and divides groups into public housing residents, housing choice voucher recipients, and unsubsidized low-income renters. We compared the level of housing-cost burden by employing t-test and chi-squared analyses and the factors affecting the housing-cost burden by employing logistic regression analyses between the three groups. According to the empirical analysis, the housing cost is the most burdensome for the housing choice voucher recipients group, followed by the unsubsidized low-income renters and public housing residents. In addition, the factors affecting housing-cost burden are different between the three groups. In case of public housing residents, housing characteristics usually affect the housing-cost burden. For housing choice voucher recipients and unsubsidized low-income renters, both housing and household characteristics influence the housing-cost burden. Looking at the detailed factors, except for the housing tenure and regional average rents that are common factors for all groups, the amount of deposit is an important factor for public housing residents, and household employment status is an important factor for both housing choice voucher recipients and unsubsidized low-income renters. The policy implications of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to review the blind spot of the current housing welfare policy. Second, a comprehensive review of the housing choice voucher program is required. Third, it is necessary to make policy efforts to ease the level of housing-cost burden for renters. Fourth, a program is needed for those public housing residents who need a deposit support. Fifth, there should be further assistance with public housing for the poorest people.
In general, Shopping centers are located in the center of transportation, which induce more traffic concentration than other facilities. As a result, it becomes to one of the aggravating factors of urban & transportation problem such as traffic conjestion, parking problems. Thus, in planning shopping-center, it is desirable that consumer\`s trip pattern is should lie more carefully analyzed in order to alleviate the above problems. This study is aimed at finding the characteristics of shopping tripes and analyzing the choice behavior of shopping center and mode-to-shop. This study has developed a nested logit model in which consumers choose shopping center and mode-to-shop with a sequential structure. The model was estimated using household data from the 1989 May, Seoul metropolitan area and the 18 alternatives of shopping center and 5 mode alternatives. The estimated model have been evaluated and it may be concluded that this model for shopping trips is effective and fesible. The conclusion of this study are as fellows. 1. Out-of-vehicle travel time is more important factor affecting behavior of mode choice than in-vehicle travel time. 2. All of direct-elasticities for mode with respect to the travel time is more elastic than travel cost. 3. Accessibility to shop is more important factor affecting the choice of shopping center than parking space. 4. The value of out-of-vehicle travel time exceeds the value of in-vesicle travel time by 1.64 times.
This study investigated college students' patterns of visiting coffee shops which are formed by students' preferences. This study surveyed 300 college students in Seongnam. The subjects were consisted of 45.2% males and 54.8% females and the average age was 20.8 years. 41.3% of subjects visited coffee shops once or twice a month and 42.4% of subjects visited coffee shops on a random basis. 26.7% of subjects stayed in coffee shops for 1~1.5 hours. The main purpose of going to coffee shops was to enjoy specialty coffee. The subjects' first favorites was coffee with various kinds of syrups and second one was Americano. When the female subjects in Seongnam chose the coffee shops, they focused more on variety factors than the male subjects. The group of subjects who had monthly expenses of less than 400,000 won focused on price factors more than the group of subjects who had monthly expenses more than 400,000 won. Moreover, environmental factors were heavily related to the usage rate and staying time of the coffee shops. Above all, price factors and promotion factors affected subjects' choice of the coffee shops in Seongnam.
The purpose of this study is to find out factors affecting patient moving to receive medical service. This study is analyzed by multi-level model with patient and hospital level by using SAS 9.3. Total number of patients is 600,000 persons for inpatients and 550,000 patients for outpatients. The degree of the factors, which is combined with personnel factor and hospital factor, can be analyzed by Intra-Class Correlation (ICC). The percentage of group(hospital) level variance of the total variance for out-bound moving case are 30.6% at inpatients, and 28.3% at outpatients. And the percentage of hospital level variance of the total variance for moving distance, are 26.7%, 32,5% respectively. Conclusionally, although the main factor of moving is patient level, hospital is also very important factor to make decision to go out-bound. It contributed to about 1/3 for hospital choice. And, when the one make decision, he will consider the hospital type, number of bed, and training institute in hospital level. Through this study to find out hospital factors affecting patient moving for medical service, it must be continued to find out which factors have more influence to choice the hospital among disease type after this.
The purpose of this article Is to review the problems in using Hazan & Shaver,s adult attachment inventory as spousal attachment inventory. In summary, Hazan & Shaver's forced-choice inventory is required to caution in using for spouse attachment inventory because of the disproportionally higher secure-attachment type ratio(72% - 89%). It was previous reseaches that used multi-item Likert inventory instead of Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory for result analysis because of disproportionally higher secure-attachment type ratio. Although Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory was mostly used for young unmarried adults, Using Hazan & shaver's forced-choice inventory as spouse attachment inventory for married adults seem to be inappropriately. Hazan & Shaver's multi-item Likert inventory has the problem of poor reliability in insecure-avoidence factor especially. Hazan & Shaver's one item Likert inventory has the problem of social desirability.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the consumers' characteristics in terms of information source usage and purchase channel choice focusing on apparel purchasers in the multichannel retailing environment. The specific research objects are as follows: analyzing consumer's information source usage and purchase channel choice when buying their own clothing, examining the differences of consumers' characteristics according to the groups who are classified by their information source usages, and examining the differences of consumers' characteristics according to the purchase channel choice. The data was collected from adults over 20 years of age who had bought their own clothing within the last year. The questionnaire was carried out during September 2019, using a professional internet research panel, and 490 useful data sets were analyzed by utilizing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-squared test, ANOVA and a Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. The findings showed that there were also significant differences of consumers' characteristics which included age, gender, monthly clothing expenditure, purchase price, shopping value and perceived risk according to the consumer's information source usage and their purchase channel choice.

The main purpose of this study is to find the factors affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. By using the quantitative method, the paper examines the theoretical research model and tests four hypotheses. The sample was drawn from the population of e-commerce sites in Vietnam comprising about 1,000 respondents. This study used the questionnaire method to collect primary data to test the hypotheses. Data analysis of the questionnaire was done using SPSS. The results show that there is a correlation between personal preferences of consumers on colors and brands and their actual final choice on e-commerce sites in Vietnam. The most important factor affecting the consumer goods buyers' choice on e-commerce in Vietnam is the brand of E-commerce site, following by the color and position. Among all educational groups, respondents with a Master degree pay the biggest attention to the site's color attribute, and those with a Bachelor degree pay more attention to the brand attribute. Women pay much more attention to the location of the products on the screen than men, as do consumers with a PhD degree, over respondents with a Bachelor or Master degree, and foreigners over Vietnamese consumers.
This study examined the relative importance and the effective utility of fermented milk by consumers. The questionnaire was developed by an in-depth interview and literature review and was surveyed on-line. Statistical analysis was carried out descriptive analysis, ANOVA, paired t-test, and conjoint analysis using the SPSS package. First, an analysis of the consumption status of fermented milk found that the consumption frequency was 1-2 times/week (36.2%), 3-4 times/week (26.5%). The product choice attributes of fermented milk were found to be the same with 'taste' (3.93) and 'manufacturing date/expired date' (3.92), rated the highest, followed in order by, 'sanitary quality' (3.82), 'origin of ingredient' (3.81). Comparative analysis of the importance and satisfaction level of the choice attributes of fermented milk showed that the choice attributes with lower satisfaction compared to importance were 'taste', 'nutrients', 'manufacturing data/expired date', 'sanitation quality', 'price', 'manufacturing method' and 'certification of quality' (p<0.001, p<0.01). 'Price' and 'certification of quality' were the choice attributes of fermented milk classified as 'Focus Here' because of its high importance and low satisfaction. The preferred combination of relative importance in choice attributes of the fermented milk was 'domestic resource', 'Eat with spoon', and 'none additives'. Therefore, it is believed that sales will increase if dairy companies can improve the 'price' and 'certification of quality'. In addition, the use of domestic ingredients in the development of new fermented milk products in the future could be an important marketing factor in consumer choice.
This study aimed to identify the effects of health-related menu choice attributes on customer behavioral intentions at well-being restaurants and analyze the moderating effects of food involvement and trust, which can influence customer preference and their intentions to visit well-being restaurants. This study designed a survey, and 351 respondents who have eaten at well-being restaurants completed the questionnaire. Exploratory factor analyses were conducted to identify underlying dimensions related to health-related menu choice attributes, food involvement, and customer behavioral intentions toward well-being restaurants. The three factors regarding health-related menu choice attributes and the three factors related to food involvement were identified. In order to test the relationships between health-related menu choice attributes and behavioral intentions as well as to investigate the moderating effects of food involvement and trust, hierarchical regression analyses were conducted. Results indicated that the three factors of health-related menu choice attributes were significantly and positively related to behavioral intentions. Among food involvement factors, dining environment and cooking were significantly related to behavioral intentions toward well-being restaurants. Trust had a significant influence on behavioral intentions. Results showed that food involvement and trust could moderate the effects of health-related menu choice attributes on behavioral intentions toward well-being restaurants.
