After providing the purpose, scope and methods of present study in the first chapter. the second chapter discusses a theoretical overview on the social implication of medical expenditure and the medical insurance program for the aged population. In conclusion, to realize the reduction of aged population's medical expenditures, some possible plans are conceivable. Firstly, the payment level of medical insurance should be upgraded and the insurance coverage in oriental medicine treatment and the drug-store protection program need to be implemented. Secondly, the medical facilities and man-power have be expanded for the sake of reducing the social and geographical distances the aged population has to overcome to receive the medical benefits. Thirdly, the expansions of medical services for the home-stay aged are all the more required. Finally, a wide range of programs needs to be augmented to promote health for the aged population.

The purpose of this study is to provide the direction of the policy forwelfare of the home - based service by identifying the problem and improvement of the home - based service. In the fast growing society like korea social welfare policy for the home - based service. The core hypotheses, of this research that home - based services canexpand social support network and improve life satisfaction were aceptedor rejected, In other words, while the home - based services expanded the lold people social support network through the activities of social workers and volunteers, these services considering the findings of the this study, we can conclude that the current home - based services provided by social welfare have an effect upon increasing old peoples social support. But these services have no effect upon improving life satisfaction index.

To establish optimal conditions for esterification by Candida cylindracea, lipase reactions were performed simultaneously, separately, or individually in the varying initial rates of $0.014-0.060\mu$mole free fatty acids consumed min-1g-1. The reactants which were conditioned at aw of 0.12 gave the highest initial rate of esterifying $0.060\mu$mole free fatty acids consumed min-1g-1. These results suggest that the esterifying activity of lipase in an organic system depends on the transfer of available water within the reaction system.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the classification methods of the cause of Allergic Rhinitis for Children. Methods : We surveyed the oriental & western medical book concerning the Allergic Rhinitis for Children. Results : 1. The Oriental medicine, Allergic Rhinitis is belong to the BiGu, BunChe and the symptoms are watery rhinorrhea, sneezing and nasal obstruction. 2. The cause of disease is the weak of lung, spleen and kidney, and invasion in to nasal cavity of Poong Han etc a wrong air. 3. In children, the cause of disease is the weak of lung and spleen. and the aim of the treatment is helping the vital energy and expelling the vice.

Noninvasive detection of patients with probable Alzheimer's disease (AD) is of great importance for assisting a medical doctor's decision for early treatment of AD patients. In the present study, we have extracted quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) variables, which can be potentially used to diagnose AD, from resting eyes-closed continuous EEGs of 22 AD patients and 27 age-matched normal control (NC) subjects. We have extracted qEEG variables from mean phase coherence (MPC) and EEG coherence, evaluated for all possible combinations of electrode pairs. Preliminary trials to discriminate the two groups with the extracted qEEG variables demonstrated that the use of MPC as a supplementary or alternative measure for the EEG coherence may enhance the accuracy of noninvasive diagnosis of AD.

HOMO(the highest occupied molecular orbital) and LUMO(the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital) of four recalcitrant polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were calculated by MOPAC program(CaChe Co). The previous papers which reported experimental results about radical reaction of PAHs were reviewed. The reported radical reaction positions of four PAHs corresponded with predicted positions in which ${\Delta}E$(HOMO-LUMO) was high. From these results, it appears that determining the ${\Delta}E$(HOMO-LUMO) of a PAH is a promising method for predicting the radical reaction position.

본 논문에서는 부하변동에 대해 강인한 제어기를 구현하기 위해 PI제어기에 feedforward 외란상쇄관측기를 부가하여 구현하였다. 이로 인해 외란 변동 등의 상황에서 보다 안정적인 동작을 할 수 있도록 제안하였다. 이를 입증하기 위하여 Matlab으로 시스템의 안정도에 대해 시뮬레이션을 수행하였고, 5[Hp] 유도전동기에 대해 실험을 수행하여 제안한 시스템의 유용성을 확인하여 보았다.

H/W와 달리 S/W는 개발당시부터 그 속에 오류로 존재하고 있다가 어떤 특수한 기능을 필요로 할 때 드디어 검출되게 된다. 이로 인하여 소프트웨어의 고장이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 테스트 단계 및 운영단계에서 검출되는 오류 및 이로 인한 고장 원인을 분석한다. 테스트 단계와 운영단계중 어느 쪽이 어떤 오류가 더 많이 발생하는가를 현장 경험을 통한 오류데이타 수집에 의하여 분석한다.

본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 테스트 단계중에 발생되는 테스트노력 소요량을 고려한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모델을 제시하여 시간종속적인 테스트 노력소요량 동태를 일정 테스트 노력일 때와 웨이블 테스트 노력일 때를 비교하여 연구한다. 소프트웨어 신뢰도 척도에 대한 데이터 분석기법을 개발하도록 한다. 테스트 시간의 경과와 신뢰도와의 관계도 심도 있게 연구한다. 목표신뢰도를 만족시키는 최적발행시각을 정한다. 개발 후 테스트를 시작하기 전의 신뢰도가 어떠한 조건에 있는가를 검토하여 각 조건에 따른 최적 발행시각을 결정한다.

Jeotgal fermentation is dependent upon a diverse microbial community, although a detailed understanding of its microbial composition is limited to a relatively small number of jeotgal. Pyrosequencing-based bacterial community analysis was performed in fermented squid, ojingeo jeotgal. Leuconostoc was identified as the predominant bacterial genus, with Bacillus and Staphylococcus also accounting for a large proportion of the bacterial community. Phylogenetic analysis with 16S rRNA genes of Leuconostoc type species indicated that L. citreum- and L. holzapfelii-like strains could be the major Leuconostoc strains in jeotgal. High concentrations of NaCl were thought to be an important factor determining the makeup of the bacterial community in the fermented squid; however, a genomic survey with osmotic stress-related genes suggests the existence of more complex factors selecting the dominant bacterial species in fermented squid.
